I needed a PROFESSIONAL to put my Lenovo Yoga back together after I tried replacing the TouchPad myself.I dropped my laptop off and was told Id receive a call in a few hours with a price.An employee named David called me and went over the price breakdown for me.Roughly it was $130 for another motherboard, $16 for a wifi card, a few cables I needed, and two $40 service/labor charges and the total was $329.00.I told David I wasnt sure if that made sense to me because I could buy the same laptop for $450 and it wouldnt have any problems.Just talking it out, trying to find some clarity and make a decision. I wasnt upset at all. Just analyzing my options.David suddenly told me that he didnt appreciate my attitude!!!!!!I was very confused, simply trying to figure out the best direction to go with this.Nope, he was offended for some strange reason and suddenly was completely rude and unprofessional.At this point I told him that he had no reason to get upset with me, and to put his big boy pants on and treat customers like an adult.He hung up on me, twice.Trying to be the bigger person, I went and ogt David a gift before returning to pick up my laptop.I set the gift on the counter, got my laptop back and told David that the gift bag was for him.He said he didnt want it and threw it away.Alright then.David, I hope whatever is bothering you, treating customers in such a way resolves itself and works out for you.I will not be doing any business with these folks ever again.Best of luck David.

Dropped off my computer with Dave the week before Christmas and it required a part. I spoke to Frank on the 23rd, he looked up where it was and found out it was to be delivered that day. He told me that they were closing early on the 24th but he would get it fixed if it arrived that day. It did and as promised the laptop was fixed on Christmas Eve and I picked it up. This was the second time that I dealt with these guys and both times has been an awesome experience!!!!!

I was told by these people they could fix my phone which was only 6 months old at the time) so I paid for the part and left the phone awaiting a call that it was ready. A week went by, nothing. When it was finally ready, I picked it up on my way to work only to discover that 1/3 of the touch screen would not work. I called and had my husband take it back to them the next day. After almost a week, no part, so I went to pick it up and my phone was found on the bench in the back, no one had worked on it. They agreed to refund the labor but refused to refund for the defective part. I had to go through my bank and dispute the charge for the defective part for which my bank found in my favor. I took my phone to a different repair shop and they told me the part was in fact defective and appeared to have water damage due to being discolored. Not a great way to do business. Will never go back and will never recommend these people.

Not great. Was told it would be 2 days to get my iPhone screen shipped in. Ordered on Saturday didn’t come in until the following Friday. I called to ask about it on Thursday and whoever answered the phone was less than pleasant. To be fair they replaced the screen pretty quickly once I dropped my phone off for repair. But now for some reason the phone drains the battery extremely fast. The phone goes from full charge to dead In about 3 hrs if it’s not plugged in. And that’s if it’s just sitting in my pocket. If I watch a video on YouTube or make a couple phone calls it’s dead in about 45min. Probably will not come back

Not much for trading in laptops offered very little.but good equipment
