Over priced and lack knowledge of basic PC problems

Will give them credit for including info in the form you sign but they are not clear about throwing your property away if they can’t fix it. Will not tell you up front and will rush you to sign papers. Basic Business is to be Clear and Honest

I spilt coffee on my laptop and took it to have it fixed. They were kind, knowledgeable, and did a great job. It was a really good price, too. I will definitely be going back.

Over the years Ive taken computers from both my business and personal ones to Computer Time for repair. Most of the time they can actually fix the problem, sometimes a computer is just too far gone. But they never lost a byte of data that was at risk.I know that a lot of their business is with banks, hospitals, schools and such. I figure if they can do all that, they can certainly recover my sons birthday photos!

I have been using them for years once I found them. Was not happy with several of their competitors . So happy with sales, service, and prices! Great everything.
