Lunch was good and quiet. We were the only ones dining in on a Sunday afternoon. The employees were great and knowledgeable. We went with the turkey and avocado wraps but ditched the wraps half way thru due to not really knowing the carb count (did not ask nor did we want to disturb) but the meal was very satisfying. Overall, wish there were more keto options (snacks would be awesome) but we will definitely be returning

Tried the breakfast tacos and they were great. Went back today and tried chicken Cesar wraps. Its all been awesome and gluten free!

I absolutely love this place. They serve a variety of gluten free options for breakfast, lunch, supper. Great cookies,, muffins,, and more Great drinks, smoothies, etc. This is a great place is you want gluten free!!! Try them out!!!!!

Went through the drive through for a quick lunch. Got one you pick two wrap and soup, one sandwhich. Both were good and fresh! Just a little steep on the price.

I went to check this place out and ended up buying a whole blue bag worth of food.I have to say that these meals are filling and delicious. Out of all the different ones I picked, I havent had a bad one.

I ordered from Favor. They advertised a combo where you can order half a sandwich and half a salad. I did, but they sent me a whole sandwich and whole salad and charged me for it. I also ordered their seasonal fruit muffins which were supposed to come as 3 little muffins for $5, and received a giant chocolate chip muffin instead. Not impressed.

Someone brought some wraps and salad into my work place. The wraps were good and gluten free, thats a plus. The salad was good, the salad dressing was so much better than i thought it would be, i even put some on the wrap. Everything was fresh, Good job...

I used to love this place, but it’s just so unpredictable on its quality. It takes forever and to pay $8 for a completely liquid smoothie is just crazy, I used to love their smoothies. Coffee was also cold. Food is pretty good most of the time but miss when they had healthy paleo bows.

Since other places(not to be named) do not support vets and first responders, I have been looking for a new coffee place. Luckily, a friend told me about Healthy Essentials. So far I love it. I go in the morning and they are always real nice. Look forward to it everyday.

I love to visit Healthy Essentials. The food is amazing and I love, love, love the desserts. This place has such an at-home atmosphere and is very comforting. The customer service is top rate and everyone is so friendly.

Great idea, poor execution. The customer service here was some of the lamest Ive ever received at the food order counter. Then the person who helped with questions about supplements had little knowledge about any products. Plus they want to separate SP packages and charge more than any other health care professional selling SP products. The 9 dollar sandwich was decent but overpriced. Absolutely nothing special. I will not be back.update- owner posted a reply to this review and that honestly goes a long way. Thank you. I may be back now to try out a smoothie that everyone talks about. I do appreciate healthy food places since there are so few of them in this world. Hope the customer service is not so cold next time. Thanks again.

Ive always appreciated hole in the wall places. Things you wouldnt expect to be there. This place peaked my interest just passing by the food is good and the staff is very welcoming.

Good menu selection. Kaylee was delightful. My Caribbean Wave smoothie needed to taste sweeter. Muffin and cookie was great.

What a cozy place. I had some hearty soup with gf bread for dipping and a small smoothie. Super filling and delicious. Quick service. Highly recommend!

I havent had the food yet but the iced tea was so refreshing? Cant wait to go back and try more items from the menu

Great place for a snack, meal and VitaminsStay Healthy

Ive ordered three bagel melts from this place for breakfast. I have a dairy allergy, so I make sure to write a note to say no cheese. Two out of the three times Ive ordered, Ive gotten to my office to find my food covered in cheese. If they can make your order correctly, its delicious, but if you have any allergies other than gluten I would suggest you eat elsewhere. I will not be returning.

I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and over the last four years, their service has slowly been going down hill. I order food from here quite often and they almost forget items from my order. At this point, I ALWAYS have to make sure that I got all of my food and condiments because they forget nearly every single time now. Also, they never have enough baked goods anymore. There may be a single cookie and one muffin at the front, but that’s about it. Always out of stock. When it comes down to it, I believe the problem is with management because they’ve had several people coming and going to work for this company, and they just can’t seem to get things back to how they used to be.

100% natural smoothies, this is my go to place when I want a non-juice concentrate smoothie. The natural smoothies are not only incredibly delicious but the food is just as delicious. This is the healthiest place to eat in Lubbock. Im talking real fruit smoothies that you can taste and paleo-meals that are not packed with bad preservatives. And their brownies are to die for! I love this place and when you try it you will not be dissatisfied. I guarantee you!

Visited from Ohio. Not keto friendly. Was out of ingredients for my meal. Made it rough to eat there. Lady was nice and attentive.

Do not come here if you are in a hurry or need something quick. They take FOREVER just to make 1 wrap. I waited 20 min in the drive through just for a wrap and I was the only car. This is not the first time this has happened. After waiting and finally receiving my food, my order was completely wrong and they gave me someone elses order. So then they took another 5 min remaking my order.Other than being slow they have good and healthy food and thats why I choose to eat there.

Ive always loved this place but I feel the quality recently has left me very unhappy. From very chunky smoothies to poor customer service. Overtime the portions have become smaller and just not worth the price anymore. Hopefully things improve, but for now I cant see myself going back anytime soon.

We were searching for a truly Gluten Free place to eat. Our son has Celiac and it is always tough to eat on the road. This place was a little off the road, but we were pleasantly surprised. Alicia was fantastic. Food was the best GF I have ever had. Well worth the stop.

A healthy, paleo, gluten free restaurant with tasty soups, sandwiches and wraps. My 1/2 turkey club with turkey bacon and chicken tortilla soup was filling, balanced and only $8.95. I will be back every time I’m in Lubbock.

I went here a few days ago and the coffee was amazing! The blond Barista that made me my coffee was very friendly! She said she was new and she really brightened my day! I really appreciate a coffee shop with good coffee and people!

As another reviewer mentioned, the coffee is quite weak and needs work (lots of work). So I wouldnt recommend you come here for coffee. However, I had a Paleo blueberry banana muffin. It was one of the best muffins Ive ever had, Paleo or not. So I would recommend you check it out because the food seems really good (as did the iced tea).

The best health food restaurant in Lubbock! Their sandwiches are really good, and all are gluten free! Their coffee is also amazing. I had a latte with irish cream syrup, and it was insanely good. They also have a good selection of paleo- and keto-friendly snacks. Try their club sandwich, it is soooooo good. Their gluten-free giant cookies will make you smile. Truly a gem of a place. The people who run it are very nice and friendly.

Execution is terrible here. I came from Dallas looking for something healthy. They are out of coffee and hummus....had to be reminded that we had drinks. This place wasnt busy at all.
