There is a middle aged female guard who stared at me so intensely, I purchased a rap kit to perform on myself. Didnt enjoy my shopping experience at all. 7/ 17 .

I went in there today to use the restroom, I told the security that I was in the store earlier and the code on the door wasnt working and could she let me in. She told she send one of the employee Michael to the back to unlock it for me. When I got there, I thought he asked me did I used the restroom and I replied no. I thought he walked away to get the key. I waited for 20 minutes and asked him was he waiting for the key because he was walking around the area back and fourth like he was looking for someone. He caught an attitude and responded that I told him I didnt need to use the restroom he was speaking so low I barely could understand what he was saying. He rolled his eyes and proceeded to walk away. I had to stop him and asked him to repeat hisself and told him what the security had told me and he let me in the restroom. But other than that, he had no reason to be rude and unprofessional because of a misunderstanding. I work in costumer services and would never had acted that way towards anyone.

If I need something fast thats where I go. Good for bulk items and good for businesses in food service also

Best time to go is very early in the morning during the week. Its barely more than 10 in there, so you can be in and out. Some prices are reasonable and some are height..but you definitely get quality meat and produce.

This Smart and Final is located on Vermont near 83rd. It is rarely stocked and not a location that I like to frequent. Nevertheless, I have ceased purchasing at many locations do to less than quality product. Biscuits past the expiration date in the frozen section; and milk that tastes sour the day after I open the bottle and the date is not expired. I believe each store is individually owned because there are some good locations.

This is my go to store since mostly everything is in Bulk, perfect for big families

I go early and miss the crowds. Now the one in South Central locks up their hygiene products. Its a drag. But my checker was great, unlocking it and being patient as I decided on my items.

Because of this Covid-19 situation most stuff I normally shop for they dont have much of. But they are still fully stock with things you actually need. Good place to shop. Just follow rules and youll be in and out in no time! 👍

To whom it may concern, just want to let y’all know that I’ve seen this store have a rough conditions but also bounce back. I live in this neighborhood for the past 15 years and this is not the easiest place to work or be! I understand that is customers can be quite difficult at times but it’s not so to employees it’s just how we are brought up in the hood. I have seen lots of new happy faces and the willingness to help customers. Smart and Final please don’t close down do to theft! Some of us still appreciate the store being in our neighborhoods. I’d wish everyone can see this! It take a neighbor to keep this store clean. Stop your complaining and be clean when you shop! I’ve seen it all.Keep up the good work.

They have no fresh produce at this time theyre always waiting for a truckload to come in they have the Tomato on sale and they have all the trash on their display theyre hoping people can buy that first and then theyll put up the fresh ones Im more than sure thats whats going on one of the worst Smart & Final I have ever been to

The store manager (Blanca Sanchez) is very kind and helpful everytime I walk in. She always has a smile in her face. Her employees are hard workers and helpful when i need items from the aisles.I went to the store today (7am) and i didnt catch the manager (Hispanic male). He greeted me as i came in and asked me if i needed a basket and he brought it to me. The atmosphere was pleasant. I have positive changes in the store. More organized, more friendly faces, shelves are stocked)Great customer service. Great smiles. Definitely will come again.Keep it up staff. I 👍🥰

They had everything we needed for a taco event thats taking place 12 p.m. to 4 a.m. tonight in Pomona. This Smart & Final has excellent staff members and customer service. When the lines are long best believe all the registers are open and the cashiers are on point moving at top speed.

I use to love this place but when they made changes recently its awkward now, the lanes are long now they dont cut thru the middle anymore, if you go down one lane you have to walk all the way to the back of the store and come all the way up and they are so small now two carts can not walk by together anymore its just not what i expected usually changes are suppose to be better not worst.

They should have more cashiers open when the store is full of customers. There’s been wait times of more than 30 minuets with only ONE cashier open. Maybe they need to open up positions for cashiers because it gets ridiculous at times. Other than that, store is well stocked and clean, not much produce selection, but that’s okay.

Store is clean .cashier are slow. Parking on the first row of parking lot is very tight. Prices are the same as super markets. But Convenient if you dont want to go to a large supermarket.

Im not too fond of the stores new layout, but they have what I need when I visit, so its all good....cleaning products, like 409 and Lysol are out of stock.

Courteous polite .. everything was fresh and in stock the meats fresh or chips are fresh the cookies are not stale as a matter of fact they were really adding more to the stock today making sure everything was stocked I love coming here the French pressed the case of fresh the pastries are fresh the cookies are fresh the best vehicles are fresh you name it everything in there is fresh and they stay stocked up if youre looking for something you will find it there every time

Probably one of my favorite Smart & Final, its always so easy to get in and out, plenty of parking, and always the freshest flowers and pumpkins!

Good variety of items, good prices without the club fees

This location is usually well stocked and has the advertised sell items available. It doesnt have a large variety of different items such as organic fruits and vegetables. There is also some problems with panhandlers in the parking lot and sometimes in the store.

Everytime I go to this store the employees always very helpful and its one of the few Smart & Finals that are very custoer orienteed. I had to take the time to rate this store today because last week an employee by the name Richard took the time to help with items I was looking for and as a business customer thats important to me. I love good cuatomer service. Richard thank your assistance!

Blanca is misleading the customers .This store has a lot of bad food now and over the years . Chicken no joke, over 2 yrs. old . Milk a month old . Lunch meat over 2 months old . Mustard 3 months old . Juice a month old. Some items go back the previous year . Onions with mold on them and fruit flys . Bad tomatoes, garlic, lime and other bad food . Some items dont, even have a date on them . This store failed a food inspection check . Employees stealing money and items in the store. Employees having sex in the store. Employees slashing other enployees tires . Employees trying to fight customers . A employee brought a gun into the store . A customer doing a 2 on one of the isles . Items that are open and some items missing and they still try to resale it . Instead of giving iit back to the company . Delibertly selling bad itens to customers .Compromising customers health over a few dollars . Customers constantly stealing items and baskets . Allowing people to come on the parking lot and beg people for money on be half of charity or whatever . Allowing people to come in the store and beg people for money . Allowing people to come in the parking lot and in the store with every intention not to shop and thats ok . Denying customers sevice because their child touch the checkstand . The head store mgr. I always tell them, check the dates on everything that has a date . But they dont listen . I say it is always better, if you as an employee catch the date being bad, than a customer . Because their customers, who arent checking the dates because they are trusting you, thinking the items are good, when they arent . Ive told them, corporate, and the security company you need more security guards . But, they dont listen, it falls on deaf ears . These are all of the employees who dont listen and they shouldnt be here . They look very bad . They are very rude and unprofessional . And they make the company look very bad . But the ok workers are Travon Carter, Jesus, Hecter Contreras and Chris Thomas although, sometimes he has an attitude problem . Ive talk to corporate about all of these issues and more . Karen in the customer service dept. and Rafael in the customer relations dept. at the coporate office .The only thing, they deliver on, are on empty promises. That dont care about customers. They do noda . I am done shopping here, unless things change .The workers dont care about the job and take pride in doing a good or great job . So, I dont care to shop here anymore . I purchased a bag of the First Street Chicken Wings. They should be ashamed. It was the worst bag of chicken I’ve ever received formFirst Street. I’ll never buy this product again and I’ve been loyal shopper at my Inglewood Crenshaw Shore for over 10 years. This bag I purchased at the Los Angeles Crenshaw store. But never nothing like this. Costco here I come. I purchase a party bag once a month for the last 4 years. Never no more.

Not enough people that speak English I ask a question nobody understands English so maybe they need to learn English instead of us trying to learn their Spanish there are in America

They do not sell a variety of toothbrushes in their Vermont store just got like 7 soft toothbrushes hanging there as at this morning and thats it. Such place is supposed to have different types ranging from kiddies,soft,medium and hard.

Lines too long. Had to ask for manager to open more registers. Food is Great 90% of items are in stock. Improve their P.R.

Nice store with a decent variety of produce. Staff is a little limited sometimes you have to wait a while in the checkout line but its does have very good prices and great discount specials on different food products.
