Been here many times without an issue. Today was the worst time I have been, customer service was lacking, and my wife was completely ignored when she went to order. Will not waste my time here again.

Always a delicious selection of baked goodies. The caramel iced upside-down cupcakes are the nicest in town.

Overall love this place. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. I usually buy a couple pies when I stop by for special events. Highly recommend the Cherry or Chocolate Chip Pecan pies. The Apple pie is a good choice as well. I was disappointed with the Key Lime Pie. The pie itself had a good flavor however, the crust was too hard to eat! Not sure if it had graham crackers or was only burnt brown sugar. This has been the only purchase we have been disappointed with in our experience. I will not be purchasing another.

So Im a huge fan of the grape 🍇 sherbet or should I say I was, it seems as if they have cut their flavor back on this. Ive had it twice from two different locations and its not good anymore.. bring back your old recipe!!! The strawberry 🍓 cake is still amazing... im not 100% sure what is happening but the ice-cream here is loosing its flavor that people around here came to love... dont cut corners please ! My rating for this place was a 5 about a year or two ago..

Picked up a customized birthday cake. Very expensive for cake- in my opinion. However, it was tasty and well decorated- not disappointed.

The caramel apple pie is incredible. This would be a regular stop for me if it was a little less pricey. Pies are great, but the prices are a little high.

Supporting local is easy when this is your local business! Everything is handmade!!! The caramel icing is the diet killer of the century, but ohhh sooo good. The selection of baked treats is broad and they also make delicious ice cream. Pie lover? No problem, theyve got you covered 😉Lots of local locations, social distancing compatible with indoor/outdoor seating and all who enter must be masked. Do yourself a favor and make this place part of your eating out rotation.

I love many things here. Especially the Apple Caramel pie. Outstanding. But the pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving was a disappointment. Pretty flavorless without many spices. Crust didn’t taste homemade.

I ordered pies for pick up on Sunday. The pies must have been made fresh that morning and they were AWESOME! Their fresh coconut cream pie was the best I have ever tasted! The only drawback to fresh pie is that it doesnt slice well... Well, who cares?! Grab a spoon and taste the goodness.

The ice cream always leaves a weird coating in your mouth and seems a little freezer burned. The caramel apple pie which is one of their classics just isnt what it used to be. Have been less than impressed the last few times Ive been there.

Large selection of cakes, pies, ice cream and various other desserts. I personally do not like their super sweet, hard, buttercream frosting.Their pies are decent. My kids love it. I think its cool theyre adding vegan ice cream flavors.The tables and floors are usually sticky. The tables also frequently have crumbs left behind by previous customers. Not my preferred dessert stop, but my kids favorite.

Get the Dutch apple caramel pie. Youll thank me later.

We had ice cream one day and got pies the next. Lots of flavors of ice cream to choose from. Prices were reasonable. We got a chess and cherry pie to share with friends. Very tasty! Cherry was on the tart side and not overly sweet which we loved.

We stopped in here for a midday snack. There was one other customer in the store. The ladies working were busy with other tasks...so the wait was a little longer then it should have been. We got a slice of pie and three different flavors of ice cream. It was all delicious and we enjoyed ourselves. We will be back.

Great personal customer service. Ive stopped in numerous times and have done last minute rather large orders for clients and have always been impressed with the service Ive recieved. They have gone above and beyond putting together cookie boxes for me to the point they decorate them and package them perfectly! I used to use another local bakery but after coming here twice and receiving the personal service that I did this is the only place Ill go!

Ice cream is not that creamy. The chocolate chips felt waxy, as well as the Oreo cookies. Flavors were fine, but the texture of the ice cream and inclusions were not that nice. Texture and flavor of the waffle cone was good.

Ordered a cookie cake for my birthday. I wanted a ninja turtle put on the cake and they went above and beyond what I was expecting to receive. They did an AMAZING job with the cake and its a great price!

My friends and I waited in a very long line one night. They had two people working, but one was spending all his time slowly bringing cakes out from the back of the store and cutting slices. No one was buying the cakes. When I finally got to the front of the line, I placed my order with the flustered young lady, and asked to speak to the manager. She indicated that the manager was the guy slicing the cakes! Bless her heart.My ice cream was terrible so I only had a couple of bites. We all sat around talking for about an hour. My ice cream NEVER MELTED. It may be homemade, but I have serious concerns about the ingredients in their ice cream.

Either our standards have lowered or the quality has! Was not impressed with the ice cream or pie. The pie tasted like one that was pulled from the freezer. The ice cream was more like ice milk and not as palatable in prior experiences. Service was great!

Did not care for the pushiness of the young man who waited on me. When I said one scoop of ice cream he said two, and I said no, one scoop, and he said are you sure, and I said yes I am. He then gave me a pouty face. His behavior wrecked it for me and I shall not ever walk into anothe Pie Kitchen again, ever.😡
