Upon going in didnt now much what was wrong with the car or even how to enter. But once I asked the explained pretty much everything i need, even all the codes and how to fix them. Most places wouldnt even tell you what you needed or even add extra to charge more. Mike and Jeremiah help me determine what i needed and when i needed. Help me break down prices also.

Very disappointed. I had a $16.00 coupon which I told the service tech. After oil change was completed, the same service tech told me that I was all set and I gave him my credit card for payment. After receiving the printed receipt and walking to my car, I noticed that the $16.00 discount was not given. The service tech told me that I didnt showed it to him. I reminded him that I had told him about it and he admitted that I did but he couldnt do anything because he had already processed the payment for the service. Not right! I also had my wife car oil changed at the same time.

I like that he didn’t push anything onto me especially being a woman. I got my breaks and oils changed. It was done in a very reasonable amount of time. I will be returning to this location for sure!!

Great Service. The mechanic (wish I remembered his name) I go almost every month because I drive a lot. I had some lights on like check engine & service req. Service one went away after oil change thank god. Then we asked about the check engine light & told him the codes that came up & he knew exactly what it was & said to not even worry. So thats a lot off stress gone. Now Just need Breaks!!!! And fast! Lol I would def recommend this place, all the people are very friendly! Very knowledgeable mechanics! I didnt feel comfortable and the staff very rude.

Ive brought a couple of different cars here and I always am happy with the results. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Most important to me, is that I dont ever feel like I have to be on guard or that theyre going to try to upsell me something. They always explain their services and have offered me coupons a couple of times without me asking.

Never tightened my oil filter cap on all the way so a little later I noticed that my engine was smoking from oil leaking all over the motor. Lost a Quart or two in oil. Im giving them a one star because oil is mainly what these people do. Some of these guys have too much attitude too and this was just the icing on the cake for me. Will never go to a jiffy lube again in my life.

Best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. Employees were nice and helpful. They did not try and tell me my car had a bunch of issues like the normal 15-minute-oil-change places. Helpful honest staff that only do what is necessary and know what they are doing!

I came here for an oil change a couple weeks ago and the staff was very kind and considerate. They applied a discount to my oil change (I told them I was a student) and they brought it down to like 30 bucks. Then just today, I was vacuuming out my car across the street and stupidly locked myself out. One of the mechanics Josh helped me unlock my car, and needless to say I’ll be a return customer. Great customer service at this location and it’s appreciated. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

Im unsure why this place has bad reviews? Are people really complaining because they try to up-sell products and services? Thats their job!Everyone here was amazingly nice to me- opening my door to my car, opening the business door for me when my car was done, sounding authentic in the way they greeted me, everyone said goodbye to me.I am a former GM and DM for multi retail locations before starting my own business and when I say Im impressed I mean it.They treated both my Highlander and myself with respect and amazing service. I am new to the area and will only come here for now on.Special shout out to Beth and Sam who were the direct 2 people who helped me. I took my fleet work van there. The tire pressure light and the change oil light were both on. They didnt reset the oil light and didnt even bother to take tire pressure. Cost $40 for just a plain old oil change. Good thing company pays for it. I would never take my own cars.

DISASTER. I should have known this was not going to end well when the oil change took 1 hour, the manager told me he had to go out to a parts store to get an oil filter. After spending $90 on oil I drove home. 4 hours later there were 6 QUARTS OF OIL ON MY GARAGE FLOOR. After 2 visits from the manager it turned out the drain plug was not installed correctly. He left me with kitty litter on the floor and no apologies. He couldnt even tell me why my oil level indicator wasnt functioning. I have no idea if any damage occurred to my engine while I was driving home.That was bad enough but yesterday the oil pan dropped down while I was driving on Rt 128. It was rattling and scraping, I drove slowly to a shop where they used zip ties to hold it back in place. They told me all of the screws holding the pan were missing. I phoned the Jiffy Lube manager to tell him of the problem and he told me it was my fault that the pan dropped down because I hadnt brought my car back to the shop for him to look at.After the 2 major league screwups by this manager I told him I wanted to speak to the owner. He told me that the OWNER DOESNT TALK TO CUSTOMERS. He told me no matter what I would end up talking to him and he refused to put me in touch with the owner.I am clearly frustrated after 2 big time mistakes and a manager who wants to blame me and an owner who doesnt talk to customers.DO NOT TRUST JIFFY LUBE TO CHANGE YOUR OIL.

I paid for oil service and they did not do it. They just reset my gauge to 100%.A few weeks later am down to 15% oil life.

I love coming here, they always take care of me and not to mention everyone is down to earth !

Im very unhappy and pissed i asked them for a regular oil change nothing special no vaccuming nothing just do my oil change and check fluids I usely do my own oil changes but had no time so I went here little did I know when he brought me out and told me what he did he said there was synthetic oil in the car so we put that back in and everything else is OK whenever he told me the price I almost fell over 105.00 for the synthetic oil change I went on to tell him all I wanted was a regular oil change regular oil he told me theres nothing he could do I didnt ask for synthetic oil to be put in the car I thought a regular oil change costs 29.99 not 70.00 dollars more than they charged me thats not right you pit whatever you want in someone elses car after they tell you that they just wanted a regular oil change so people be careful

Oil Change service, fine.The stuff they try to up-charge you with, not fine. They told me that my front and rear differential fluids needed to be changed. That the fluid was breaking down already, burning up, and that it was low. Little did they know, that my front and rear diffs were already done 10k ago. thanks guys for lieing to me and trying to squeeze out 150 bucks out of my pocket. Not appreciated. Lesson here people, go in to get your oil changed, walk out with only your oil changed. No filters, no wiper blades, nothing else.
