I am currently waiting to receive my mattress - super excited, by the way! As for my in-store experience, it was awesome! My present mattress is well over 10 years old and wreaking havoc on my back. So I went to the Sleep Number store in my city, did the three mattress tour and found my ideal comfort level. The sales person, Nia, was pleasant and informative, she got me the discounts I qualified for and walked me through everything from fitting to finance. No pressure tactics, no feeling like I was being hustled - Truly a wonderful experience!

After having back problems me and my husband decided to purchase a bed from sleep number to see if it would help. We decided to buy the C2 mattress. I can honestly say you would have better experience buying a blow up mattress from Walmart. We had it for the trial period and had problems with back pain the entire time. We called several times and they tried sending us a topper to help but it did not. I put money down to help with the payments so I could get the monthly payment I wanted and I was told that if we didnt like it we would recieve a refund. Now we have returned the bed and was waiting on a refund just to find out that we do not recieve a refund because they have a delivery and pickup fee. This was not explained to me or my husband at the time of purchase. So we did not recieve the money I put down back and I still have to pay 9.00 for a bed that I no longer have. We went through the paper work on the finance part and none of it makes since. I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company. I was told by the sales rep Micah that I could bring in the bedding items I had and get a return on those as well and we live a hour and a half from the store so I loaded up and took them back to the store. When we arrived he told me it would go back to synchrony and they would send me the refund. Please be aware of hidden fees when buying from this company!

The first time we went in this store several weeks ago, the young man was neither here nor there whether we bought a mattress. His phone seemed more important. Went back in yesterday to buy a mattress and the lady was downright rude and hateful and didnt care whether we bought a mattress or not. She was looking at us like yall cant afford one of these. I had enough in my purse to buy two of them. So we didnt. Will not ever walk back in that store.

Honestly THE ABSOLUTE BEST customer service I have EVER received from any business!!! They just went above and beyond to help me with an issue with my sleep number bed and I can’t thank them enough!!!

Had our bed for about a year. Recently stopped linking to WiFi. Came to the store to check up on what we could do to get it connected again. I was informed we had to pay 185$ for a service tech to come run diagnostics. Was handed a card with a customer service number on it. The lady was less than helpful... You pay this much for a bed you hope the customer service will match the price tag.

When we went to the Longview Texas Sleep Number Store, it was a very COMFY experience, so to say. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a very polite lady who really knows her stuff. She answered every question and was very patient with my husband & I, as we probably drove her crazy...LOL 😊😊😊😊😊asking a thousand questions. She really was a multi-tasker, trying to help us, greet anyone who walked in the door and answer the phone when it rang. She really needed more help because she had too much to do but she was great at how she handled everything coming at her at once. She showed us some model beds that we described we were interested in and she was so attentive to making us comfortable and was very descriptive on the details of all the choices we had. This lady needs a raise. We thought on it and came back the next day to a different young lady who had the floor and she was a WONDERFUL saleswoman too. We decided which one we wanted and made the deal. It was a GREAT experience ! Today we are waiting on the arrival of our new Flextop King i8 360 smart bed Flexfit 2 bed.
