Delivery scheduling was much quicker than I expected. They were able to place my order exactly where I asked. Crane has an excellent selection of stones. Also I got to know Jose through my frequent trips to pick up extra supplies. Jose is a great guy and very helpful. As a DIY homeowner, everyone was very helpful with my questions about certain products.

I work for a supplier of some of their materials. They are very busy as soon as the weather starts to warm up and stay that way though a good bit of the summer. Judging from the volume of business that they do, they must be doing something right. They sell to landscape companies and individuals as well. They have mulches, decorative gravel, paving stones, compost, larger stones, and other lawn supplies.

This place is truly a hidden gem in Louisvilles East End. Their quarry rocks come from every corner in America. They have stunning Lavender Rock from Pennsylvania, and gorgeous boulders of Black Obsidian which, when cut, tumbled or carved are worth a small fortune - this rock, especially, is known to have amazing healing qualities (in the Metaphysical World, Feng Shui, etc...). I was hoping to drop a huge one on my deck across the street at Pinnacle Gardens. The landscaping work these guys do is stunning - I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Over the last month and a half, I have made numerous calls in an effort to get a retaining wall completed. When you call the direct line, someone always answers but THEY NEVER HAVE AN ANSWER. Never. They always say they will give the message to Paul. Lets just say Paul is sketchy at best on getting back to you. Had to make multiple calls and emails to get him to respond. Then, even though I knew better, I gave them one last chance, needing an DELVERY TIME ESTIMATE while I was out of town. Thus, they had TWO WEEKS to get back to me just to leave a message for a time and date. Nothing. Still nothing. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS.

The people who work here are really good guys. They all go the extra mile to help their customers.

Wanted to order 10 tons of pea gravel. I was told they needed to make two trips because their truck wasn’t big enough and that I’d be charged for two runs. Ok, I get it. But I live a mile away and I asked “ what can we do about this $80 double delivery charge, I’m a mile from you.” I was told “ they are real sticklers on delivery charges.” Then I was told .... “too bad you said something because I forgot to charge you for the second run .... your total is ($40 more).” Seriously?? I called NUGENT which was half the price$14 per ton versus $30, can be delivered the next morning in one load. Glad they were “sticklers” on the delivery charge.
