Store manager Jeff is awesome! I cannot express enough how patient and helpful he is. I highly recommend going to this Verizon over others simply because of the quality of Jeff’s customer service. My phone was pretty much inoperable and Jeff made it work so I left with the newest phone for only 30$ today, When I told him money today was an issue. Definitely felt like a valued customer. Honestly if I could give it more stars I would. This is the energy all managers should have ! Thanks again Jeff!!!

Jeff the store manager currently #1 in Russell wireless, he brags and shows the scorecard is a snake. He slams insurance saying you must take this and call to cancel. This is to help his attach rate for commissions. When you politely decline he rants about how Verizon will close the store and you should order online and pick up else where.Basically this is like a dealership refusing to sell you a car without the extended warranty.He has to lie,cheat, and steal to win! DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT UNNECESSARY CHARGES ON THE BILL, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND TO REWARD A SNAKE!

Jeff went above and beyond his job responsibilities to help me w an ongoing phone issue. Best customer service I’ve ever had!!! Very kind and friendly.

I wanted to get a new phone and plan set up, and Adrian was extremely helpful and sociable! He even got me a really good deal with the accessories that go with the device. I even noticed there were hand sanitizer stations throughout, and a limit to how many people could be in the store at once. Excellent service, safe, and I even had fun!
