Helpful if your spending $$ here. But when products dont work they dont take returns or exchanges. Test EVERYTHING before walking out the door!! Bought earbuds that never worked and they told me once it goes out the door its my problem. They really need to have SOLD AS IS signage in the store. I will not spend another dime here.

Very disappointed with the man we talked with at this location. Had a problem with no sound on incoming calls, and not able to talk on outgoing. He didnt check the phone at all, said I need to use my warranty, costing me $75, or buy brand new. I went to a different location, and she fixed it immediately, so I left her a 5* review.
