I absolutely love Ralphs is my favorite grocery store here in California back east I was always a customer of Kroger which is the owner of Ralphs do I understand it they have the best deals best products and staff are always nice and helpful it really isnt a meeting I have to complain about this place except maybe I was just 24 hours

I just called the pharmacy to check on a call that we had received due to their automated system, A guy in the pharmacy answered and very rudely said We didnt call you and hung up without me letting him tell him anything else besides We received a call from the pharmacy. I believe the guy should be told to have better costumer service. He didnt even ask for our name or the phone number or any information regarding us to check if the system had called.I had a question regarding a medicine given to my mother but I never even got the chance to ask him that cause he just hung up the phone.I wish for the manager to hire better employees than him, Thank you.

This is one of the low budget Ralphs there is this store is always out of something and the lines be a mile long it is not even 9:00 the express line was shut down and the other 2 lines was long as heck I only had 1 item I left and went to Vons across the streets was out in 5 minutes whoever the manager is he need to do better i do not know what is going on but this store have been went down hill years ago it was nvr like this and this Ralph they should close down instead of the one that was close on Slauson and Crenshaw do better.

Usually all the Ralphs stores are located in upscale neighborhoods. This one is at major intersection but within a low income neighborhood where homeless people street vendors are everywhere. Therefore there are too many security staff and entrance/exit are blocked with gate inside the main doors. Other than that its the same like any other Ralphs

We went to this grocery store the other day to get some necessities. The store was well-organized, and there were no stock shortages. We almost always do our grocery shopping here, and weve never had a problem with their items being out of stock. They all have the friendliest and most welcoming employees!

When I searched my grocery storage facility, it was out of order. I headed to the closest grocery store straight away. In their operation, they were very orderly and structured. Their inventories were well-classified. I got the product I wanted quickly and their workers were really supportive. Continue the good service!

Few days ago my mom and I went to get some groceries and I took a box of watermelon (the ones already cut) and when I was eating it there was a hair one of the pieces. It was gross and I threw it away and I told my mother and she told me to go and make a complain about it but it was in the trash already. Just be careful and ralphs should be more careful about their products. Also we bought a kiss cereal and it was already expired. Such a waste of money.

The security guard here is just plain rude disrespectful and unprofessional. I love to get grocery’s in this Ralph it’s the only one grocery store in the area witch is open 24/7 you can get most of the stuff with you over here. Prices might be a little higher then you can find in any other place but in the end you paying four your convenience.

I HAVE TO SAY THAT LAST NIGHT WAS THE WORST AND BEST EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE!And let me tell you why: Last night I forgot my wallet at home, and I realized about that when I was with a cashier, and she was really mean with me, at the point that she told me that she was not the one who forgot the wallet, because I tried to use Google pay to do my payment, but they told me that was not available option, and also the other cashier that was close to her, they told me to go back home and was like 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. and I say you know the thing is not that I dont have money, I cannot pay because you dont have a modern option to do a payment, this two girls were really mean with me, and also because I asked for help to other people (maybe like if I can do a Zelle or something like that to do my payment) they were acting like if I was soliciting at the place, and told me to dont ask for money to the people, but no way, I was not doing that, because I have my own money at the bank, and they were almost like close to kicking me out of the store without giving me any solution or options, they were not efficient, I received a really bad customer service from that two girls on the cashier, they were rude, like bullers. The good thing of this story is that the superhero of the night was Mynor, the guy that works on the area of the self-checkout, I thought he was the supervisor but he told me that no, but he told me how can I help you, explain it to him my problem, that I forgot my wallet, and he told me if you have your account in Ralphs app, you can use Krogers payment and I did it! He saved the night, and because of him I could have dinner for my little girl at time, this guy really deserve a reward, hes awesome, for guys like him is the only reason why I am giving five stars to the Ralphs store on 3rd and Vermont, and I will say it again he saved my night, he was the superhero of the night, thank you very much Mynor for your customer service! You were awesome!

This is the best Ralphs ever!! New in K-Town walking distance from my house. Ms. Mattie was my cashier and she gave excellent customer service. This store was well stocked! Great produce selection. Very clean and tidy with reasonable priced items. This is my second home. Also, I like this Ralphs because there is a Starbucks inside which is very convenient for us coffee morning drinkers!!

This location really packs a punch. They arent that big and their parking lot is a bit tight but they always seem to have everything stocked up and ready to go. The employees seem to work hard, are helpful, and get the job done in a timely matter. Every time I stop in to get things that I need I seem to be able to find things quickly also. I guess that means they have their layout set up pretty nicely. Their pricing is competitive but not on the cheaper end of the spectrum. I love the location and how easily you can pull in and out of this location compared to other places in this part of town.

I love coming to this Ralphs. A Manager is supposed to be pleasant, helpful to all customers and is this is what Mattie (Sales Manager) is. I love coming to this Ralphs. She is friendly, courteous and extremely nice and most of all professional and helpful. I happen to but always forget something and Mattie is there to remind me towards the end of my checkout. I never walk away with any disappointment thanks to Mattie.

This location of Ralphs is by far my favorite and thats saying a lot, since Ive been to quite an few Ralphs locations. Ever since, it was remodeled years ago the customer service has improved and its lovely inside. I enjoy the products that are offered here and the customer service has always been pleasant. The only concern is sometimes parking can get congested, but eventually youll find an spot. However, I reccomend all K-town or nearby residents to give this one an try!

Good grocery chain thats near where I reside. Its always stocked with everything and they carry organics and all natural items. Its not exactly whole foods but its getting closer without the big price tags. Regularly has sales items on most products. I prefer this to Vons which is Safeway chain. This chain is Kroger and seems to have slightly higher standards.

I used to drive out of my way to avoid this Ralphs a couple years ago, but since their renovations (and maybe new management?) I am blown away by how consistently thoughtful and helpful their staff is: ESPECIALLY during COVID19. Show some love. Wear your mask and be nice to these hard-working people. They upgraded the sushi and the poké bowl is SO DOPE. LOVE YOU GUYS!

Not a big fan of this Ralphs because it looks so dirty but clustered. The produce section is very messy. Customer service I felt could use some work, everyone felt like they were over the day and just wanted to be home and I dont blame them but when theyre at work they need to have their game faces on and make the customer feel good about shopping there.

This Ralphs in Koreatown is one of the most organized Ralphs in Koreatown. It has everything you might need each time I shop here. Floors are always clean and not to mention lots of choices of fresh fruits and vegetables. They are always putting out new products. I love shopping here. Only downside is that theres no diaper changing table in the ladies room. Ralphs shuttle will bring you and your groceries home at the end of your $25 or more shopping trip. They drop you anywhere within 2mi of the store. Be sure to get a free Ralphs card if you doubt already have one. Big savings with Ralphs card.

The Ralphs on 3rd Street provides a pretty poor customer service experience. The deli, in particular, is awful. I typically request a create your own, vegetarian sandwich. Every time I order the vegetarian sandwich, I add avocado. The managers all know to not charge me the extra $1.50 for the avocado, since its a vegetarian sandwich and since I save them money by not asking for meat. During my most recent (and certainly my last) visit, they didnt have any avocado behind the deli and acted as though they couldnt put any avocado on my sandwich. Perhaps they forgot that they work in a grocery store, where there is an abundance of avocado in the produce section. After acting helpless for about a minute, Rachel, the woman making my sandwich, went to get an avocado. She then proceeded to charge me for the avocado. I told her that they never charge me for the avocado. She kept insisting that avocado was extra. After I asked to speak to a manager, she acted quite annoyed and we had to wait around for 3-4 minutes for the manager to decide whether to charge us. Rachel told us they wouldnt charge us this time but that we would be charged for avocado on a veggie sandwich in the future. Not sure how Ralphs justified this extra charge. A vegetarian sandwich with avocado should cost less than a sandwich with meat and avocado. Ralphs clearly does not value customer service, and deli employees often act frustrated with the customer, instead of focusing on providing quality service to gain customer loyalty. I will never order another sandwich from the deli again. Vons has my business.

Came in to grab a couple items, wanted to try to mochi ice cream I’ve been seeing commercials on. Asked the lady and she told me to ask the bakery. I go to the back where the bakery is and ask the man putting bread away, he proceeds to ask the woman in the back she tells him in Spanish to “tell her we’re closed what idiot is trying to buy candy this early in the morning” the translation could be a little odd sense I haven’t brushed up on my Spanish in a while. I just walked away to checkout my items. Saw nice old lady in front of me ask the checkout person how her day was and the sales lady completely ignored her. I know it’s 4am but nobody made them work these hours, they chose to. Staff is just unnecessarily rude and impolite. Never coming back. I’m disgusted. Also forgot to mention I slipped on the wet floor but caught my balance. There were no signs to be found anywhere. If I was the type of person to act like I broke my back or something and she this would have been the PERFECT time. ☺️

Very Clean Nice Worker Fresh Produce

I love this Ralphs location! It is close to where I live which is a major benefit, but I also seem to have very good luck here. They never seem to run out of the things I want, and they have great fresh meat and fish for the price! The store is kept in really good condition and the staff is always friendly, professional, and willing to help out if I need assistance fiūnding anything!
