Great place to find any kind of organic food, they also have a large variety of vegetarian or vegan food. Whole food also offers free ice at the door so if youre like me and have a long drive home theres free ice for your food to stay cool.

Open & airy, well-lighted. Fish market smelled a bit fishy, but choices appear to be fresh. A bit pricy without evidence of added quality. Relatively fast & easy checkout. Bright, spanking new building, with added wine shop & extensive parking.

Very fabulous store. The family and I enjoy coming here picking out healthy selections and seeing the different items they get in. Everything is neat and organized, staff very helpful.

The salad bars hot bars deli and pizza departments have gone down hill! Every time I go in the stuff looks like it’s cooked with hate and anger Not to mention overpriced for overcooked food

Nice selection of produce and bakery items. Of course always more pricey than most grocery stores. The hot bar and bakery were nicer than in my hometown,El Paso. They had self checkout which was great.

I went in today after Amazon reduced prices by 20% and found that groceries I normally would get did not go down in price significantly. The biggest change I saw was in regards to produce, which finally has gone down to a reasonable price. I would definitely suggest they try and lower the cost a little bit more because competitors offer plenty of organic options for similar or lower prices.On the plus side, the store is very nicely organized, the staff is always helpful, and some of the prime member deals can be very good. If you are an Amazon member I would definitely recommend taking a look occasionally, but otherwise look elsewhere.

I’ve been a vegetarian for 4 years now and have a really hard time finding food for my diet. Walmart has stuff here and there and so does target but just not everything that I’m looking for. I finally came here and I love this place. I bought a DRAGONFRUIT and it was so lovely. It was so fresh and ripe and sweet. And I finally found some vegan lunch meat and teriyaki tofu (both tasted great). I definitely recommend this place.

1st time ever in one. Saw lots food items I had never seen before. Bought a few things that were worth the price.

I bought seafood here late in the evening. The staff tried to find the freshest seafood I ordered. I was grateful and applaud the professionalism of the staff.

Other than premium pricing, whats not to like about shopping here? Youll find friendly service, healthy selections, tasty choices, and food options not found everywhere else. If you can afford it, this is a fantastic grocery.

I had the best shopping experience at the whole food market. Fresh vegetables beautiful fruits organic everything you want the meats are beautifully packaged. The store was so clean the people was so helpful I seen foods I never seen before in my life. I got to take a stuff that I wasnt familiar with. I loved everything I taste it I love all the new fruits and vegetables I bought home. Thank you whole food please bring some in all the neighborhoods.

Small but nice, good service, nice staff. Entrance and exits arent really marked well if tou arent from around here. Wasnt sure of where the entrance was, some doors in and some out.Tracks on the floor at the exit doors were hard to push the cart across it.

The remodeling is done and the store is back to its former glory.

Its the only one in the city and it offers foods not found anywhere else. Its great.

Got a horrible piece of salmon today at Louisville store. It was really mushy. Not sure if it was thawed badly or what. Most if was not edible. Hope this does not become the norm - there are not many good seafood sellers in this area.

Newly renovated very nice store. Theyre missing out not putting a store at the East end of Shelbyville Road. I would definitely visit more frequently if it were closer to my house.

This grocery never disappoints with fresh food selections. I love their focus on organics as well as their bakery and deli. I look forward to their deli completely reopening when the pandemic is curtailed as they had the best lunch and dinner items around!

One of the onions I bought were rotten in the middle! Other than that; the store was plentiful regarding food spices & other healthy foods.

Regular customer, spent $400.00 today in your store and would expect a more mature, helpful attitude from the meat department. The young man who helped me was more concerned with bossing people around rather than with selling meat. I was ready to buy a lot more meat, but his attitude made me reconsider.

My first time at a Whole Foods in Louisville. It was fine.

I have always loved coming to whole foods. But this last time, even as mask mandates were being lifted all over the nation, they were incredibly rude and very confrontational about wearing masks (which were only supposed to be worn if you are within 6 feet of another person anyways). I and my wife have medical conditions which make wearing a mask unsafe for us, and it took alot of uncomfortable, very public arguing before the manager-on-duty even suggested an alternative (a face shield). Then proceeded to stand and watch like a controlling parent until we had them on.The price of Mochi has doubled.Otherwise, good selection of fantastic food.

Going to Whole Foods will always be a great experience! their food and the attention I receive is always 100% cute and nice! I just miss their noodles every time I go there are none 😅🤣! I hope soon they will prepare that delicious dish again!

Whole foods is a great store. We dont use it as our main grocery store, but instead we treat it as a fun grocery trip where we can get some of the more obscure stuff. Always have a good time and this location is great. Only problem is the traffic nearby, but that isnt their fault. Thats just St. Matthews in general.

As soon as I entered the front entrance the fish smell was STRONG and a major turn off. It seems some quality has depleted over the past 2 years. The store is still a favorite of mine although my shopping there may be reduced.

I love the customer help I love the food I feel like the prices are very reasonable however I assume this is the wealthy part of Kentucky and most people shop there are snobs rude and think theyre better than everybody. But I guess its better than people that shop at Walmart

The most legitimately awful grocery store experience ever. The moment upon entering you over inundated with aggressive and rude shoppers ty at are flying around the store like there is a fire. 1/2 of these people storming around are online order fillers. The store absolutely stanks of bad seafood. The selection, however good, isn’t worth the absolute anxiety inducing crowded horror that you have to go through to shop here.Pictures are from an old trip when the store was nice to shop.

Produce hasnt been up to par the last two times I shopped here. I bought bag of Avocados and they went bad in 1week. I also purchased a bag of little cuties oranges and the started to rot within a few days. They were extremely soft from the beginning. The lamb chops (pre-packaged) were already turning brown so I didnt get them.

I went to the Whole Foods to buy some aspartame free chewing gum. On the way I planned afterward to walk over and get a fish sandwich, but the steamed dinner table items looked so delicious I ended up gathering dinner there and eating at Whole Foods. Dinner and salad bars are $8.99 per pound. I ended up selecting a delicious dinner that weighed in at just under a pound and was $8.91. Included was the following delicious items: roasted beets, yellow curry tofu with carrots and green beans, buttered cabbage, roasted potatoes, buttered cod, salmon, pulled white chicken, pulled smoked pork, and apple cheddar brussels sprout slaw. Wow! I had a sample of all of the above but just enough to make for a wonderful and healthy dinner in both taste and proportions. Staff were keeping the food bars clean and even measuring temperatures for safety. Impressive. Thank you Whole Foods staff!

Whole Foods never dissapoints. I had never been to the Louisville store, all the staff were lovely and helpful as always. They had an amazing deverse selection of vegan pastries and sweets. The salad bar is always so fresh and colorful i have to make a salad everytime. I loved the self serve pizza station. They also have lots of spacious outdoor seating which was great for a bright sunny lunch.

Great products but the customer service is hot or miss. Never know if it will be a pleasant experience or rude unhelpful attendants.

Great shopping for different grocery products than at Kroger.

Just like all other whole foods they have awesome products. However it is a smaller store than what Im used to, but it does make my trip easier with three kids. I normally go there for the bakery. I love their cakes they taste so real with no artificial flavors I usually pay 20 to 60 dollars for a birthday cake.

Went for a pre-ordered pick up, quick and smooth.Store is always neat and clean with so many great things to choose from and try, though pricey as per usual. (but we keep coming back, right?)I still dont get why people buy bottled water. Louisville tap water is famously one of the best in all measures, municipal water supplies in the country.

I dont get it Ive been in there I can get the same thing as Krogers half the price its ridiculous its just from guppies to go spend all their money at once quickly instead of holding on to it for a month and still having money left over

I love their selection, and for the most part is very well stocked, with exception of the frozen food section. I love that we have a Whole Foods Market and that there is an option for delivery, which I take full advantage of!

The only reason I’m doing 3 star is because they took out a lot of the vegan bakery items. No more vegan cupcakes, and the only vegan cake is chocolate and carrot. My husband loved the cookies and cream one! It’s disappointing:(

Excellent set of pandemic protocols exercised here:Mask wearing enforced and X amount of people in the store at one time. There is a line to get in and add people exit the store, others on the line are let in. Great job whole foods!

Amazing food at a good price

Not the largest Whole Foods Ive been to but still a good selection.

Excellent market to get fresh produce and healthy food and drink alternatives. It may cost more for some items but the QUALITY and variety balances things out.

Not a great place to pick up an Amazon package from their amazon lockers. They just put a bunch of carts in front of it making it difficult to impossible to access.

Went to pick up a cake for a birthday. Their Berry Chantilly cake was amazing. Picked up a mixed berry pie while I was there too and it was to die for. All employees seemed to bs taking COVID precautions seriously.

Good healthy choices

Went to find a unique yogurt called Redwood Hill Farm they had it. Its made w/ goat milk.

Whole Foods carries my favorite lotion but they are often out of that same brand’s deodorant. Otherwise, I luvvvv browsing the aisles looking for snacks and other things I *might* need but also could do without.

Been a long time since I went to Whole Foods. Very good quality and variety of veggies at decent price.

Besides all the confusion on which door is the entrance... I really like the place.

Traffic to get there is a nightmare. The parking lot was chaotic. They were sold out of what I came for and we’re not helpful finding an alternative. I really do not enjoy Whole Foods.

I bought a bottle of vitamins and when I went to open them, the safety seal and cotton had already been removed. Then I realized the protective plastic wrapping hadn’t covered the lid. No problem. I went to return them a couple weeks later and they wouldn’t exchange them because I didn’t have the receipt. Too bad the person who had already opened them had no problem returning them, and Whole Foods had no issue with reselling them.
