Really really friendly service and appointment was right on time

I got an appt the day after I called. The girl answering the phone and working at the front deck was excellent-- patient and took the time to give me specific directions.When I arrived same girl met me and I didnt even have to wait for my appt (even though I arrived a few minutes late.)The guy I saw explained everything to me before the exam and hearing test.He was very professional and thorough.He adjusted my aids and explained everything,Making sure all my questions were addressed. They gave me my next appt in 4 months.It was a good experience. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to continue using Beltone and this office.

My visit had no hassles. I felt safe. I dont like that I can no longer pick up batteries in the office. I have to call to have them delivered to me.
