Employee working on stocking duties was quick to come up to register when I was ready to check out! Doesnt always happen like that, so MUCH appreciated! Everything I needed was in stock (or being stocked LoL)!

The place is good for shopping but its prices are going up on the items you use the most. Still is better for economizing money. The service is great and parking lot is good, and its also well located and easy to get to

Dollar goes further here. Starting to have more vegetarian choices. Great snacks for work and school. Variety of decor and seasonal wares for holiday. Toy selection great for tots.

Great store employee very nice

Went in to grab a lighter, purchased 3 pack for $1 just like name of store. Quick service, employees were nice to customers and helpful to each other.These $1 stores are often full of clutter and kind of dirty. I didnt go past the front register so I cannot say the stores cleanliness. All in all quick visit got what I went in for will return.

Only if Dollar general was really a dollar store would I give it 5 stars but for decently cheap off brands its Okay

Went in for q quick visit to grab a few things, ended up accidentally leaving my phone either in the cart or on the counter. A medical item is always out of stock. Employees response is always the same. we will have it on the next delivery I asked for a specific item that had been out of stock for over 2 months. When I spoke to the women at the register I asked how we can be sure to get the product in? I was told Well, you can just go to another store if you dont like it here! I was stunned!Customer Service is definitely lacking at this location!

The deals and sales are great! The aisles are a little crowded so its difficult to move your cart around at times but overall very friendly staff willing to help anytime!

Good place, have had some bad experience with employees but some are very nice.. Went in after a year not going and felt good not seeing the lady that looks miserable! Hopefully she is gone but they have lots of options and good prices on some things.

It was one of the greatest experience of customer service ever Sharon was very understanding and tended to me as soon as I walked in as I had called prior to getting there keep up the amazing work Sharon and thank you a million times super grateful

This lady manager with dyed blonde that works @ 400 E State Rd 434 Longwood Fl 32750 is not being nice as a manager of the store she talks badly about me in both dollar general stores location she used to work @ Winter Springs store insulting on my disability beings I m a regular shopper there & gets whatever I needs she thinks I can’t read her lips 👄?! She didn’t realize I can ! She is hurting my feelings I only shop when ever I needed something so why is she complaining?? She even insulted on my son has ASD disability when he asked her where to find an item in one day I forgot her name on the badge I think is Nana something like that She should not be working @ any Dollar General store as a manager at all if she won’t be nice to any customers like me even disability shopper like me ! She should be suspended without pay to learn her mistakes as a manager of the store she insulted with another customer on me @ Winter Springs store last year I was so hurt & didn’t stand up to her I just walked away I’m not gonna step in that store Longwood store ever again I’m gonna go to another Dollar General store in another location with better friendly staffs unless this lady manager is no longer working @ Longwood store Thank You 🙏 why is she complaining if someone else is also a regular shopper like me ?! Huh .., Please don’t allow her to be a manager ever again

Its a dollar store, nothing special. Service is always pretty slow there.

Went to this place today stand in line for 30 minutes and there was a black lady on one cash register and there was a lot people in line they have two lines and there was a customer holding things up I ask a heavy set lady she was white are you going open up another cash register she said no that is wrong holidays coming up and you said no you should be fired the black lady has a bad leg and the other lady was putting price tags on shelves really stores is terrible never go back again never just let you know they will be closing that place everything in that plaza they are knocking it down

This is my absolute favorite Dollar General out if all that Ive ever been to. Its new so its clean, its organized, they have a good selection of items, and the staff is super friendly!

Exactly what you would expect a Dollar General to be like. Cheap, low quality stuff at low prices. I usually get toilet paper and laundry detergent here if thats all I need to grab real quick.

Prices are a little high for a dollar store title. Understaffed for a busy location. Staff wasnt friendly and made customers feel like they werent interested in answering the customers questions. Check out was fast.

I went to find a specific candle. The sales lady was very helpful in locating it
