This store is horrific. As metro pcs customer service is. Theyve cost me 1000s. I set up a new # for my biz a year ago. Failed to tell me he gave me a long distance #. Well i put it on all my material truck n all. Then i had to awitch the number and throw away all my business cards and everything. Plus he gave me the wrong phone i did not want. Ge said oops its too late i activated it. Do not go here. People come in and yell on the regular. Its awful

Picking out a new phone was easy but had a bad experience checking out. Problems with the activation fee (they insisted it was $25 evem tho their signs ssid $10).

No one takes progressive leasing when its advertised.

Closed early constantly, lie about when ordered products will come in, wont refund you for purchased products that were never received, and dont answer the phone.
