Shady customer service. Incredibly rude and untrustworthy. We brought in a slow leaking tire and they looked it over and said they couldnt find a leak. They then replaced my girlfriends tire and found a screw in it and didnt tell her it could have been patched. We brought it to their attention before leaving the lot and they told us you just asked us to replace the tire which we only told them to do after they said they couldnt find the source of the leak. We asked for a refund on the new tire and to patch the old tire and they said after they do the service its done and they dont do that. Complete lack of regard for disclosure and customer service. Used to love and recommend this place but will never trust them again.

Phenomenal service! Quick and safe, everyone I encountered had a mask on and sanitizer on deck! They even checked to see if my tire could be repaired before they sold me a tire. Super polite.

I am very pleased with the work done here at the Tires Auto & Body Shop. They were upfront about what they were going to do (four tires and alignment) and even better they were quick to jump right on it and have it done the next day! From my past experience going to other shops in the local area, this was by far the easiest and quickest that I have came across. Will definitely go back next year.

These guys are quick and fair. I went in for a flat and they checked to see if it could be repaired before I replaced it. Then they gave me options on tires once we determined it had to be replaced. Life saver !!! Thank you Brian for helping us out . We were on our way home when we noticed an odd sound coming from the back of our car. I pulled over and to our surprise we had a thick nail stuck on our tire . We called every body shop in the area and no one answered except for this shop. They answered very professionally and said they would wait for us to arrive . We arrived a couple minutes before they closed and Brian immediately helped us and examined our tire. He immediately gave us a flat rate to patch up our tire and patched it up quickly, he was very nice and responsive to all our questions. He even checked all our tires air pressure without us asking !! I highly recommend this place thank you Brian!

They were fast and efficient at a good price.

I bought 2 semi new tires from them on a Friday. I drove my car less than 2 hours totally over the weekend and on Monday just within West LA and Culver city. One of the tires exploded on Monday in Overland and Sepulveda risking my life and others. I went back to the shop the same day after triple A helped me and they treated me very bad and told me that the used tires didnt have warranty. Funny how they changed the term semi new (used on Friday) for the term used. I paid $50 approx for each tired that I bought from them. I left the shop after they literally dropped the exploded tired back in my car and turn their backs around at me. I went to other shop and they confirmed that Ive got scammed. Also the triple A technician told me so. BE AWARE of this place. They sell dangerous semi new tires. Go somewhere else.

People in this shop don’t understand and can’t speak right. I asked for a quote of both front & back brakes to be fixed and they told me $280. When I asked them again what the $280 covered they said only the front brakes. Realizing they didn’t explain it right the first time I asked them to stop labor and just give me my car back since I didn’t and couldn’t pay those ridiculous prices. They then were charging me $30 for ‘ changing my mind’ when they didn’t explain things right to begin with. Never going back and I recommend you don’t give them your business. They are not honest people!

I didnt know what size tires my vehicle takes, but I called, and Francisco knew the car model, checked his stock, & let me know they had them in stock.When I got there, Francisco introduced himself, he got out the tires, another staff introduced himself, and put them on.I was in & out in 20 minutes with. It was easy. I often ask: Would I go back? Yes.

I initially called this afternoon to get procing on getting 2 tires I already had mounted on the rear rims of my car I was quoted $15 each whichbI could live with. I arrived a fee hours later and was told to wait which I did for around 25 mins still no biggie. But when the employee with the longer hair and glasses came up and I explained what I needed and whatbId been told I was completly ignored. He proceeded to stroke his chin looking perplexed at my rear wheel and with a straight face proceeds to tell me the cost will be $25 each! $50 to mount two tires you gotta be kidding me thats beyond ridiculius especially when a used tire mounted and balanced sells for $40! Guess that means you can go buy a used tire for the low low price of $15 seeing $25 goes to mount & balance right. If you dont want to do the work just be honest and say so dont tell people ine thing on tje ohone, have them drive 25 mins down to you then gouge the hell out of them on price knowing youre the onky shop in the area still open to boot. Thats whats called a bait & switch & totally unprofessional and outright bull$#+t where I come from.
