My furniture was infested with bugs. My mother killed and almost got bit by a brown recluse . When I contacted manager she was very rude . I was told by another manager that because of the situation she would have a couple guys go through my stuff to make sure there was no more, the other Manger stated she wouldnt put her employees at risk . I then asked her if I was bit she said it wasnt their responsibility. Very rude uncaring of their customers. Their is a fence as a ceiling so anything and everything can go from unit to unit . I wouldnt recommend these people to anybody!

Ive been there before and currently already a storage unit. but when i went to get another one they people there where so helpful! even to show me how to use my 4 wheel drive to get it in over the hump of snow. great job to Anthony B. and charmaine g. for everything!

Not much to say honestly. But in a good way. My unit was exactly as advertised, clean, and easy to find. And it was ready for me before I got there, as promised.

Very accommodating to our needs, friendly staff and clean facility. Had to upgrade from a small storage to a larger one and it was hassle free and not much more money than what we already had.

I enjoyed the way manager n supervisors work with you with all questions and concerns. Supportive and show patience this helps me kno my property is safe enough

Extremely Disorganized. Spent over an hour when I went to sign lease, only to find out that someone was already in the unit we had a reservation on for over a month. They refused to upgrade us to the next size at the price we had agreed to, but asked us to downgrade. Seemed like a logical and fair ask as it was their mess up and not our and the smaller unit wasnt enough space for us. WIsh we would have looked elsewhere..

Was bad enough having to move in the winter but first time ever needing a storage unit after price and location hunting to best suit our needs we found cube smart.. Best in location and best on price but after signing for storage unit and paying we found out our unit was all the way in back and wouldnt be a problem but nothing was plowed to get to our unit and had to bring our own shovel to even get in our unit then had tons of cars trucks campers and other peoples property parked off to the side that made it even harder to drop off loads to our unit!! Not very happy about that!! And on top of that got a nail in my tire of my truck dropping off a load that was Im sure in a pile of snow we had to drive threw to get to our unit... All those united and enough money they make they NEED to at least have the storage unit property plowed for customers!!!

I went to the property to check prices. Melissa was very professional and helpful.

The only good thing about this place is that they are reasonably inexpensive. But otherwise the lanes are way to narrow, and they don’t plow in the winter. I unfortunately had to walk through 2 feet of water (from melted snow) last winter to empty my storage unit, my feet were soaked and freezing . Also they make you have storage insurance not sure if that’s standard or not, but just be aware that you need to have it to rent a unit with them.

I won a storage auction for the first time here. Samantha, the lady who helped me, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made it easy to get everything taken care of and get started on cleaning out my unit. She not only answered all my questions thoroughly, but also provided me with a lot of good advice to help me get started.

It was and has been a pleasant experience. Facility is clean, staff very friendly and helpful. I came towards closing and she still took the time for a tour and details regarding all information.

Jason was able to reserve a storage unit for me and I was offered the use of their moving truck fo free!I have used other storage facilities and have never had the service that I had with CubeSmart Self storage! Samantha was extremely helpful and friendly! It didnt take long at all and the location is very convenient. She took us on a golf cart to show us the unit which was very spacious and super clean. Got there after 4 pm on a Saturday and Julie was amazing. My daughter is moving back to Rockford and my little house couldnt hold her suff until she finds an apartment, so I was in charge of finding a storage unit. First thing I liked was Cubes website. It was very easy to navigate. I also liked their office hours - someone is there 7 days a week. As I said, Julie was amazing. She explained everything thoroughly, took me to see different units and helped me decide on a size. She wasnt at all impatient as I ended up taking longer than expected, and we didnt get everything done until after 5, when they closed. All in all, an excellent experience!

Love this location. Always clean. Staff members are always pleasant. Its always a pleasure to see smiles when I come in to make payments.

My experience with CubeSmart has been phenomenal from the very beginning when I called the 800 number. It got even better when visiting the store and meeting the managers, Julie and Samantha. Both ladies were so very helpful and friendly in this very stressful time. The staff is wonderful! They were very courteous and friendly. They made sure to tell us that they had many other units available if the unit I had reserved doesnt quite meet my size needs. Stayed for about 20 minutes afte the transaction was complete just talking about things going on and trading stories. Very down to earth people A+++

I was in very unfortunate, sad situation and Kim and Vicki were so kind, understanding and patient with me; even got me to relax and smile. They asked the right questions so I rcvd storage locker best for my needs.They had it swept and new rubber placed on bottom of door so no water, snow, leaves, etc would blow in, when I returned the next day. I struggle securing door/lock, so taught me till I got it right, alone.They both have glowing, optimistic attitude.Thank you!

Amazing customer service. First time using a storage facility and Samantha was super helpful and really helped us find the unit we needed to meet our needs.

So I’ve been a customer with cube smart for a little over a year now and every time that I’m either came to pay my payment or had a question about something Samantha is the one that help me and has been extremely helpful today I had a bad situation and needed to go to my storage and when I got there I realized that I was snowed in on the door and wouldn’t of been able to get in so she help me with a shovel for 15 to 20 minutes freezing so that I can get in after being able to be let in I realize there was a lightbulb out she relentlessly help me carry two different letters until she got the right size to fix lightbulb for me if that’s not going out of your way for a customer I don’t know what is She NEEDS A RAISE!!!!!!!!

I scheduled a move in a few weeks ago for the 22nd. I was called to confirm shortly and all was well until the day of move in. On the 22nd, Phyllis called to say there was snow frozen so high that my unit was not accessible. She said someone would be out to fix the problem that day and asked if I could move in on another day. I told her that was fine but I absolutely needed it by the 3rd, so I would like to move in on 3/1. She told me that would be fine and she would update the system. The day before, I realize I still havent gotten any communication from the office so I check online and see my reservation was still for 2/22 so I had to update it myself. Red flag #1. Then I call on 3/1 to confirm and Phyllis tells me the problem has not been resolved and there is no way I can get to my unit. Thankfully I hadnt already paid, because I was able to find a cheaper and bigger unit closer to home to meet my needs. If you have a storage unit facility, the snow should always be shoveled right away. 1. There should be no reason the snow got so high and then froze. I wasnt born last night to realize that only happens if the snow wasnt plowed for a long period of time. 2. If your issue wasnt fixed, dont make it my issue! Find a better solution ie. another unit. 3. COMMUNICATE! Had they called me even the night before I would have been happier than only finding out a couple of hours before I was supposed to show up. I would have went up there for nothing. Thankfully I saw the red flags and called but everyone should be alert of this place. Ill take my money elsewhere
