We went there last weekend. my kids enjoyed a lot. wide range of flavors available. Recommended.

Ben & Jerrys is my favorite thing about coming to Union Station. I stop and get a cone Everytime Im passing through. The smell of Ben & Jerrys freshly made waffle cones fill Union Station with that unmistakably sweet smell that I associate so greatly with my visits to Union Station/DTLA. Stay right where you are Ben & Jerrys, always and forever.

Sometimes you want ice cream while waiting for your train. Its nice having Been & Jerrys right here at Union Station. I always get something chocolate. The service here is always good and so is the ice cream.

I go to Union Station so often I have practically made a purchase at every little shop and this is my favourite one by miles. The ice cream is pricy, Ill tell you that, but quality absolutely makes up (great variety too!). Not to mention all the employees are super nice, always with a smile on their faces! Will come back again and again.

I was so excited to try out their ice cream based on the reviews, but Im not sure what the rave is all about. I havent had a chance to read their story, but based on the ice cream, its very meh. I had the Tea Time + Rocky Mountain Chocolate Fudge? The ice cream is not creamy, its more on the icy side. I do like the sweetness level since its not super sweet and it was perfect. Not the greatest ice cream in my opinion.

There ice cream flavors here are amazing. And the staff here are helpful and nice. One of my favorite ice cream flavors is the new york fudge here. There ice cream is the best ever make sure to visit this place when around union station.

Great selection of ice cream! You truly cant go wrong with Ben & Jerrys. The customer service was not as great as I expected. I asked to become a member of their FREE Flavor Fanatic club and the cashier hesitated and did not want to give me a card.Not sure what was going on, but he gave me the card after asking if I frequently come to Union Station.

Love to pick up a gallon of cookie dough ice cream here since the markets only sell them by the half ping and the pint.

This place is nice if you on the go and need to grab something tasty for the hot weather, if you gonna eat, you gotta try their Ice Cream. Oh they have free WiFi and parking

The mochi tastes like soft velvety pillows melting in your mouth. Guaranteed Ill be back later this week.

So i leave my bag at the bakery and I call bens cause idk the name of the bakery but anyways the young man that answered the phone was so nice he went and checked and it was there. Hes saving it for me till i can come back later today. Total life saver!!

I went for ice cream instead got eye rolls and instead of a cone that I asked for, got a cup, had to tell her 3 times the flavor of ice cream, really bad service

Horrible experience. My daughter & I stopped by here for a quick ice cream before catching our 7:40 train home this evening. The kid working was in high school, maybe college aged too. When I was supposed to be next, he allowed 2 young pretty girls to cut in front of us claiming they were next (when they clearly were NOT) just so he could flirt with & try & impress them. When I was up he was also more interested in texting on his personal cell phone rather than doing what he was supposed to be doing, as he was texting before & after I handed him my credit card. By far some of the worst customer service I have ever received. I will not be returning to this location nor will I be recommending it to friends, family, & colleagues. 👎👎👎👎👎
