The eye exam was brief but good. The help I received in picking out frames and picking out options for my lenses was very good. My only disappointment was in the selection of frames. I did find ones I liked though. All in all a very good experience.My glasses came in yesterday and I was very pleased with the attention given to my wife and me. They fitted the glasses and made adjustments so that the glasses fit perfect. Great service.

Was OK. Takes to long to get my glasses. Then had to come back . Now have to wait up to another 2 weeks . Now keep in mind my current glasses are damaged. And there is no process thats any faster . Dont believe its the office that I visited fault . .but the time to wait is ridiculous.

Friendly and professional Doctors and staff. My only suggestion would be to display a price list. Especially for upgrades like polarized lenses and no line bifocal lenses somewhere near the glasses display.

I have been a customer with SVS Vision for over 20 years and always receive professional and courteous service.

Dr. Meyer, Marcy, Kendra and the staff here are amazing. They could easily get super irritated when I come in with 7 kiddos when only 2 are being seen but they dont. They are patient and beyond caring. They even help with the kiddos when I have to go back and talk to the doctor. Dr. Meyer is very thorough and explains everything, answers all questions and never makes me feel rushed. He is also great with the kids!

Dont buy anything from them..Their frame quality is poor.I bought a Branded frame and after few months temple came out and when i call they said they cant replace it and i have to pay for new frame, what is the point of buying a Branded Frame then. Their customer support is worst too.see their reply that they will investigate, they should replace the Branded frame they are selling instead of wasting Money and time of customer

I love the staff, products & prices at SVS (3554 Springhurst, Louisville KY). This is my 2nd year & was delighted with the same excellent service & same staff. My favorite part is how they are so helpful figuring out the best deal.

Very happy with my service at SVS Vision. The staff was very friendly. I needed some extra help finding out how much my insurance would pay towards contacts and Marcy was more than willing to help me and made some phone calls, even after closing. I really appreciate all her help and how friendly she was, as well as the other associates working. I will definitely continue to use SVS Vision and recommend it to others.

My work only pays for SVS vision for eyecare. Not a bad place, pretty quick exams and staff is mainly friendly. Prefer old eye doctor for eye injuries/issues, but may be just because I know the staff and doctor for 18+ years.

I was really anxious about getting glasses just because I have bad anxiety about everything but the staff and the DR there are absolutely amazing. They were so calming and made me so comfortable to be there. The doctor explained everything in depth and the man that helped me after was so kind and very helpful on what I needed with glasses. Very happy to be getting my glasses from here

The staff are AMAZING! And the eye doctor is very calm and friendly! Would recommend to anyone. I went to try contact lenses for the first time ever and they worked with me and never gave up. Long story short I was able to get the lenses in and out in the same day. Again would recommend to anyone.

This was my first time doing business with SVS and they’ve been fantastic. I had issues with my lenses but their trial period covered changing it out and the staff is always amazing. Highly recommend them!

Had a very nice experience from the moment I walked in. The eye exam was painless, Dr Meyer was so friendly, just like Kendra who helped me for what seems like hours, trying to pick out glasses that suit my face. If you do have a wait, theres a more private area where you can hang out, enjoy their coffee, until its your turn. Once youve picked out your glasses, theyre extremely upfront with costs and different ways to change the charges (material of lenses, anti-reflective coating, etc). I never felt rushed or upsold! If youre in the market for eye exam, glasses, or contacts, give this place a try.

I saw Dr. Victor Meyer and he was awesome! Very thorough and personable during the exam and answered my questions in great detail but made things simple to understand. The intake paperwork was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Great staff. Theyre knowledgeable, nice, and efficient. The entire team was a delight to work with. I have always been an SVS customer since I was a kid, and when I moved this became the closest location. They have not disappointed.

The people working here are very friendly and helpful. My lenses and sunglasses were delivered earlier than expected. Prices were still pretty high even with my insurance.

Poor customer service

My Daughters and I had eye exams completed here at the SpringHurst location. Kendra was very helpful, knowledgeable with information as we ask different types of questions. The doctor was very helpful and nice when examining our eyes. I will be returning to this location for my yearly eye exams as well as any follows my family may have.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Always appreciate that they keep a great appointment schedule so you rarely need to wait.

Don’t waste your time here. My prescriptions are never strong enough. The staff are constantly taking amongst themselves instead of with the customers (note I said “customers”, not “patients”. They are all about selling you glasses or contacts, not caring for your eyes)They have been incredibly rude to my teenage daughter, and today they charged her $25 for “fitting” her with a “free” sample of contacts, AFTER having printed out her prescription. Never before have we paid anything there for an exam, prescription, sample lenses, or “fitting”.When my younger daughter was first trying to put in contacts on her own, the woman would not leave her alone, constantly getting in her face and telling her she was doing it wrong. (She wasn’t... I wore contacts for years, so I know) If she had just let her figure it out on her own, the process would have been much smoother, quicker, and less upsetting for my daughter.Go somewhere else.

Was told glasses would be shipped to my house in 2 weeks. Waited a month, still no glasses.I Called and was told they were at SVS and had been for 2 weeks. They said they some how missed shipping them and would get them right out. That was 7 days ago on the 18th of may and today is the 25th of may. I Just called again and was told they should be at my house on the 29th of may.. If not I should call back and they would give me the tracking number. Does anyone else see the problem here or is it normal to wait 6 weeks to get your glasses?
