Andre was incredibly helpful! He helped me right away and honored my discounted special on my unit after I changed the reservation and lost it. He took time to show me the unit before I purchased it as well as other materials, like boxes and protective mattress slips if I needed. He was super friendly (not only to me, but all the other clients there), knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, and helped make the whole process a smooth and easy breeze! Great price! Great help! Any materials you need for moving are all there. Unit was spacious and exactly what I need. And place is clean. Andre runs this place amazingly. So happy I went to this LifeStorage location. Andre and Jessica are the BEST! Andre set me up with ease and was even able to get me a special rate reduction. I had to go back and upgrade my space to a larger unit, which is where Jessica comes in. Just like Andre, she handled the situation with A+ customer service and had me in a new larger unit in a short amount of time. I highly recommend LIFE STORAGE on commercial for any storage needs. The facilities are clean and organized. Customer service is amazing. The reason I give it a three is because it use to be 24 hour access. I use to be able to access this facility at 3am if I wanted to. They implemented more security measures which is awesome. My only issue is that management did not give anyone a warning that their 24 access would be suspended if you didn’t have storage before 2016. I made a 50 mile trip only to be denied access. No email or letter. Seems highly unprofessional. That’s my only issue. Other than that, I have had no other complaints from this facility. Online pay is easy and customer service is very efficient.

I was helped by a gentleman named Fernando who was very patient with me even though I asked a million questions and kept asking the same thing. Totally recommend this place and if you’re there ask for Fernando he will get you set up right.

Great clean facility. In a convenient location here down town. Barbara was a huge help in helping me find the right space. I was just concerned having witnessed her have to roll up those large doors manually so more cars can fit in the parking area and that man that door was barely moving. Y’all need to get that fixed. Besides that I highly recommend this location.

Great storage, great people. Be kind to them.Ive been using this storage facility for the last 4 years as a transition point in my life. Divorce, closing a company, starting a new life.As things go in life you forget to make a payment here and there, you have to expand storage space, you have to move things in and out. Through all this I have experienced great understanding service from managers and staff alike.From Bob, the previous manager (not uncle Bob, but a real Bob) to Mike the current manager at this location they have been polite, serviceful and fair.I dont know, maybe I live in a vortex of love and compassion or something, but I havent experienced any of what some people here seem to experience. Dont know.Transitions are hard and emotions run high when it comes to material things. Memories, regrets, joys, dreams gone by all trigger our emotions. Safety issues!! Easy for homeless people following due to the gate is large and takes time to close after open. I was shocked when homeless people swearing bad words to me and looks like going to ripe me. No time to get police or company staff.

As a small startup, Life Storage has been a god-send! As a flyering business, we receive lots of daily shipments from our customers, and Life Storage is the only public storage in LA I found that will sign for and receive them on my behalf. That saves me tremendous time not having to be onsite.With Tre and Mike in the past, and now with Barbara and Andre, the staff have always been friendly, gone out of their way to accommodate my needs, and fair to all tenants. It gets really busy at times with so many cars fighting for the limited amount of parking in the loading bay and they do their best to keep it flowing in and out.Since Barbara came on as the new supervisor, shes brought a lot of order to the place, and Ive really noticed the improvements, like carts being locked and more available. When they have time, she and Andre have even delivered packages directly to my storage unit.The location for me and when I need to meet new customers there is super convenient right off the 101 Fwy in a non-busy part of downtown. In the 2 years Ive been there, Ive upgraded to bigger units twice, and the prices are super reasonable for a small business.

I have 3 storage spaces here, and everytime I’m here Andre is taking care of everything. He’s helped me open 3 storages and everytime is friendly, thorough, and professional. Very clean place and safe to store. Defenitely recommend it!

Orange county and Riverside locations have 24 hour access for certain units for business use.

The staff is friendly and there are plenty of units. Downside is very limited parking and the unit I started renting wasnt clean (so had remnants and floor had invisible not been clean).

My stuff is still there a couple months later...guess it works.
