Id never come back if it were not for the warranty I pad for. This place sucks. First it as 20 minutes before anyone comes to the front counter to assist you. Then everyone moves around slowly as if and hides. Whoever manages this store needs help ASAP. If this store is to compete with Discount tire down the .street, then a complete 180 needs t be done here. A new Manager needs to be sent to this store ASAP. Before all your business for to Discount Tire. Even with my warranty ill never come back.. Id rather pay someone else.

Brandon is always awesome! He is professional and is very transparent in communicating. Definitely took care of me and both our vehicles. Had an appointment for a tire balance and rotation. Arrived for my appointment and was told it would be a couple of hours for them to do the rotation and balance. I told them I could not sit around for a couple of hours. What is the use making an appointment when they cannot even perform the task? What really irritates me is I already paid for this lifetime service when I bought the tires from them. So, I paid for a service they cannot perform in any reasonable amount of time with a confirmed appointment that states tire rotation and balance If anything, Mavis should reimburse me the cost I paid for this lifetime service I will not be conducting business with Mavis again.

5 stars is an understatement!!! I will never go anywhere else to inquire about, service or fix my Suburban. These guys are very honest, professional and deliver high quality work. It all starts as you walk in and are welcomed by Brandon. His dedication was reflected in his smile which brought me immediate relief along with his confidence in knowing that my truck would be fixed in no time. My experience became even better when Dennis called me and very patiently discussed what was needed to be done in order to safely repair my truck, without attempting to push any additional sales like other local shops typically do. The guy at the counter was nice, but his co-workers are vindictive.I asked for oil change and tire rotation and balance.They did the oil change but not the tires. I asked if they could take care of my tires and they agreed to take my car back inside to do the work. I got my car, paid, and went about my day. Once I started heading home my car was vibrating like crazy at 55mph or higher. I thought the wheels were going to fall off! I stopped at the closest place to have it looked at because I was afraid to drive it. The guy at Walmart took my car and checked the balance and said that there were weights all over the front driver tire that caused my car to shake so much. Mavis guy purposely messed up my balance because I had asked them to take it back in. Walmart guy fixed it and Im riding smooth again.I had no problem at a different Mavis location but this one obviously doesnt like to be bothered with additional requests so buyer beware at this location!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE - Ill give it 1 star because thats the lowest rating I can give. I got a quote over the phone for a set of 225/65R16 tires for my van which came to $195.62 and included taxes and fees. I confirmed the quote price when I got there and witnessed another customer complaining about their labor practices on the phone. Apparently they cross threaded his wheel lugs - not a good sign. They also confirmed that they had tires in stock, which apparently had been discontinued, to get another customer in the door. She ended up paying for a generic replacement at a higher price than what she was originally quoted. Just more red flags I should have watched out for. They said that it would take an hour to get it done, but it actually took 2 hours. When I went to pay, the price was about 10% higher than what I was quoted and when I asked why, they said that the phone quote didnt include taxes and fees. The lady at the counter was in a bad mood already, and I wasnt about to be her emotional pinching bag, so I just paid for it and called the same number that I got the quote from. The person that answered the phone claimed that I must have gotten the quote from their New York call center where they dont have the ability to calculate taxes and fees, as if he wasnt in the call center himself. He proceeded to calculate the taxes and fees, which also didnt add up to what I was quoted, and tried to add shop and material fees that were nowhere on the invoice I received. As I was walking back to my car, the tech walked up to me to tell me to wait about 45 minutes for the TPMS to reset. I really hope they didnt break my tire pressure sensors and are buying time before I bring the car back. its only been 30 minutes, but already one of my sensors is not reading and Im starting to get nervous. I would not recommend that anyone go here for tires or service. Theyre very shady. Youre better off buying your tires at Walmart and getting them to mount and balance them.

This place is awesome. I came in with a nail in my tire needing repair. Within 30 minutes my car was fixed and ready to go. The customer service is also awesome. Thank you Brandon for all your help in getting me back into my car!

Would give less than 1 if it was possible. Had an appt for the last 2 Saturdays to have 2 tires installed, an oil change and possibly brakes. Last Saturday I arrived and no record of my order, although I had a confirmation email and no tires were available. No problem, the nice gentleman behind the counter made an appointment for today. Get there this morning, no record of my appointment....again. No tires....again. I explained this was the second time last Saturday and today. He offered to make an appointment for next Saturday and order the tires. Im leaving on Friday to go out of town. Apparently my $ doesnt matter to them.

We needed a tire and alignment. The process was smooth and quick thanks to Brandon.Yes, we would go back because of him. Brandon would be an exceptional plus for anyones business.

Mavis Tire -Loganville, GA 7/5/2021Great Customer Service!Had a issue with tires that were installed in 09/2017, tires were worn out at 30,000 miles (70,000 tread warranty). I was very pleased that Mavis honored the tread warranty and offered a great discount on replacement tires.

I had such an amazing experience at the Loganville MavisTires. I needed to have my tire replaced, my oil changed, and break pads. The technician who assisted me was named Brandon. Brandon was super professional in assisting me. Brandon had phenomenal customer service and made the experience such a pleasant one the I even scheduled an additional service on the 31st. If you go to this location ask for Brandon.

Brought my truck up here on a Sunday for a nail in my tire. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially David and they worked quickly to get it done. Will definitely come back for service for all my vehicles.

Bad customer service experience with the Store Manager Dennis! I purchased tires on July 5th and they were not balanced correctly. I contacted Dennis the same day to give feedback. After returning to town I called two hours ahead of time to set another appointment at 6pm and was told by employee to come in and they would be able to handle my vehicle before they closed at 830pm. Arrived at 545 pm only to be told by the Store Manager Dennis that he was not re balancing the tires because they were to busy. I advised that I had called and set an appointment. I purchase at least two sets of tires a year from Mavis and if this is how they going to treat their customers I will not continue business with them. Dennis was inconsiderate of my time and definitely doesn’t know how to treat his customers.

We bought a new set of tires from this store recently. Only a few short weeks later, we hit something on the highway that gave us a hole and a flat. The staff at Mavis helped us locate our warranty and get our tire fixed that same weekend! Quick, reliable and efficient. We have always been pleased with the service we get here; from batteries, to tires, to oil changes - weve never had a negative experience.

UPDATE:Now, I have also brought my truck up to Mavis and once again they have impressed me! There is no other place out there that provides the care and service that they do. These will be my permanent tire and car care peopleDavid took care of service today on my partners car, and she was very satisfied with the work that was done which included new tires, an alignment, an oil change, and a power steering flush. We drove out to Loganville to get our service done at this particular Mavis all the way from Watkinsville because somebody recommended their service. I have to say that it was well worth the drive, and we are very pleased with the work and the price. Thank you David!

My husband brought a tire to Mavis and they patched it up for him and put it on at no charge . I would definitely recommend going there because they really do work with you . Great customer service.

Used to be a great place but new manager is incompetent and lazy. To lazy to walk out and get my mileage his self. Made appointment and waited 1-1/2 hours and vehicle never moved. Save yourself some aggravation and go to another Mavis.

I was really disappointed with handling of my wife vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off around 11:00am. I never received a call with an update . I called Isaiah for a status around 4:15pm, I was informed the vehicle was recently pulled to the shop. I headed there with my family with assumption the vehicle would be ready by 5:00pm as promised by Isaiah. When I arrive to the shop 25 minutes later, my vehicle was JUST pulled in. Being I worked in service industry before, I knew the vehicle wasn’t going to be ready at the promised time. I told Isaiah I was going to come back to pick the vehicle in an hour granted they pulled the vehicle in the shop. Honestly, Isaiah is definitely the service advisor the place but the technicians might need some tweaking. Since I had to alter my plan, I dropped my family off and decided to Uber back. I pick the vehicle I asked the tech was the tire pressure was set and the oil light was reset, He replies Yes everything was reset. Later to find out they weren’t, which makes me wonder if anything was really done the vehicle. I did business with Kauffman at that location, things always have been great. I come to this location because Tire plus was closed. My experience with Isaiah was great, my experience with the shop foreman not that great and the technician extremely doubtful now. Tires pressure are off, the oil light wasn’t reset, vehicle still pulls, not sure oil was changed.

I have only used Mavis (formerly Kauffman) for my oil/tire maintenance. They are always nice and take time to fully explain any thing they recommend and why they recommend it. They also follow up on any previous work/problem Ive had at my next visit & make sure it has either maintained or if I have any additional concerns about it.

Had an alignment done. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes. I had my tire pressures drastically different in each tire. I over a tech mentioning that. It made me feel good about this place, that they actually take a second to check the little things too. Reasonable cost too.

So, I showed up for my 2:30 appointment 10 minutes early.. told it was going to be an hour and a half wait time, even though I had an appointment. Then got told they got me in it would only be aout 45 minutes until it was finished. An HOUR AND A HALF later still not finished... First and last time I use Mavis.

Trouble service, very unsatisfied with dealing with Mavis in loganvile for tire change and alignment. On the phone they quoted me fir $318 including tax and when I scheduled appointment and went there they increased the price to $350.After being in the phone with their call center fir 15 minutes I had to hang up since they never got back with me to resolve my issue, and I had to go somewhere else to change my tires and get alignment at much better price. They did not work with me to reduce the price to what they originally quoted me at.Bad communication and lack integrity .Save your time and money and go somewhere else for all your repairs .

We noticed a slice on the right front tire. We knew it had to be replaced and immediately. My husband called Mavis in Loganville where we had brake services done earlier. When my husband called, they understood the urgency and said that they closed at 5, could we come in now. It was 3:45 and we were in traffic on I285 & I20 in Atlanta. He said try to make it by 4:30. Fortunately, we made it! We purchased 2 front tires, Mavis brand. They were able to replace the 2 tires and still close at 5. Amazing service! Highly recommend this business 👌

I hit a curb on a saturday night and busted my tire. I was totally expecting to not have my car until sometime on Monday, since I brought it in on Sunday afternoon, but David and the staff were were able to complete my service within 2 hours.
