Isn’t like to recognize Patrick for his efforts and patience with assisting my boyfriend with a mishap with a new phone, his knowledge cleared up the issue promptly as well as his care for his customers and store policy being shown every step of the way. Patrick is a stand up person who tells it like it is and we greatly appreciate all of his help. Keep this guy and toss him a bonus!

Great customer service

Great service, friendly staff. Would definitely travel a little bit further to go to this store for the excellent customer service. Only complaint is I had some issues with an improperly placed screen protector on my new phone. They said they would call back when they got new screen protectors and I never received a call.

The young man was extremely helpful. He explained the problem so we now know what to do and not to do.

This was my first visit to this T-Mobile store! I was in the neighborhood for a medical appointment at Rockford Pain Management, and saw this store across the road. I decided to stop in and pay my bill, and am so glad I did! The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is second to none. I especially want to praise Via. She assisted me with my bill, helped me find a replacement wall charger for home use, and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND by coming outside in the freezing cold, windy weather to assist me in setting up my Bluetooth so I could make and receive calls over my car radio! She was AMAZING!! I will definitely be returning for any phone accessories, bill paying, and just to say hi! 5 Star rating!! Stop in and ask for Via; youll be glad you did!

Customer service is severely lacking at this location. The staff is incompetent and mediocre, at best. I was not notified of the steps necessary to receive a high value promotion after purchasing an expensive phone. I will not be going to this location for further service.

Spent about 25 minutes on the phone with Randy who went above and beyond helping me decide what iPhone to purchase as a bday gift. Thanks!

All the girls( Kenna Kera Destiny and Adestin) working there are very friendly and staff was very knowledge about. I did hear about the things that were going on but they have an entirely new staff, much better than the others !! If you dont believe me check them out yourself

Destiny was the most incredible employee I have ever met, her customer service skills and patience were incredible. I must also mention Kenna and Destiny #2, who work so well as a team.

Best store in the Rockford area

It should be unlawful having an employee working alone. Its dangerous and your violating their employee rights im reporting this to US dept of labor. The young lady was terrified to be working alone all day today. She said shes stuck working by her self all day and will not get a break. This is the second time this week i tried to resolve issue with my bill on March 27th i visited the store at the mall and were no help. I will not return to a business that treats employees this way!

Jordan & Destiny are very Rude & Very unprofessional and liars & we will not be doing any business with this store ever again they are scam artist please be aware of this store or you will be scammed next I would go to a different T-Mobile store stay far far away from this T-Mobile store!!! Bunch of crooked liars. Claiming to have offers in which they give phone accessories free of charge with the purchase of a new phone; when in reality they finance the items through TMobile and have to pay a monthly fee for 2 years. Beware of other TMobile stores in the area, apparently, they are owned by the same person

T-Mobile is a place to go they will work with you for a plan that suits your needs and I come back every once in awhile and talk to them and they are always full of new ideas or help me with I have a little problem they are all standing Ill give them six stars

STAY AWAY...cancelled service and they left the account active in order to get commission...worse than used car salesmen...
