Macarons are really good but selection is a bit limited.

I went in yesterday about 2:30 (11/5/21) I’ve never had macorons before and thought why not see what all the fuss is about! I’m so glad I went in. First of all the service I received was AMAZING! It’s so hard to find good people and even harder to find sweet, kind people. GIVE HER A RAISE she is amazing! (I’m horrible with names or I’d mention her by name!) Second the macorons were AMAZING… I am now a big fan! I asked her what her favorites were (normally I never like what people suggest doesn’t fit my cup of tea) HOWEVER. Everyone she picked out that I’ve eaten so far has been fabulous. (Madagascar vanilla, earl grey tea, salted caramel amazing! I also got but haven’t tried the bourbon, mimosa and red velvet) If I could give 10 stars I would. Personally what made this a great experience was the employee and the fact I found a new love for a new sweet treat!

For some bizarre reason I had never heard of this place before the other day and a friend took me there, because I love macarons. They did not disappoint! I picked up a 12-pack of my own choosing and my favorites so far are the Earl Grey and the Red Velvet. Its a little pricey but not too bad, and definitely worth it. I will certainly be back

Pretty displays, but scant on offerings. Macarons aren’t as exotic as they used to be. A larger, more varied menu is in order.

Good, but the vanilla was kind of lost... Just tasted sugar. Overall excellent.

This place was a real treat. We got 12 for $25. Yeah, expensive! But for a family of 4, it was worth it. We had options to try many flavors. Lemon lavender is my favorite so far. Earl grey is beautiful and tastes just like tea. The shop is beautiful. Staff was friendly. Shop was so clean! We will go back again.

One of the best places to visit in Louisville for their macroons, really fresh and amazing. The staff is not friendly. I am saying this based on multiple experience with the guy at the counter.PS - dont expect a warm welcome or a smily face. All the stars are only for macroons

The macrons were really good. I bought 12 cookies, which was about $25. The service wasnt great. I mentioned it was my first time in, how much I love macrons and that it was my birthday. After I got home I realized they have a frequent buyer card, and that they give you a macaron for your birthday. He didnt tell me about the frequent buyer card and he didnt offer a macaron. Even if he had said, hey if you sign up for the program you get a free macaron next year I would have been pleased. In reality though, he could have given away a 2 dollar cookie and looked like a hero, but he didnt...

This is a great place! And theres free public parking across the street.

Now, this is a neat little place that I just had to check out when I saw it across the street from Garage Bar. Its more or less a cookie boutique specializing in macarons. Honestly, I havent seen something like this in Louisville before, and I think its really thrilling to find something so niche doing as well as they are. Its a little pricey, but you are paying for the novelty. Try the toasted coconut one.... just try it.

They have the best Macaroons and I would get them there if you like them.I would highly recommend them.They are french Macaroons without coconut.FANTASTIC👍👍👍😋😃!!!! Its not high priced especially for those delicious Macaroons.I just cant get enough of them 😃♥️

The BEST macaroons ever. Ive tried macaroons when I travel for work but this one is my fave. Ill be coming back soon and maybe once a month for me now 😊 All the flavors are delicious. My daughter loves the birthday cake.

Very friendly. I had never had a macaron before; they are delicious AND all are gluten free! I want a box with good coffee or tea. I will definitely be back! I stopped by there walking home from a birthday lunch. Very highly recommended .

I ordered 3 dozen macrons at a heafty price from them. They arrived in containers that couldnt close at all and they were just plastic wrapped shut. The macrons were very dry, seemed discolored, and were crumbling. I gave two stars because they were still slightly tasty. Very disappointed.

So delicious! lady was very nice and let me sample a macaron as I have never had them before. Was so amazed by the flavor and bought some. Worth every penny

The macarons were delicious and the guy who checked us out was really nice and gave us a lot of great pointers on places to check out in Louisville during our trip! I’m definitely making sure to come back next time I’m in town!

These are the only macaroons I’ve ever had, but they are delicious nonetheless! I can’t stop going back for more! My favorites are birthday cake and vanilla.

It’s hard to find good macarons, only certain bakeries make them. So its cool to see a place that just specializes in them. I got a box of 6 and they were all really good. The only problem was the lady working there was a little rude.

In love! Found this quaint place while having dinner with my kids one evening. Went that extra mile for my daughter’s birthday with the 4-tier option. Pricey but so worth it! The choices are abundant and flavors are fantastic! My daughter completed an internship in DC, where macaron places are abundant. This place compares! I would love to see coffee/tea options added with space to just hang out.

I absolutely love these macaroons! I havent had a flavor I didnt like. The salted caramel, pistachio and earl gray are hands down favorites in our house.

Great little gem on Market. My son loves macarones and so I stopped in to get a few. The person helping me was great and I could tell the macarones were fresh.

Macarons taste great, but a bit pricey. Also they change their flavors WAY too much. It would be better off if they were a store that had so many flavors you could never choose.

I just discovered this little gem in the NULU area of Louisville. Its always nice to be wowed by new experiences in my hometown. The macarons are delicious and the guy who took my order was super cool - friendly and helpful. He even pointed me in the direction of some other interesting NULU spots that had recently opened. I will be back for sure! Macaron Bar is the perfect place to go when you need to treat yourself, your family, or your friends to something special.

Nice selection. Pretty barebones area. Not sure if they just moved from a new location but everyone was very nice inside.

Love this place their macaroons are amazing...the only thing keeping them from getting 5 stars is the fact that the prices are high and buying more saves you very little.

Macarons were amazing. Packaging was beautiful. Girlfriend was super excited about visiting this store on our trip. Sadly, her face looked less than happy leaving the store. The gentleman running the register/store was extremely rude and only spoke to give her her total. She said if she hadnt have been so excited to visit this store and get macarons she would have just left. Visit was today 1-28 about 10:45. Will probably not be back to this location and take business elsewhere on our next visit to Louisville.

Took the macaron baking class with my daughter. We had a wonderful time with the very knowledgable staff from the Cincinnati location. I highly recommend the class!

We stopped to try this macarons. pistacho and coffee flavors we choose and was a good option. The place is so well designed and beautiful, next time we will try the tea or coffee they offer and try another flavor of macarons.

The store was small, but the flavor of the macarons was huge! They were a great size and so delicious. All of the macarons we tried were so fresh. We purchased a box of 12. Tonight there were 10 options to try, ranging from pistachio to lavendar-lemon, to toasted coconut. Yum! We will definitely be back soon.

They have fantastic macarons and this is one of the only places you can get fresh macarons in the city. They are very pricey. I understand that macarons anywhere arent cheap, but I feel these are pricier than others. But they taste awesome. They have great seasonal flavors.

Not gonna lie, these macaron were right up there with Laduree in Paris. I felt transported. Thank you Nathan (in the Louisville pop-up shop) for being so sweet and kind to my friend who had never tried a macaron before. She was pleasantly surprised;)

Not a bad place, prices reasonable for macarons of this quality. Still were getting settled when I visited, looking forward to when everything is set up in full.

My mom bought these for me for Christmas because I said I wanted to try macaroons. When I ate the chocolate one, I threw up... could be because they were in the fridge for a few days... but god Im never eating a macaroon again.
