We went to Mattress Firm 7-14-21 to buy our handicapped 21 year old daughter a twin size adjustable bed, not only was our salesman great, we found exactly what we needed! The sales staff here could use some serious training on common customer courtesy. I started to, should have, and still wish I would have just walked out and shopped somewhere else cause they did not deserve our business. I do not recommend disturbing them and wasting any of your time at this store. The ONLY reason I am giving 3 stars is for their delivery guys who got stuck delivering the new mattress while it was pouring down rain. They were able to back up the truck next to our garage door and bring it in that way without getting anything wet. They also took the extra time to get the base setup at the right height for my 91 year old mother to use. Delivery was excellent, but I will not be going back to shop there again.

The salesman Dana was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in. He answered all our questions and it was the easiest purchase we have ever made. I was very displeased with the quality of the mattress I purchased. It was a Serta Mattress- plush and priced little over $1,000.00. I was told on sale and pkg deal . I purchased regular type box springs and standard frame. This was part of pkg deal. It was Queen size. And I had it delivered from store to my apt. All within about 15 minutes of each other. I even compared mattresses in store and chose best mattress for me regarding firmness. Within about 4 days of sleeping on mattress, began to sink in where I slept. Slept on other side still not better. Uneven mattress- seemed to bunch up in middle. Long story— got a second mattress from store did same thing. Sales person worked with me. Hurt my back and not good night’s sleep many nights. Ended up asking for my money back and finally did get most of my money back. All but about $100.00 something back. I needed that money to go somewhere else and purchase another mattress box springs and bed frame. Was about a 3 month process to all work out and stressful very— for me! I really am stating the facts. This is what I experienced. It was not a good mattress of quality esp for the price even on sale and pkg deal! Very thankful I got my money back after about 2 or 3 months and I did pay for it up front— no financing!! I hope this Company gets things worked out better regarding quality of their products. Sales people at this store seem to be trying to help people find a good mattress- etc but not good situation so far.

We purchased a purple 2 mattress. The mattress is great and the delivery of the bases was good. Delivery of the mattress was just all around stupid. Mattress was to heavy for the delivery driver which was fed ex. We had to pay for help to get the mattress into our house and to the bedroom. We were told that delivery and set up would be free and easy. In no way was it easy. The mattress is comfortable though.

Omg! I was in the market for a mattress for my grandmother, and went to other places to find one before coming to Mattress Firm Clearance. I should have stopped here first! When I walked in Chandler was there to greet me. She was very helpful and knowledgeable on each mattress we looked at. She made my shopping experience very easy and stress free. Thank you Chandler! I went to MattressFirm looking for a specific bed frame I had seen online. Although they had recently had to hold the ones they had at the store due to a missing piece, they were able to direct ship one to my house and even price matched it since the online price was $10 less than the store price. They were super knowledgeable and friendly and made the entire process really easy.

The employee at Mattress Firm in Longview at the time of my purchase was very polite. He was enjoyable to be around and helped me with my purchase swiftly and appropriately. 5/5 customer service, he was amazing. I have yet to try to product.

This store was a pleasant surprise. We got a good deal and were treated with excellent customer service.My wife and I went into Mattress Firm Clearance looking for a king size mattress. We had never shopped for mattresses before, and had really no idea what we were looking for.This was the third place we looked, and, frankly, we were not expecting to get the best deal here. We were wrong.We got a great deal on a very nice king mattress and remote frame (my wife is pregnant, so thats a plus).Dana Barrow was a tremendous help. Dana, our salesman, was extremely helpful when my son and I went in on Saturday showing us multiple mattresses. He was also good when we went back in on Tuesday with dad. He was the only salesman on Tuesday, so he had to split up his time between several customers.

Price was better by far than what I found on the internet[S] thru my cursory search for the same or similar mattress. I was already familiar with foam and gel since I purchased a tempur-pedic at this location 8 years ago. This Sleepy mattress is “cool” and elicits a dreamy state in my being once my body touches it. Actually, even the thought of this mattress evokes happy thoughts that also happen to be improper for me to discuss in this review, but I digress.- a commoner’s review.

We had a great experience buying a queen mattress and box spring from John. We needed a mattress for a guest bedroom that would be used infrequently and we told John the general firmness we wanted and how much we were willing to pay. He showed us a few options and sharpened his pencil to give us a fair deal that met our needs. In and out in 15 minutes! Great experience!

Mattress Firm in Longview,Tx is a great place To Buy A new Mattress or a New Adjustable Base for your Bed. I bought my new “Original Purple” Mattress From them about 1.5yrs ago and it has been great and here recently I just purchased a New Adjustable Massage Base to go under my mattress. It will arrive Saturday to be installed but John the Sales Rep there answered all my questions And then some he definitely knows his stuff. Walked in knowing the size of bed I needed and the price range I had to work with. The sales rep pulled a couple of beds out and we found what we wanted. Sales rep knew his products and we didnt have to spend all day looking and trying to find a mattress ourselves.
