After waiting nearly 20 minutes for my antidepressant prescription, I and the customer behind me were told by the smug clerk (has a pony tail),sorry were closed,. We had waited behind 3 customers. The last was helped after 7. Forget the fact that we patiently waited in the store. Nope, according to pony tail, we should have come earlier. Save yourself the stress of dealing with these unprofessional and callous people. Go elsewhere

Been waiting for my prescription for medication i need for 5 days, and this CVS cant switch the pharmacy. I got my doctor to switch it, but the new pharmacy will not fill my new prescription because of the old prescription that is still at this CVS, but they will not answer the phone. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs

They said they opened at 10. No one was there so we went to a different pharmacy.

Great gluten free selection; dog friendly. Yes,the pharmacy is slow. They have been wonderfully helpful whenever Poppy and I come in.

Was racially profiled by this manger... That removed his name tag once I started recording. SMH This was a very sad situation.

Its sad, but this is the closest thing to a grocery store in downtown Louisville. The drug store side of the business is kept well stocked, although prices are high. Lots of stuff is kept locked up to prevent theft. The grocery side of the store tends to run out of stock on things. The wine selection is pretty good for whats essentially a convenient store, the beer selection is typical of a gas station in the cut. Can find some decent deals on candy after holidays. Service is hit or miss.

I stopped in yesterday to switch to this pharmacy and the two women I spoke to were so nice!! Walgreens stopped selling one of my prescriptions, but thankfully CVS still carries it. I gave the pharmacist my information and they got everything switched over so quickly. I was able to pick up my prescription later that day. The pharmacy manager even went the extra mile to make sure it would be covered by my insurance. Im so happy I made the switch and look forward to future interactions with staff at this location.

Pharmacy technicians are very poor on customer service. Called to see if medicine was available, no one bothered to answer after 25 minutes of waiting so I decided to visit the store to see how busy they were both techs were not busy. When I visited the store my question was still unanswered and I received terrible service from the tech in pick up. If you do not want to work please stay at home

I came in to get a refill, the lady said shell be right with me and I waited for 20 mins,wasnt no other person even being waited on, so I left and try call, they never even answered, terrible service all the way around

Im always notified by text about automatic refills and I love that! However, there are some meds that can not be auto refilled and the 1 that I can not get a notice for is the very 1 I need reminders for most of all.So, this 4 out of 5 is for the great service but the slight inconvenience on notifications which is still not totally CVSs fault but because of some FDA rating on particular meds.

Worst customer service experience ever. Went through the self-checkout (because the line was rapped around the store) at the end of my transaction it didnt print a receipt. Told the older lady behide the counter if she could reprint or fix it due to the fact Im on a business trip and needed all my receipts. Cant remember her name, older African American lady with super short blonde hair and glasses. She replied in a very ugly loud tone that she wasnt fixing it and it wasnt her problem. I was in shock over how rude she was! Horrible!!

They are never open on time. Ever! 20 to 30 plus mins late opening. Management needs to get a grip on this store.

Every time I call no one answers the phone. Been holding for 50 minLast time I. Was on hold for an hour.

Not a good place to shop if youre white. The black employee followed me all around the store and then asked if my $10 bill was a fake.

The cashiers are not very friendly and act like they dont want to be there.

Dont go here if youre in a hurry, they are not about prompt service. And watch out for that door, it almost took my finger off.

Not happy, I work downtown at a hospital. I had my doctor call in some med for me that I could pick up on my way from work. Your pharmacy close at 7:pm, hospital staff get off from at 7:pm. shame on you, You are located in walking distance to five hotels Lord help the out of town visitor that need a prescription called in by their doctor for a emergency medical care.
