Ive started going here since my car is out of warranty. I really like the men at the front desk, they treat me with respect even as a woman. They have reasonable prices, treat my car well and answer all my questions. I really appreciate the quality service I get here.

Very professional and very decent prices! It is probably one of the fewer places where you can trust that your car will be done the professional way. All you have to do is, pass by any given day and youll realize how busy they are. That alone should tell you something. We take all our vehicles to them, business or prive they will taken care the right way. Highly recommend.

I brought my car to 3D for a second quote and the guys at 3D pointed out I didnt actually need some things another shop told me that I did. Ultimately, these guys ended up saving me almost $1,000 and did a fantastic job on the work that still needed to be done. I really appreciate their honesty. Honest people are hard to find in car repair. This place has always been great for us. We may not be happy about needed repairs, but they always charge a fair price and dont pressure us for additional items outside the scope.

I called 2 hours before closing to ask if they may change a tire on my car. They said yes. Upon arrival a few minutes later, they said they were no longer taking anymore repairs and to come back another day. I then suggested that I could wait if needed and they said yes. While waiting, they just said to go to another place for the tire change. They are liars and not professional. I would not recommend business with them.

I was visiting from Michigan when my car started acting up...I took it to 3D Complete Car Care on Friday February 14, 2020 and talked to Drew who showed me and talked to me about what was going on and how to fix my problem. I didnt understand a word of what he was saying. So he explained it again and again until I understood. He was very kind, understanding and patient with me. They did a wonderful job and fixed exactly what they said was wrong. Within hours I was on my way and the price seemed very reasonable. I recommend 3D Complete Car Care a 100%

Ive been going to 3D for 20+ years. Ive always received straight talk from the staff without the annoying upselling. Ive always received quality work on my cars. Mike, Wally, and even Drew are great guys.

In an industry that is hard to find a place that has expertise, is trustworthy and reliable, this place is a great find. I am an engineer and know cars from inside out. I know what is needed and what is not. I have taken engines apart and put them back together. When I was looking for a trustworthy shop, I tested a few, but moved on, until I found Drew and his team. When was the last time a shop told you you do not need to do a work and waste money? Or given options that lower your cost for any job? Well these guys do. They have been taking care of all of my cars for the past 5 years. I highly recommend them.

Honest, affordable work. Ive had my fair share of dishonest mechanics over the years and I can assure you that these guys are trustworthy. Ive been going to them for about 7 years now. They always give me a straight-forward assessment of what needs to be done AND whether it needs to be done right now. A part they installed on my car about a year ago broke recently. Without me saying anything they reminded me that it was still under their warranty. They put a new one on completely free of charge; It was just another example of their honesty.The prices are competitive, the work is fast, and the staff are a pleasure to deal with.One of my vehicles just got above 215,000 miles and a big part of that is the work these guys are doing. Give them a shot, youll be happy you did.

Wally is wonderful. A place that still offers oil changes. Huge waiting room with TV. Shuttle to nearby locales. Will fix it right without any fanfare. Went in thinking it was going to be an expensive repair and ended up with a simple repair. Id call that honest.

I took my BMW X5 in as it was throwing a fault code. I fully expected this to be a long and expensive visit, however they were able to scan and solve my issue within an hour of being on-site. They provided a very honest assessment (requiring no additional work). Furthermore, I wasnt even charged for the diagnostic...which is normally $180 at the dealer and $100 at the local Firestone. 3D has definitely earned my future business.

This is one of the best car mechanic places around. The employees here are honest and very nice. I went here almost 5 years ago because the price of an oil change was only $23...now 5 years later an oil change is still exactly $23! The men at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I came here on Saturday and, even though the parking lot was completely full, they had my car finished within an hour. I would recommend here to anyone. Very nice people here.

I have been going to these Guys for years. They do a great job. From breaks to fluids to all engine work. Mike, Walley, and Drew are great at relaying what is wrong with vehicle. Mechanics make sure they do a good job.

Drew is very rude and disrespectful. My girlfriend had to come back for a problem we had fixed there in February and when I told him I had it done there he was quick to cut me off and laugh while saying they didnt do the work but when I brought him the receipt and showed him the work was done there he laughed and said oh, not Im sorry. Wally is a great person to talk to, other than that they do good work.

Came Chicago two days for a tournament. My car ran over a deep hole at night. And it caused a part of my underpan fell off. Brought it to the 3d complete car care and told them my situation. They got my car fixed within 30min. And it only cost $20 bucks. Impressive and recommended！

If you are planning you change any parts for your car, you can find a better deal here. Get a quote if you are not satisfied they dont give you hard time. They are okay if you leave after you get the quote. They can even explain their quote in detail if you ask, and can give you a details if they have more than one quote for the service.

Not only a complete rip off, but certainly the worst customer service for a car shop ever. Definitely not recommended. There are many other Mechanic shops on Roosevelt that will get the service done cleaner, cheaper, faster and with much better attitude. Make sure you dont ask them why does it cost so much, as the first reply youll get is if you dont like it we can push your car out and you can get it towed

Just had an exhaust manifold replaced on my F150 here. Great service and performed the work much quicker than expected. Also, price was 1/3 the quote from Ford.

I have taken 4 of my cars there over several years. Each repair was done to my complete satisfaction. Their customer service is the best. One time when my battery ran down, they came out and jumped me and didnt even charge.

Im pretty satisfied so far. The guys seem to be pretty straight forward and honest.

This is my 3rd visit here. I keep coming back because the price is always fair, the service has been great and they will even give me a ride home if i need to leave the car. Their estimates are spot on and I have developed a better trust with 3D than at lesst 3 other repair shops in my area who have not provide that same high level of servuce and affordability.

Something must have changed! After years of being a customer one of their mechanics tried to pull some shady stuff on me. Waited over an hour to be told they would need to remove a bumper to replace a bulb. Wasnt even close to being true - although that procedure would have cost me a couple hours of labor. After, I caught the bold faced lie - they then said only the wheel well cover would need to be removed - Thats 4 bolts... By that time I was done... Will never return again!

Old bearded man must not have wanted my b ussiness, over and over explained their costs, overhead...even after I said I wasnt expecting it for free, but not paying $90 a hour for them to go on a goose chace...ill find someone wanting work. Not someone wanting to talk, waste my time.So..call a-z, very freindly...will put car on scanner for nothing...guy says stop by, we throw it on scanner, be interesting..to have conversation with you...stop by.What a difference!

This is probably one of the worse Auto shop I visited. 2 older men were behind the desk, neither one had any sense of urgency. The gentleman with beard tried to walk me out twice, may be because I visited around 5pm (they close at 6) or may be I am a brown man with facial hair. This shop is in the corner but please watch out Not to go to this Automotive Shop.

They have no good service and they dont behave well with their customers.
