I got a quick quote on getting a fender bender fixed.

I visited the shop nearly 5 weeks ago for a grill issue on the front bumper (the chrome grill had came off of the bumper) of my Grand Cherokee. I stopped in and met with the owners daughter (who is delightful!).She asked one of her technicians to look at it. After assessing the issue. he said that he would have to drop the bottom bumper and skid plate. He offered to do it while I waited.After having an amazing conversation with her and realizing we were kindred spirits from long ago, the technician arrived and said it was completed. When I asked him how much I owed him, she quickly replied nothing! I offered to pay and she would not take it.I do not write the review because I received a freebie, rather to state that there is a reason that they have been able to stay in business and thrive for so many years. Her father should be very proud of the kind gesture that she gave and the engaging conversation that we had while my Jeep was being repaired.My wife is a life long Lombardian and used them in the past which I stopped in with my issue. We will use and recommend their services to everyone that we know.In a world where the almighty dollar is more important than quality service and relationships, this body shop stands head and shoulders above the rest.Kind regards,Randy E

The absolute best experience I’ve had! Dave is awesome, he is extremely friendly and helpful. I dropped my car off in the morning to get the door replaced and it was done the next day! When I picked my car up it was completely detailed and cleaned, I’m so impressed with their timeliness and service. 100% recommend!

2020 ford transit 250 they hit me in the back, I took it to Lombard Body & Fender Inc, they did an excellent job, they washed my truck, cleaned inside and left me a little bottle with touch-up paint. It was excellent 5 star service.

A very good establishment to take your business. The staff was very professional and courteous. I took my 2015 Nissan Altima to have the driver side fender and deep scratches on my driver side door fixed. Dave promised a timeframe of no more than a 3-day turnaround by afternoon. The car was ready within the promised 3-day turnaround time frame before noon. The receptionist whose name I forget was very professional, she acknowledges you even if shes on the phone. They didnt try to price gouge me, the price was the exact same as listed within the estimate. The price for repair and labor was fairly close to what I researched online myself. The employees in the back had respectful conversations albeit you could hear them in the front. However, they werent cursing or smoking or any thing of that sort. The place is exceptionally clean, they have a gate to secure your vehicle when they close business for the day. The place is organized inside and even within their repair shop. The venue is small, but they make up for it with professionalism, courtesy, tact, cleanliness and solid work on your vehicle. I had 0 hassles from beginning to end.

My car had extensive hail damage. LB&F was awesome to work with, helped connect with my insurance company, made getting a rental car smooth and did excellent work. I highly recommend using them. In the past I have also used them for collision repairs with the same awesome experience.

We got our minivan repaired. Tough metallic silver match, but they nailed it. Nice work and friendly staff.

My insurance adjuster recommended this place and I am very satisfied with the work they have done, it took them 2 days to fix my car.

Not pleased with the repair done there on our 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan. Instead of replacement parts body putty. Was sent there by insurance company they are looking into the repair. Did not realize the quality of the repair until the van was struck again. I have never and I repeat never given a business a poor review but this was poorly done and I believe part of the reason the van had to be totaled by insurance. Look elsewhere for body work.

Had a minor crimp in the back bumper (2011 BMW) - I was directed by my insurance adjuster to 5 shops in the area, he recommended LB &F, even though it was further than the other shops, he said they did better work.I am very glad to have gone to them. After meeting and working with them, I was able to cancel the claim with the insurance company and for $100 more than the deductible they did the work and I didnt have to make a claim. I was scheduled to return the car (lease) that week, they did the work in 1 day. I couldnt believe how they could do this, you could never tell there was an issue. I was thinking about a whole claim on my insurance (have not had one before) - raised rates, etc...This company was friendly throughout the whole process and professional.My only embarrassing moment - when i picked up the car, they had completely cleaned and detailed the inside and outside of the car (there was no talk of that). I had left the car absolutely filthy (embarrassing) I would have pre-cleaned before had I known. That saved me from having to take the car in for that as well.I would highly recommend anyone looking for body work talk to them.
