So Ive been going here for 3 yrs now. Went today to get me and My fiance an eye exam and some glasses. Everyone was really nice and Loved the Doctor she was great. However while being in there for 2 hrs due to a Doctor having to leave, I seen how rude these receptionist was not only to us but to the other customer there. I mean rolling their eyes at people and talkin to them any kind of way. Other than that great place but I wont be going back
I visited for an exam and glasses on a busy Friday (8/20/21) afternoon. Everyone I interacted with from check in, reception, exam ect was friendly and super upbeat even though they were all multitasking like crazy.The woman who did my eye tests kept having to reset things due to my shaking (nerve issues) and was so patient with me which really meant a lot as I am very conscious of how much I twitch.Even though they were busy, everyone was so efficient and I was in and out in about an hour.Love this office!
Had an appointment at 2:30 for an eye exam and to get one pair of glasses. I showed up 10 minutes early. I wasnt called back until 3:30pm for my scheduled appointment an hour earlier. What is the point of scheduling appointments? It is now 4:24pm and we are stuck sitting waiting for the next step now.
So Im sitting in Visionworks with my 7 year old daughter and one of the clerks says to me, maam you cannot move the chairs together. Yes, I wanted to sit next to my daughter as we waited. I responded with Maam, we live in the same household...this makes no sense to me. My daughter gets anxiety whenever we are somewhere new and the the clerk didnt care about any of that. This is an unacceptable policy. We live in the same house plus she is a little girl. The woman was rude, rolled her neck and clapped her gloved hands together. What confused me more was, the 2 clerks behind the desk, where sitting right next to each other. They dont sanitize the seats at all.
Great experience my 7 year old broke her glasses, I called and explained the situation and the staff gave excellent customer service,and was very professional and made a happen 😍 had my baby some more glasses ready in less the 3 hours of our conversation,I am so very Thankful, for the staff and them as a team going above and beyond for my daughter..🤗 Kudos yall team rocks
My daughter went there to get a decrease in prescription strength as requested by her doctor and come to find out they made her some new glasses with the wrong prescription strength. So my daughter has had the same incorrect prescription for 4 weeks now.
Great selection for frames, friendly and helpful staff (with the exception of one dude who seemed to be throwing some shade, but I think maybe he was just having a bad day so I didnt take it personally). Pricing is pretty much what youd expect - fairly reasonable with insurance, absolutely insane without it.My one qualm is that when I picked up my glasses, they didnt even bother to check the fit or adjust them at all so now theyre falling off my face all the time yet somehow also digging into the back of my ears, until I can get back in there and ask for an adjustment.P.s. you can get a stand-alone VSP plan for just $12/mo (for an individual) and its definitely worth it.
Rude. Zero selection. They do anything they can to hold your perscription hostage since no one wants to buy their overpriced junk when you can get it for a 1/4 of the price online. I never write reviews for anything but this experience warranted it. I’ve been to optometrists in different areas around the city and never had a even a remotely negative experience until this one. Give your money to anyone else but these people if you can.
Ive called 3 times over the last 3 days to schedule an eye and exam and no one ever answers the phone lol. It just plays a recording about how busy they are. Its sick!
I had a great experience here at vision works on market street. I was taken care of immediately and had extremely short wait times for my service. My doctor was friendly and kept up great conversation. Michelle, a consultant helped me to choose a beautiful pair of frames and even let me know about the glare guarding lenses. Wonderful experience that took less than 2 hours. I picked my glasses up the same day!
Expect a very nice set of staff, very helpful and friendly. Everything was explained in a clear and concise fashion. Eye exam was done quickly, letting me go on to choose frames. Frame pricing was upfront, with each add on explained for your total. Would definitely recommend for a friend.
I went to Visionworks to get my eyes checked. The staff was very friendly. i called into make an appointment and the lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful and set me up on a date that they were less busy. When i arrived they were very polite and got me to see the doctor Noemi. Noemi was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Michelle R was the lady who helped me pick my set off glasses. She is a very friendly person and seems to love her job which made the experience easier. If you need to go to a eye doctor go here and make sure to talk to Michelle.
People are rude to you, they do not know how to make glasses my glasses won’t even open up they are so stiff, my advice go somewhere else!!
Everyone was so friendly and FAST! I came for an end-of-day appointment, and each person on the staff greeted me and even made friendly small talk, which they certainly werent expected to do for a last-minute appointment like me. The doctor saw me and got my examination done in no time - I was out within the hour. I highly recommend this Optometrist!
Every single worker that I came into contact with was super friendly and professional. My appointment was at a time that they werent very busy, but regardless, they got me taken care of very promptly and I only waited about 5 minutes for the lab to prepare my new glasses.
What a great, fast experience with friendly caring staff! Alicia, Christina and Cindra were very helpful and cheerful. Cindra helped me with finding some really stylish yet functional frames. Dr. Roberts was awesome, as well. Im glad I came here.

I had a spectacular experience today with all the staff at Visionworks, but Michelle R. stood out by far. She was so much fun and helpful. Not only did she help me choose the best lenses, but Michelle R. helped me stay on budget and work within my insurance to utilize its maximum benefit. She also had me smiling the entire time. What a sweetheart!!
I was greeted immediately when I entered, and asked about my visit. I was then escorted to the reception desk and handed off to one of the very friendly associates there.Once checked in I didn’t wait 5 minutes for the preliminary exam, and after that it wasn’t another 5 minutes to be examined by the Optometrist. It was a very pleasant, professional experience from start to finish.
Initial appt. was quick, easy, thorough and friendly. I received my prescription and was able to make a selection of the frames I wanted from all the top brands. I ordered my glasses and in just a few days received an e-mail stating they were ready to be picked up. I picked them up and have been wearing my new glasses every day since. Absolutely the #1 place to get glasses! Thank you!

The doctors here listen to me, if I saw I feel this or that they look into it. I am an diabetic they make sure they keep up with it. Dr. Keith Roberts is amazing as he is a specialist in keratoconus my current eye condition, I feel comfortable that he understands how my vision changes. Eyddie in the glasses ares is great. She ows that front area, her help gets me a good looking new pair of specs.
The ladys where very mice and helpful...on my first visit. Even assiting me with coupons for my frames. I called them a few days ago to pickup my contact script and was told all i had to do was pay for my fitting. I was willing to do so bit when got there they wanted me to sit for another fitting.Ture I was having a hard time in the first fitting due to nerves so the doctor let me take a pair home to try on my own and they fit. I was even wearing in the office to show off ...but yet I still could not get my prosription...I was very thorn about this but .I wil not be back to that location anyway Im just frustrated with this whole situation.

This was the worst optometrists Ive ever been to. they make you wait forever, then rush you through. I waited there forever, they didnt have any contacts for me to try on but wanted me to go ahead and pay for the fitting and come back later when they got some in but no one called me to say they were in. Then i waited an hour for assistance picking out/ buying glasses only to find out that the designer glasses are kept locked up and you have to tell them which designer you want to see instead of looking through the entire selection to find the perfect pair. Ordered my glasses and waited for two weeks, didnt get a call to say they were in. a week later had to have a replacement pair reordered because my glasses were coming unglued. The staff is not friendly. Bottom line the service is horrible!
Most employees friendly and helpful. One in particular was short with me when I called about pick up. He then sat down the phone to check on my pick-up and had a toxic interaction with a coworker which I got to hear as I was not on hold. Unprofessional but eye opening. When I came in to pick up I got the same short treatment from the same employee. I was also quoted twelve day turn around on glasses made in house which seems to miss the point. They did fast track one of my two pair when I complained about the wait as my old glasses were destroyed.
Pros: Good exam, fairly short wait, quality glasses.Cons: Very Expensive and one of the ladies got a little snappy with my wife.Update: After a year, I have had to take my glasses back in twice for new lenses because the film they put over them has come off.
I used to be a repeat customer here, until my last visit. I came in that day to get new glasses, and upon walking in, I hear one of the employees being very aggressive and unbelievably disrespectful to who apparently was a Asian customer on the phone, who could not speak English very well. Very offended, I asked the employee why she was talking to this customer this way. She responded that the customer could not speak English, and its very annoying. I told her that she was being very unprofessional, and that is not how you treat a customer. She proceeded to yell at me and get very aggressive and loud, prompting me to raise my voice back at her. I was livid, and I asked to speak with her supervisor. When talking to the supervisor, it was as if what I was saying was going from one ear out the other. He then told me that I should leave, with no effort to address his employees outrageous behavior. I left, and went to my car. This same employee then followed me out to my car, with who was apparently her mother, and proceeded to very aggressively harass me while I was in my car, and tried to engage in a physical altercation with me. I am very heartbroken by the way I have been treated at Dr. Bizers, and discriminated against. The fact that the employees here were allowed to openly harass me and physically threaten me, with absolutely no repercussion or checks and balances within this company, made me feel very disheartened, voiceless, and unwelcomed as an Asian woman.

Ive gone to various visionworks over the years. I tried this one for the first time. My wait was extremely minimal and everything went fast except when it came time to order my contacts. They were training someone and messed up my order. I was then called because it was billed wrong and they needed me to come back in that day to redo the whole thing.So obviously that would make me nervous when my contact order came in. I wear special hard contact lenses for over 15yrs. The standard has been for the doctor to see the contacts on to verify the fit and test your sight with them on. Since these are hard lenses, anything wrong can deform your eye or if the strength is too high can damage your eye as well.I was given my lenses and told I didnt need to see a doctor. When i requested it, I was looked at like I was crazy and asking for the moon.I now must take additional time and try to go to another location to verify my contacts, which typically only takes a couple of mins. However most of the time one or both lenses need to be adjusted and sent back. So new ones can be sent in.UPDATE: My contacts were incorrect and I had to go back in to get them reordered and corrected. Unfortunately because of my work schedule, I had to wait almost 2 weeks to have time to go there to confirm this.

Awful experience. Started off with the lady at the front counter being super rude for no reason. I figured I wouldn’t let it get me down, we all have bad days.But then I get called to read the letters off the wall, and the man who was supposed to be listening and writing down what I could read actually fell asleep. I stop reading and look over at him for guidance on whatever I’m supposed to do next and he was sitting there with his eyes closed, not moving. I can only assume it was him dozing off.The doctor himself was alright, but my prescription is completely wrong and I now have to find another place to get my exam done today so I can get new glasses. Hopefully I can find a more professional and friendly place which shouldn’t be hard to do with how low the bar was set.
A few months ago I spent $425 here on two pair of glasses ($650 before insurance)...one regular with progressives and one set of sunglasses with progressives. All went fine. Tonight, I stopped there to get a small adjustment in the sunglasses and I needed a screw tightened that was coming out on the regular pair. They only had one optician there and said it would be 20-30 minutes. Given that I work in Norwood and live in Worcester and it is not convenient to get there (7pm at night), I really didnt want to wait. I told the customer service person to not worry about the sunglasses, as they werent that bad, but if I could just get the screw tightened so it wouldnt fall out. She said she couldnt do that. The optician would have to. I said I didnt want to wait 30 minutes for 1 turn of a screw. If she would get me the screwdriver, I would do it. She rummaged around and couldnt find one. She goes to the optician who obviously told her no. So after going out of my way to get there, I couldnt even get a screw turned so that I wouldnt have my Marc Jacobs glasses fall apart! Needless to say, I left in a hurry. I am going to buy a kit for myself, live with the loose sunglasses and call the owner in the morning. Nice service. Dont use them. They are horrible.

The eye Dr. gave me and my daughter WILDLY different prescriptions than the time before. Told me my lifelong astigmatism has gone away which is total BS! Then you have to deal with bait and switch for the actual frames! Terrible place!

Went in today for an exam and contacts. I was the only person in there at the time other than one gentleman who was waiting to go back to see the optometrist. Several people came in shortly after. They called the lady who came in right after me back then they called another lady that came in after her back. All our cards were in the walk-in section. I walked up to the desk and told the lady I was not going to do this since they were calling the people who came in after me back before me. She didnt even respond or offer to find out what was going on. They had no respect for my time. They permanently lost my business!
Its fantastic that this facility is open on Saturdays, but this facilitys popularity on the weekends can have customers waiting for two hours (or more)!

Disaster! After five times of trying to get my glasses fit correctly so that I didnt get nauseous when wearing them, I gave up and just went to Vance and Stovall down the street, where I got fabulous glasses and service. More worrisome, though, was being told there was something wrong with my retina that needed watching and a visit to them every 3 months. I have nothing wrong with my retina.Run away! Run away! Go to Vance and Stovall instead.

Appointment was for 1045. Got there at 1030. Saw the doc at 1140. Super stressful because I was on a schedule. Plan to possibly be there a long time.
Staff was very friendly and helpful from the time i walked in the door. I witnessed a couple of the ladies helping with wheelchairs and escorting senior citizens to their cars.
