Now I only have experienced Les Schwab because I had a flat tire. Unbeknownst to me they repair flats for free. I really like the young man who helped me. He removed my spare filled it up with more air nicely tucked it back away underneath my vehicle and repaired my flat. He was extremely nice and answered the questions that I threw at him. I just wish I could remember his name. He was courteous nice and as far as I could tell did a great job get me back on the road. Okay Les Schwab I well check you guys out when Im ready to buy tires.

Best oil change experience ever. The employees were super kind, helpful, and thoughtful. They didn’t try to add on any extra costs either. They were really professional, timely, and the communication was great.

These wonderful people! I called late on a Friday with a tire that was going flat. They got me in immediately, we’re very kind and incredibly fast (max pr ten minutes!) the tire is back at full function and what could have been frustrating was incredibly positive. They didn’t even charge! I’ll be back!

Ive never had a bad experience here. This is the second time theyve repaired a tire that had a nail or screw in it, and it was at no cost, unlike another place that starts with an F and charged me $40 for the same thing. Always worth it to take my vehicles here for tire needs.

I cant say enough good things about the customer service at this shop. Not only did they save me a bunch of money by simply being good at their job and knowing what to look for in a loose front end and not trying to sell me all new parts, and the guy I had been speaking to on the phone stayed 30 minutes after they closed so I could pick up my keys.

I’ve been to this location several times and everyone is always very helpful and courteous. They take the time to explain things and translate jargon for their customers, which is something that not a lot of car places do. They have excellent customer service and I have no doubt they’ve saved me money in the long run.

Went to a mechanic about a noise in my car. After looking over my car, he found a bulge in my tire and said I need to replace it since it can blow at any point. He also said it was a manufacture defect. I got a full set of new tires through Les Schwab 5 months prior and they are currently refusing credit. I have put less than 5,000 miles on these tires and they wont replace the faulty tire they gave me.

I decided not to get my brakes serviced here. Based on there standard “practice” to do calipers along with pads and rotars. If you talk to any local mechanic they will tell you this standard “practice” is just a way to make more money. Most of the time you just need your pads replaced. So be extra cautious when taking your vehicle here.Reply: the issue was that I told the tech on the phone that the calipers were just replaced with the last time the brakes were replaced. He said they had no exceptions and wouldn’t only do the pad and rotars. I had two other mechanics look at the brakes and said yeah the calipers do not need replaced. These type of business “les schwab” just try to scam you.

This has become my go to place for tire and suspension work. They did a long hard days work on the rusty front end of my F-350 to get everything safe and ready for a long trip. They stayed late to get the job done and I was so happy with that I sent a letter to corporate headquarters. Because of that experience Ive brought my VW Rabbit in for inspections and when my other VW picked up a screw in a tire I didnt hesitate to take it in. For me, this is the only place in the Longmont to Fort Collins area to take my vehicles for tire and suspension work!

When I first went there they put the wrong tires on my vehicle that were not what I paid for. They had me come back in and my schedule was so busy I had a hard time finding time. Ive gone in for free tire rotations. The customer service is horrible. They dont smile. They have no personable skills and are rude. They just told me it was going to be an hour before my tires would be rotated. I had other errands to do so we walked to the store and as soon as I got to the store which was only a 5 or 10 minute walk, they called and said it was already ready. I would have waited! Then, when I asked them why they said an hour, she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me and said they dont have estimates for people. They dont know how long it will take. I will not go back. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE!?

Probably by far the WORST customer service I have had yet. If the lady at the counter hates her job and people so much she should just quit. I took my business to trusty Big O tires and spent my money with them. I will NEVER go back to Less Schwab. I will also NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.

Hopefully nobody saw that last review that I posted. I was incorrect about several items in there. I am still not happy with the fact that I had to bring it back and finding out that the tire pressure was less than half of what it should have been I dont think its a very promising sign when it is a tire shop that is performing the work. However my truck is driving much better now and I had been left a voicemail stating that the tires had been balanced and rotated. The confusion between the employees and the fact that within an hour I was told my truck was ready then I was told my truck could not be worked on and the part had to be ordered then to the park can get picked up right down the street and we can have it done for you today was unsettling to say the least specially when after picking it up I find that the shaking seem to have been worse instead of better. So I will raise my review up to three star versus the one I had originally given mostly because work had been done when I thought no work had been done.

This is one of the best Les Schwab shops Ive been to. Staff seems very focused on making sure the tires picked are good for the customer application and are more than eager to answer any questions and inform on the best decision. 10/10 location

This place is the biggest rip off I have found yet. They want to charge 260.00 to switch a set of tires. Its taking 4 tires off rims and putting a new set on the rims. I have worked tire machines and if you know what your doing its a 30 min job. Called big o tires and they are happy to do it for 21 dollars a tire. Definitely do your research so places like this dont take advantage of you.

Had a good experience repairing flat tires and getting my tires rotated here, but would not recommend anyone to get brakes replaced here. Its their policy to make you replace the calipers when its rarely necessary. They will also most likely make you replace rotors instead of just refurbishing them. Go get a quote from somewhere else before getting brakes done here!

Dont get a lift kit from these guys. They didnt tie my break line back so it started rubbing on the tire, LOST my break and had to drive into a field to prevent a serious accident,. Had two small children with me at the time. Also they did a lousy job on the lift kit installation. The front came out 4 inches higher than the back. Horrible! These guy dont know what they are doing at all. I fini had to fix there screw ups. I did take it back to them several times but they just gave me the runaround..

Went there to get my tires rotated that I bought from Les Schwab and a brake job. Found out they put all new calipers on the rear of my truck which is definitely not needed in a 2018 Dodge Ram when I confronted them they said that that was company policy all I needed was rotors and pads I didnt need 200 more dollars in calipers and labor was also charged for my rotation even though that should have been free to me because I bought the tires from that store. Do not get brakes from Les Schwab

I wish I wouldve gone to these guys 6 months ago instead of Big O. They listened to my driving habits, picked a tire suitable for me, and even gave me credit for the tires I traded in. Big O couldnt even warranty their popped tire.Les Schwalb also gives a lifetime warranty on their tires for free. Thanks guys!

I brought my car here with a screw in my tire after another store wouldn’t touch it. I was advised it’d be a few hour wait, which was fine. They finished in about an hour 45 minutes. The two gentleman that helped me were very attentive and thorough with explaining the service. This was my first time here and I’d definitely return!

Tried going to a different place but was told i needed an appt, which would have been 2 weeks out. i come to les schwab and they got me in same day, and did exactly what was asked. employees had great attitude as well. definitely would recommend!

So when I got thereto get a aliment and there six people standing around not servicing anybody and two and a half hours later they decided to tell they couldnt fix it.. Absolutely ridiculous and will not use this place again..

Took my car in for a second opinion regarding a tire, and I was met immediately by a very friendly young man and the checkup was quick and fast and I was very pleased with my experience.

Stopped in for an oil change. Before I even decided I asked how long knowing I had a meeting later in the afternoon. I was told 45 minutes to an hour and said that was fine I would walk over to get something to eat and be back. After walking to the restaurant, eating, hanging out and walking back an hour later my vehicle still was not even in yet. Then, it got in and still took over an hour. Now, over two hours later and I missed my meeting and had to reschedule. Will not be back to this location. I have never had issues with other locations.

Took my truck in yesterday to get new tires and breaks put on. The salesperson at the counter advised me itd be about 2 hours before they could get my vehicle in but would be able to get it done, this was at 11:50am. He stated as far as the brakes theyd check them out and give me a call on if new ones were needed or not. I advised him that was totally fine and thatd Id come back later in the day. 3 1/2 to 4 hours went by and I hadnt received any call so I called them for a status update. A woman answered the phone and when I asked for a status update, she advised me that it wasnt done yet and that theyd call me once it was. Another hour passed before I decided to go in and check. When I got there my truck was sitting in the same place I had left it when I dropped it off. I went inside and the same woman that answered the phone ended up helping me at the desk. I asked why it wasnt touched yet but she couldnt give me an answer. I asked for my keys back and she seemed to care less about the situation rather than trying to find some way to rectify it. This was a really weird but sad/frustrating experience for me because Ive been to this location before and theyve done a great job with their service and keeping their word on what they were going to do. This time around, not so much. Ive seen some new faces their so it makes me wonder if management has changed too, hence the reason for the drop off in service and the customer service experience. Not sure Ill go back to this location.

Got new brake pads and roters last summer. Need all new ones 7 months later because they were not done properly and are wearing very uneven and were not lubricated properly. Threw $650 bucks away at this place. Very disappointed to say the least!

Love Les Schwab! I was always a customer of theirs because my Dad was, and I never had a reason to stray. Until I found a better deal on tires I went to Firestone for my daughters car. Today, when I went to put Snow tires on, I went to Firestone because it was closer and thats where I got my all seasonal. They told me they wanted to charge me $90 for removal of my Snow tires. I told them Im used to Les Schwab and their $60 charge, and since I bought tires with them, can they at least match it. They wanted it in writing that Les Schwab charges this. I said, Ill call them on speaker phone, and they said that didnt matter, they need it in writing. So I said, no thanks, Ill take my business back to Les Schwab. I drove the extra distance to Les Schwab and they greeted me with the familiar friendly way and they confirmed the $60 Im used to, and they got me in and out of there so quick. I was reminded of why I should never stray from them. They are hands down the best, no matter what state (Idaho, Utah, to now Colorado). Ill be a lifelong customer of theirs, thanks Les Schwab!

Hi, so I called the store today to ask about an alignment and the person who answered hung up as I was speaking. I understand if a store is busy or if the line drops, but hanging up is not acceptable. Thats a horrible way to run a company and obviously the technicians there dont care for customers or respect. Thats the second time my family and I have been disrespected from this store. Never going back and neither will my family.

These guys are top notch. This is the second time theyve helped me out free of charge. Theyve repaired a flat and rotated and balanced my tires on two separate occasions promptly and professionally. They will be getting my business again when both my vehicles are ready for tires.

This place wants to charge you $200 just for mounting and balancing even when you bring your own tires. Every other place in town is between $20-$25 per tire... so less than half the price. Take the time to check around because this place is charging WAY too much

I researched what I wanted online before, and they gave exactly me what I asked for when I dropped my car off. I got my car back in a timely manner, all while they were busy. They have excellent customer service, and they treat you with dignity. They have fair prices, and good quality tires. I would highly recommend!

A year ago today (July 2019) we were on a road trip in the US. Our rental van had a problem and we urgently needed new tyres.The guys at Les Schwab were very friendly and quick in helping us out. These guys are great! Barely got out of my car and had someone helping me. The whole process was effortless and they even decided to give me a free tire rotation even though I didnt buy my tires from them. To top it all off, my vehicle was parked right in front of the door waiting for me. Other businesses should be taking notes.

Went here for oil change. Only one employee was wearing a mask and the person who took my car in did not wear mask or gloves or wash hands. Not friendly whatsoever and super slow, overly expensive. Would not recommend and will NEVER come back.

OUTSTANDING, the organization has great customer relations. Ive used them 2x for tire repairs once in California and once in Colorado both times their personal fix our problem immediately, both time I was told about an hour wait but both times it was 10 minutes or less to start and about 45 minutes to complete.I am from Ohio and I think Les Schwab is fantastic.

These guys are hands down the best people I have ever dealt with! I needed tires on 2 separate occasions and was I. A bit of a time crunch. They not only got me done I record time and on my way so i would not be late for work, not once but twice! They changed my tires in about 15 minutes! They were like my very own pit crew!! Took my truck here after doing some other work for an alignment. Great price, and everyone was super nice, but I noticed that the tie rod boots were all twisted from the adjustment, and even had some tears along the sides.

Our RV blew an inside rear tire about 20 miles from Loveland. Les Schwab was recommended by another tire store we called as the most capable for rvs. Although they were busy we were seen to relatively quickly late on a Wednesday afternoon. The issue with our Sprinter based RV turned out to be more than just a flat tire. The dually valve stem had to be replaced. As they didn’t have one in stock they called every other dealer in the area. Dan, the manager, personally drove to pick up a replacement. Although the replacement they found was not an exact match they made it work and got us on our way. Dan stayed more than half an hour after closing to get us taken care of. Because the fix wasn’t perfect there was no charge! Kudos to Dan and company. We were impressed with the customer service and would take our RV or our car there any time and recommend them highly to everyone.

Ive gotten good tires for a very reasonable price at this location twice now. I had one tire that failed and it was replaced at no cost to me. Both times Ive gotten tires there wasnt a wait and my car was done quickly. I feel like they are actually interested in helping get your car fixed, something I havent experienced at all places Ive been.

I had a dead car battery and since they had the available time, they came with a new battery and replaced it. This is such a great service. Although, I was within a mile of their business so that was helpful. Thank you to the worker there who offered and provided the great service.

Brad and Cameron were simply awesome! Super polite, both on the phone and in person, and super helpful! I had a flat on the interstate and they were nice enough to pick it up at 7:00 AM and replace all of the tires at NO ADDITIONAL COST. The service and price they gave me was astounding.

Been taking my cars to Sams Club since I have been able to drive. Free tire check and free patches, with good tire prices “if needed” is what kept me coming back. I took my husbands truck in, hoping for it to just be a quick tire patch, only to be told the nail was to close to the wall and they couldn’t fix it. Bummer, but oh well. It Was going to be $400 for two new tires, plus a $60 installation fee and they didn’t have lug nuts to put on our truck, ours were swollen and wouldn’t come off without breaking. So we would have to go buy some and bring them to them. Oh well, needs to be done, right? I thought of calling Les Schwab just to compare prices but ended up with a completely different outcome. Not only did their tire prices beat Sams Club prices but I didn’t even have to buy them! The hole was in THE MIDDLE of the tire and Les Schwab fixed the tire! I went from having to spend $500 on buying two new tires, to spending nothing. From brand new parents trying to get through the holidays, Thank you Les Schwab and to the younger guy working yesterday for not taking advantage of us. We will forever come to you guys from here on out for our tire needs!

Went in to get my tire repaired, just ran over a nail. They plugged and sent me on my way. The tire lasted all of 15 hours before it completely blew out driving 75mph down the highway at 5:00am. When I called to address the issue, all the guy who answered the phone said was “what would you like me to do about it?” In a condescending sort of tone. I wish I could give 0 stars for that kind of service.

Excellent tire store. Needed snow tires and after helping me decide I ordered some Toyos to be put on on Friday. I was driving super cautiously as my tires were not going well. Sitting at the Walmart in Loveland I got a call from Conner saying they came in early! So here I have my new snow tires on today Wednesday instead of Friday. Place is great - super knowledgeable, excellent prices and great customer service. Thank you for hooking me up sooner. I appreciate it!

Everyone was friendly and they were honest about my brakes, even telling me that they mostly looked great. This to me was a sign that they were trustworthy and werent out to get my money. The repair they did do was great, and now I no longer have to listen to the screech of my brakes anymore.

This is a first class operation. I went in on a Friday at 5:45 (they close at 6) with a screw in my right front tire. I was planning on just dropping it off and getting it the next day. They called me at 6:15 and said it was done. I went to get it and they told me NO CHARGE... Just keep us in mind next time you need tire. Unreal. Customer for life just for that.

I went in for my brakes to be serviced from a quote I got. I was told that it would not take 2 hours to complete. After 2.5 hours of waiting I was told that I was told they werent able to start it for 2 hours. Had I known that I would have left and come back 2.5 hours later. I have been very happy with the service up to this visit. No customer service what so ever. What happened? They only completed the front brakes, I still have to have the rear brakes done.

Went in to Les Schwab for a tire rotation, I’ve been an 18 year custom of Schwab in Oregon before moving back to Colorado 2.5 years ago. We got off to a rough start… but it’s the end result that matters and like always the Les Schwab team delivered top notch service. The Loveland store is great and Bob (store manager is a straight shooter) they are COURTEOUS, THOROUGH and TRUSTWORTHY. I highly recommend that you give them a shot to earn your business you won’t be disappointed. I will continue to be a patron of Les Schwab for all my tire needs. Thanks Guys.

Doing the right thing must only matter when it’s convenient.I took my truck in because of a highway vibration, and after an entire day they said my U-joint was bad and my tires weren’t balanced so they replaced the U-joint and re-“balanced” my tires. They only made the vibration worse, so I took it into my local leadership. The dealership re-balanced my tires, which took care of the issue. I told this to Les Schwab, and they gave me a partial refund, and scratched their heads. I Won’t be back.

Waay to expensive, when I cited the high prices I was told they include free inspections. Well if the price is a 3rd higher than everyone else then the inspections are not truly free. They want as much for a front alignment as most places want for a front and rear. Go to peerless tire they are way more affordable and they inspect your components too.

Conner met us at our vehicle. We were having some tremors in a front tire and thought we needed our tires balanced. When he and Cameron examined our tires they found a front tire that was separating. They put our spare on and wouldnt charge us a dime. Great place!!!!

Took my vehicle in for an alignment and have not had good luck since. Upper control arm bolts werent torqued properly - only about half tight according to manufacturer service manual. I returned to give them a chance to remedy the problem and was met with an attitude about how I was inconveniencing them to do the job right. My fender liner was ripped out and dangling which they didnt care about. Took the vehicle to another shop to verify alignment and it was quite far out of spec less than 750 easy miles later.I cant comment on the tire services but Id look elsewhere before coming here for an alignment.
