Very rude customer service stopped by older woman as I entered she demanded I go back outside and read sign and put mask on then started spraying me up and down, she then demanded I sanitize hands and I said you just sprayed me up and down what for? And she demanded that I leave and get out of her store! Definitely the worst and rudest customer service I have ever experienced!

Do not come here. Worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and do not stop here.

I was greeted by a young man and an older women who barked at me to put hand sanitizer on as soon as I entered the building ( I was also wearing a mask). The store itself was clean and had a variety of blankets, toys, strollers, clothes. I came into buy a specific type of blanket( mexican futbol league). I did buy a blanket and wanted to look around the store more but that same lady that barked at me stood in the isle with me and never took her eyes off me! Extremely uncomfortable shopping experience.

Was charged to much for activation of a new phone then they gave me the cheapest phone and raised my monthly payment real high. I love boost I just went to the wrong store and wrong respresitve.

First time going! I thought the cashier or owner was RUDE when I first walk in. She wasnt a very good greeter at all. After I said, it was my first time there and a friend referred me her attitude changed. I dont know that I would return again, but the store had nice sweat pant sets to fit everyone.

Lady in charge talks down on you, like she knows everything in the world, will not be going back

Wish I could give it a negative 5 stars. Completely ripped me off. Took a tablet to get fixed and and they never called me back. When I went in to check on it they told me I could pick it up later that afternoon. So I did, I went back later and they charged me $75 for the tablet that still didnt work. There is more to the story but Im too upset to even type it. Rude lady and shop smells awful.

I have been dealing with them for years and I have never had any problems with them. They have great service,cute cases, and other accessories for your devices for reasonable prices. My favorite phone accessorie spot in TOWN!!!

Absolutely the best store to meet all your needs for cell phones, tablets, bedding and clothing!!! Dont have all the money dont stress cause their dedication to all customers is their main priority!!! They have layaway as well as sells and due to thier friendly customer service they give discounts as well!!! I practically call them family!!! If they dont have what your looking for then they will gladly tell you where to look!!

I have been searching for a case for an Alcatel Pixi Unite phone for days. We stopped here and in a half hour later, walked out with a clip case that was only SLIGHTLY deeper than my phone! Love this place!

Horrible service got a replacement screen which was defective I was told they were ordering a new one this was for my business phone its been 4 weeks no calls get returned I ended up just buying a new phone
