Went over to an automotive place thinking theyd be able to sell me jumper cables or that someone would have jumper cables on them... nobody willing to help. Willing to pay. Didnt get off their butts to ask anyone in the warehouse or to check one of their company trucks. What a joke.

I needed a new rear bumper after an accident. Crash Champions made it very easy to get the necessary repairs. They had a rental vehicle ready for me right away and had my car fixed a lot faster than I expected. Definitely will be using them going forward!

Highly recommended by the service department where I bought the 1 yr old 2019 RDX. Initial inspection and estimate was honest and professional even though they were not part of my insurance network (they belong to others). Office area and repair area was clean and organized. Final repair on front end looks like new and their cleanup of the car was “detail” quality. Jim and Chris were great to work with.

As I always state in the very few reviews I do, I never really do them. But, the staff here is kind, professional and efficient. They don’t just care about the business, but they also care about the customer. I couldn’t be more grateful for all their help and services and I plan to come again when more work is needed. This was my second time using DuPage Auto Body. They came highly recommended by my Acura dealership. They fixed my car in 2013 when someone blew a stop sign and hit my car. In 2019 I checked in with my dealership again to see if they were still preferred and they were.This time they fixed my car after I was rear-ended when traffic was stopped for a school bus. Jim and Jesse are so nice, prompt, and mellow. They take the stress out of the weeks of paperwork and coordination after someone hits your car. I highly recommend them. Great experience with Jim!I brought in my 2014 Focus multiple times over the last few years to get some body damage repaired and finally when it was totaled.Estimates were quick and everyone was always friendly. Quality of the repairs were flawless and the car always came back clean and fresh. They were always willing to help find a ride to a local rental shop if needed.

DuPage Auto Body has made TWO collision repairs on our 2011 Toyota Camry. The first about three years ago, and the second last year. The fit and finish of both repairs is excellent. Dealing with the guys there on both occasions has been courteous and professional. They have done everything possible, except for teaching my wife how to be a better driver!

After being referred by Kathy at McGrath Acura, who is amazing at service, I went to DuPage Auto Body to fix some minor dents in my SUV. I worked with John who took care of the dents in 15 minutes and the car looks perfect. He was so gracious and insisted on not charging me. I will now only take my cars here and refer only to them. Kathy said they are the best and she was right.

I ran my 2016 corvette in their and got 2 giant scratches on both sides of my car, and every time i call their number they will hang up on me when i gave them my name, worst service ever, so i walked in and they denied my car got damage their and refused to fix it. now i have to settle a law suit with them for the 1.2 thousands dollars worth of damages they caused to my car
