Barista went super lazy on the nitro cold brew I ordered, what I got was a light weight cup filled entirely with foam, and this is what it looked like once the foam settled down, this is 16 oz of coffee. I am sure you would have made me a new one had I complained at the cafe.

We had no power at a rental house due to strong storm(tornado?) for a weekend Lebowski Fest.I am a caffeine addict and picky about my coffee so it was great to find this great place not far from the place we were staying.The coffee was great both mornings as were the scones. With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The air conditioning was wonderful to enjoy as I charged my phone and they have free wifi.

Love, love, love their coffee! Lots of flavor without being burnt. They always have fun seasonal syrups for their lattes which is nice as well. Their beans are fair trade which is really important for any company selling coffee. There are so many coffee options in the area its great to pick one that supports the community so much!

I am here often because it is right by my job and it is always amazing and the service is incredible! My beekeeper tastes the same everytime!

I drive a freakishly long distance on a regular basis to go to this specific Heine Bros. They make their drinks the best of any of the locations that Ive been to. They are consistently kind and personable. And I can count on my order being correct, which is not an easy task, bc Im one of those complicated order people. They are awesome!!!

Not a fan but I like dark roast coffee. They only offer one type of coffee a day, different flavor and configurations of it but the day i went out was a light roast day so i wasnt excited. The girl at the drive through though was incredibly patient and tried her hardest to craft something that didnt taste like stale tea but alas.. not my kinda place

Good and friendly service, nice atmosphere, usual Heine Bros selection of drinks. However, the menu is awkwardly situation very high on a wall and poorly lit, making it hard to read. This resulted in me ordering a drink that had cayenne pepper in it, which some may like, but I wouldnt have ordered it if Id seen it contained that.

I love Heine Brothers coffee shops for a lot of reasons! Staff is always very friendly, all of the locations are comfortable and inviting. Their coffee is free trade, they have lots of options for those of us with dietary restrictions including a vegan Philly breakfast sandwich which is very tasty! And certainly not least important, their coffee is good! I recently tried a Nitro Cold Brew drink. Wow! It was delicious! Love Heine Bros!

Great ambiance but the coffee could be better.

I enjoy the customer service every time I come to purchase coffee, but Ive been wondering for the past few times if my code bruise have been watered down. I know I can probably get expensive to make as much cold brew as they may need to last throughout the day, so they may water it down to spread it out, but at the same time I feel that we should get what we pay for. The coffee doesnt taste as strong as it used to, which leads me to believe that it is watered down. Again, I appreciate the customer service, but I do feel that I should get what I pay for.

Over priced even more than Starbucks and the staff, asking me if am gonna leave a tip??? Last time i checked it was optional and a server never should ask for a tip specially when all i got it was one single cup of coffee!!

Very slow service, I was in a drive thru without a car and had to wait 2 cars to get their order before I got mine. Asked for a tea with milk, unfortunately didnt get it. Muffin was almost smushed but tasted OK.

Great atmosphere featuring both an open common area as well as a more secluded area for those that would like to work on their computer or read. Their outdoor patio isnt over the top however they have a modern design implemented to the building - a garage door that connects to the patio which is great on days with nice weather.P.S. The staff are pleasantly helpful.

I love Heine Brothers I have been a customer for many years now and Cassie at the St. Matthews location has made every visit so great––She is cares about the customer, she is so helpful and patient with questions, recommends great drinks, and always cares about your experience! FOR THIS, I wish I could give her50 Stars :)

The staff at this location are incredible. They are extremely friendly and go out of their way to serve the customer. I accirently left my phone at this location the other night. When I returned to pick it up the next morning they had it in a secure location and were extremely friendly, even sharing sleep tips. Both the evening and morning shift Baristas were incredibly friendly and helpful. GOOD JOB HEINE BROS.!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

The place has a very calm atmosphere and it helps me focus a lot when I do my homework and read there and the music is really good. I ordered tea and a coffee cake, both were delicious. I also love the giant garage door that opens when the weather is nice, it makes for such a soothing experience.

Been here twice since moving to the area. Both times the employees are not helpful in any way to recommend any coffee or specials( like I said only been to Heine Brothers twice) and I did tell the employees Im new here. Im not one to sit around in coffee houses all day but was willing to try this place twice and I received same result both times and the plain coffee I got was not good.

Oh yes. With an aesthetic atmosphere, I enjoyed just being there. The specialty drinks were great, but a little too sweet. Also, the barista failed to clean the steam wand after each use, so I can only imagine that he doesnt care. Big no-no

They only had one type of coffee to pick from, I was wanting a dark roast and they claimed they only had light roast. $3 for a large plain coffee is expensive in general, but this coffee was not good. Ill be going to a gas station next time for coffee.

The atmosphere is calm and the staff is friendly. Never had any complaints. The only thing I would like to see improved on is a few more couches/comfy chairs that you can sit around with friends and be a bit more comfortable while socializing.

I love this coffee chain, but I feel like it always takes an eon to get through the drive thru here at this location. The very front car sat there for 5 entire minutes before they were greeted by a staff member.

Great coffee and food options. Great vegan choices! Breakfast wrap was spotn on. Dog friendly patio made it an ideal spot to relax and take care of some work e-mails.

Heine Brothers is always unique and unfailingly local. I like the coffee; it is far from Seattle. This site is challenged in parking, but patience usually pays off.
