This place is great despite the misleading reviews from people who have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to smoking. They have a wide range of flavors available from many different brands. The most popular seems to be Starbuzz Blue Mist. If you are feeling adventurous try one of the awesome house blends. Zebra Stripe tastes exactly like that zebra gum. Cost is based upon a table minimum per person. And you spend at least that much. The average hookah will run you 16.20 with tax. Refills are generally 7 dollars depending on the tobacco you get.In addition to the stellar smoke they offer a wide range of non alcoholic beverages. The smoothies, tea, and coffee are great. The impressive selection products are only outmatched by the quality of service. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Another employee, Andrew is always a pleasure to deal with.I have been coming here since the original spot opened next to the Blockbuster in 2005 and it is still the best spot for hookah in the suburbs. To quote the immortal words of Ron Swanson, Son! You should know my recommendation is essentially a guarantee.

Chill spot to enjoy some hookah with friends. They give you a tab which is roughly $11 a person and you can use it toward the hookah, changing flavor or refreshments.They carry PAN flavor which in my opinion is one of the BEST!!!You can also buy supplies at a fairly reasonable price and the lounge is quite attractive.

Amazing selection of flavors and always have great suggestions for new flavors to try. Been coming here for a while an never a dull moment. Service is always on point which is why i drive 30 miles and pass 6 other lounges. Service is everything and thats why i continue to come here.

Nice atmosphere here the only thing i didnt like was the music selection. It was more pop but the vibe felt more like R&B or alternative.

Great Place to relax and have a conversation while enjoying your Clean & Maintained Hookah!! Staff really cares about Its customers!! Have been to most hookah places you start to notice small details... few of my biggest pet peeves are... the hookahs are actually cleaned every single day...They have special fans that suck up all the smoke so its easy to breathe in!! On top of that its clean and well maintained! The owner cares a lot about his customers and goes above and beyond! Plus you can bring food in here which is nice!! Also they have disposable hoses in which you can keep after smoking out of it... so less chances of diseases spreading compared to other lounges! Def check this place out! Has become my main spot even though I have to drive 45 mins to get there and pass 4 different Lounges that are closer to my house. No Alcohol allowed but thats Lombards rules... So respect them! And with over 240 flavors plus being able to buy hookahs to anything you need... makes it more convenient! Plus the flavor actually lasts long since they dont over pack their bowls!!! If you stop by and see me... come say hello!!

I have my own personal Hookah at home but still choose to go to this place for big hookah sessions. People working there are awesome and really friendly.The Guy with the big beard (You will know him when you see him) is amazing at packing sisha and coming up with amazing mixes. Just tell him what youre into (fruity, mint, chocolate, etc...) and he will make it for you. And he will make it amazingly.MAKE SURE YOU GET TEA!!! All my friends love the Egyptian tea while my choice will always be Jasmine. I hear that mint goes really really well if you are smoking the fruity sisha though.Really chill and dim lit environment which is great for hookah.Also, if you need tips for hookah, just ask!Another recommendation: Ask for the bubble bottle thing. You can smoke hookah into the bottle and make smoke bubbles. Fun as hell once you get the hang of it.

Great people that run it that make you feel very casual and not pressured. IF youre a newbie like me they take care of you or if youre a pro youll be good to go as they let you do your thing.

Visited this lounge for the first time last night. I live in St. Charles and wouldnt hold back for one second passing up four other hookah bars to come here. Andrew is very caring and attentive when you need something. Try their knockout and apple/jassmine blend. Mint tea is one of the best i ever had (maybe its just the environment) and the mango smoothie is awesome.

Decent place. Great variety of flavors. The couches probably need to be replaced, could feel they were old and torn at quite a few places.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, prices are average, seating is a bit odd but comfortable. Sometimes they do pack the bowls a bit light thus the flavor quickly gets replaced with the hated burnt tobacco taste.

I live 3 miles away from this lounge and i just found it. Exceptional quality, selection and service. Try their dbl apple and mint tea....and you dont have to ask for coal here....go to the counter and help yourself. Im a regular here and frequent at least 3 times a week..they also have a frequent punch card system where your 6th hookah is on them.

This place sucks. Third time in a row no service. They don’t care about service.

Came out on Friday 7/12, this place was dead and no service was provided. The host Ali was just sitting on a side and not attending or asking for coals or drinks. We had to walk up to him and ask for coals and service.
