Terrible car rental, be aware! Junk cars and terrible people who work there. Should shut them down!

Showed up at 8:00 am to pick up our truck and the guy in the office says Your truck isnt here. Sorry. Call customer service. He totally didnt care, acted like it was no big deal, didnt offer to help find new truck. This was after we called twice to confirm truck availability and time. Called Budget customer service multiple times and nobody could help, nobody cared to help, nobody even tried to help. Budget, and this local location in particular, youre the worst.
