My husband and I were very pleased with our shopping experience at Mattress Firm in Longview. We went in on a Saturday and it was fairly busy. Patrick did an amazing job at juggling all the customers that came in, making sure to pleasantly greet everyone and attended to our individual needs in a timely manner. We were very impressed with his customer service skills and will definitely recommend our family and friends.

Sally was excellent, she didnt push like I have had other salespeople doand I really appreciate that. This was the second time coming into the store to take a look so we basically knew what we wanted but just wanted to make sure before the purchase.

Staff is always there to help but not be pushy. They are knowledgeable and have good suggestions to help me find what I need. Ive purchased mattresses, pillows and adjustable bed frames from them and am happy with them all. There seems to always be some sort of sale going on, so give them a shot!

I called got info then drove to store.I was greeted as I entered and asked if I could be helped.Said I had called and was immediately surprised as the salesperson said oh I was the one who spoke with you.We went into the store further as she asked how much my idea of finances were and I said I was looking at the queen size for twin price and around 300.I was shown a standing section of.matresses with above my idea, and she said these are marked.reguular price. And where are you planning to use the mattress. In the spare bedroom as my nephew said it was the worst mattress he had ever slept on.Ended up getting a memory foam for 400 and got a military discount.The new one was lighter than the old one.Am presently allowing the expansion of the new mattress.Appreciate the kindness of the sales person in helping me load it in the car.I believe her name is Tabitha,works in Longview.Im 73 and 100percent PTSD and she was also patient with my stops and starts in theconversation.Not real good at reviews but here it is for what it is.

Mattress Firm was the first--and last--place we stopped to purchase three mattresses, one box spring, and protectors for all.I cant remember our sales ladys name, but she was a real jewel. She got us taken care of, and didnt try to sell us anything that was more than we could afford.I will recommend Mattress Firm to anyone I know who is looking for new beds.We were impressed.

Horrific experience!Bought mattresses over a month ago. After being told several times that my order was ready and showing up and then found that my mattresses were sold out from under me. Horrible customer service. Sales people just make excuses and are very argumentative. Stay away from Matress Firm in Longview Washington.

Helped 2 boys select the correct firmness for their beds by trying in store mattresses. Had just what we needed in stock and set up delivery right away.

Tabitha made sure I had a great experience at the showroom. But the delivery team tore up the drywall in the home. They left garbage all over the ground and drove through the grass on the way out. Now theyre charging me an $85 restocking fee for their mistake.

UPDATE: Day before delivery I called to get an update and make sure my set was in and was basically told that I needed to wait for the call/email later that night. Explained that I was told they frequently get delayed, and want to make sure that I am planning accordingly- taking time off work, removing old set. As suspected they called me back and said it was delayed another week (after a month wait). Site just finally updated and tentative delivery date is now Christmas Eve..Purchased 11/15/20-Let me start with I am overall happy with my experience purchasing our bed set! I felt Tabitha was really trying to gauge what we needed and find me the right fit in a mattress.As far as the price, bed set, etc- I am super happy with the product and price I got it for (even though it was a TON more than I planned- but that was all my bad) 😂 They helped bring down the price, gave military discount, and tailored it to fit my monthly budget. Financing was easy and fast. Was advised ahead of time the bed I want is a month out on back order.Overall I can’t wait for my new bed, and just hope it’s worth every penny!

I walked in not sure of what I wanted but I knew my price. Sally showed me all the beds I would love that was in that price range and she never pushed me to go above it. I found my bed within mins and the process was so smooth and easy. They delivered my bed for me within two days and the delivery boys were so kind and helpful! This company lives off fine print. Purchased purple mattress with 100 night guarantee...at 40 days we decided to return and now there is all these hoops to jump through and fees. Gonna cost us 450 dollars to return a 1300 mattress. If I bought direct from purple then there wouldnt be all these issues. Sales associate told us before purchase that nothing was different between buying from them or purple direct. Thanks alot.

Went to go buy a mattress for my son, Sally the older sales lady said that the mattress we were buying was brand new, but was out of stock. I also planned on dropping about $5,000 later on a purple system. When we got my sons mattress home, it was ripped and damaged. When my wife tried to call Sally about it, Sally became very defensive and vindictive and yelled and argued with my wife. Saying if you dont like the mattress you can bring it back...so we did. Then we had to argue with her on getting the full refund. This place is a sham, and the good reviews for them are actually bots, so dont trust them... Dont buy from this place. Definitely saved $5K from not going here.

This might be one of the worst experiences I have ever had. 1. Forgot to add my pillows when billing my credit card so no pillows. 2. Could not deliver to Woodland for two weeks. 3. Did not call the evening before promised delivery date which would of been very helpful before...4. Not having the mattress even planned to deliver due to their own truck did not show up excuse. which we had to learn by calling ourselves. 5. My wife took time off of work, vacation time, for the delivery that will not happen. Avoid this location if you expect customer service. You would think for that kind of money a phone call would not be out of the question.

Called ahead of time, because there was a50 percent off sale for online purchases,to see if they had the same sale in the store. The lady said yes they most likely would and if not theyd have the same mattress to at least try out, then we could work on price or buy it online. We get to the store and they have no sales and nothing really comparable to online items. The lady would not even look at the online store to see. Maybe there is commission in mattresses sold in stores and this is why she was so unhelpful.

So happy with my purchase. Great service and they can have it delivered anywhere they have a store. I will definitely buy my next one through this store.

I havent purchased a mattress in 15 years so I was confused about what to buy. Sally was amazing, she took me through the whole store and let me check out every mattress in there. Twice I picked a mattress and went to pay for it and twice I changed my mind. Sally was so patient with me. She wanted me to be 100% sure of what I was buying so she took me back to the 2 mattresses I liked to let me lay on them again. Shes funny, professional and truly takes an interest in you and your purchase. I will recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for a Mattress.

Would highly recommend Sleep train to anyone looking for a new mattress. The staff are very friendly, and are far from pushy. Very knowledgeable and are not pushing you into buying an expensive mattress. Brought my 3 little kids into the mattress center on 8/22/15 and the staff kept them entertained with a train set, while my fiance and I looked and laid down on multiple mattresses. They really help you find an affordable and comfortable bed. I dont have great credit and really didnt expect to be approved to finance such a great mattress and box-spring. Go check them out! Im more than happy with my bed :)

We went in to purchase a replacement mattress. Everything was great, sales ladies were friendly and helpful and quoting sales prices and warranty right until they realized we were replacing under warranty. The whole attitude became hostile. Sales prices were not honored and we were overcharged. That said, when the area manager found out he refunded the amounts to honor the sales prices and removed the overcharges. So its a love-hate relationship with Mattress Firm. I wouldnt shop at this particular store again.
