Great location on the corner of Quaker and 82nd Street. Employees are semi friendly, no one smiles. At least place is clean and cozy. With seven employees it still seemed be slow today get a drink. Chocolate croissant was warm and tasty. Noticed they now have breakfast sandwiches. May have to give those a try. Lots of cool mugs and insulated cups.

I go to this store every single day on my way to work. This cold rainy morning my mobile app was not working so I called the store thinking they would help me out so I could get my morning coffee. PHIL was super unhelpful and rude and when I told him to was unacceptable and rude to not help me out he said its ok to me being upset...I feel super angry when all I wanted was coffee!!!

Recently remodeled, this Starbucks is conveniently located at 82nd & Quaker which has become the geographic center of Lubbock. Use the app to order and pick up inside to get stars and free future orders.

This morning, even with a busy drive through, the shift manager, Hannah, took time to help me figure out an order I would like. I also overheard her on the phone with a customer, solving a problem, and she was very professional and kind. The rest of the team was smiling and sweet with great attitudes despite a very busy morning.

We had 6 gift cards from various holidays and they combined them into one card. Good service and predictably consistent coffee.

Never had a bad experience at any of their locations.

They are very quick at getting orders out, however when you order a venti and your coffee is only 2/3 full it defeats the purpose. I’m not getting what I paid for so I will go elsewhere. This has happened multiple times and management seemed to just brush it off when I brought it to their attention.

I love Starbucks this particular one off of 82nd Street and Quaker in Lubbock Texas is not my favorite location.I only say this because theyre always busy and the staff is not as friendly as the usual when I go to all slide and 4th in the united shopping Center. Not a big fan on the pumpkin spice latte but a lot of people are. every season I love to purchase their coffee mugs because theyre great to use at home and hold coffee in the temperature very well and keeps them warm to drink through the holiday season and the cold weather.

Great service, & good coffee. Will definitely be back. We always stop at this one.

I LOVE the moods and personalities of the Baristas there. Its always a very enjoyable experience. Just my opinion, the iced spiced chai with a caramel drizzle is the best. Lol!!!

The service here is always awesome. I come here way more than I should. Baristas are always kind, attentive, and helpful. I live closer to a different Starbucks, but in my opinion, this is the best one in Lubbock.

This has been one of the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. The cashier was very friendly and made conversation with me while waiting for my coffee, which didn’t take very long. I recommend to anyone who is need of some caffeination.

I order the same thing every time and have for years, I know what it tastes like. I see that the person that took my order has it correct on the order label. Why cant the barista just do what the order says?

Coffee is great. The inside is very nice and comfortable. They have an outside seating areas which is very nice. Drive through is fast. I just cant seem to get sugar for my coffee when I drive through...very, very, very strange.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Over 10 min for 2 drinks, both drinks (frappe’s) were watery, I asked for extra ice on one and it didn’t even have that. 2 people that ordered after me received their drinks before me. Do not recommend anyone coming here, every time I come they get something wrong and take forever.

I love this location so much I drive past another one to get to it. The service is great and employees are friendly. They can get a little busy at times, so if you go at a peak time, expect to wait. However, they always get the order correct!

They were not friendly. Actions were abrupt. I didnt feel welcomed or valued as a customer or person. How sad... Ive been in sales and personally dealt with customers for the last fifty years and would never treat a customer the way I was treated...

Not a Starbucks type of person. I feel its overpriced and is love of a status symbol (read: pointless) however. The few times I do get Starbucks it is only to get their unsweetened green tea. Its awesome. this location in particular has great service and there never seems to be a long wait time. And thats where the 5 Stars come from. I might not like the idea of Starbucks but this location is great. My go to location when Im on this side of town.

Super slooooooooow on 82nd and Quaker this afternoon. Almost 35 minutes and I ordered ahead by 15 minutes.

When the barista misunderstood my order, they made sure that I was reimbursed and gave me a free for next time card to use on my next visit. I come here almost weekly and really appreciate the dedication to service that this staff shows! They are always friendly and ready to help.

Leaving a review mainly for Hannah, I think she said she was new, but her personality was awesome. I also like how she didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing the correct term for large. My drinks were amasssing to add on!(: I don’t normally leave reviews, but really wanted to compliment Hannah some how!

I am not a fan of cawffee. They dont have good enough Selection in hot tea. I dont know how these people that like cawffee Will spend close to $5 plus on that item. Although the customer service is good I guess.

Never know what quality of drink you will get. Some drinks taste good, some taste alright, and some drinks are so bad that I have to make them better myself. Or Ill get a near half full drink. My main drink I get, I can get almost 2 dollars cheaper at dunkin donuts.

Excellent Coffe as I would expect. This is a very busy location and I think there doing great considering the line going around the block.

This IS the best Starbucks in town. Lita, the lady on the computer, had to have some of the best listening skills and upselling skills I have ever seen. These people have always made my drink correctly, the timing has been wonderful, the service has been amazing.

On three separate occasions, theyve been, out of something that I ordered that wasnt seasonal. Tonight, I waited over 20 minutes to get my drink.

Ive always gotten good, polite service here, and I enjoy the coffees and pastries. I just wish there were more seats with power outlets. Also, staff need to be mindful that furniture and trash cans should be arranged so as not to get in the way of handicapped persons on canes, crutches, or wheelchairs.

Extremely slow service.. ordered on-line per app waited over 20 minutes. Asked about my order to make sure it was received as the drive thru was moving efficiently and the little girl behind the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful as her response was We have a long line 👌🏻Then how about help the poor guy in the weeds vs doing closing duties since the line is So Long! #teamwork

I dont plan to visit this establishment again. Id rather drive 5 miles to the university location and get better service. Morning manager has a horrendous personality and should not be allowed to wait on customers. Any other time of the day, we can order and have no problem with service. Any time we go when he is there we get, we dont make that. Repeatedly. Then when you pull up to the window, you get salty looks from him. This has happened more that once. his job must be ONLY to make the schedule because he obviously cant make a drink to save his life. Rude, rude, rude.

Had an online gift card from out of state and they allowed me to use it, got my order right the first time compared to other baristas. Drive thru guy was very kind and helpful. Took very good care of us.

Good service and drive through is usually quick and not a long wait. Parking is a pain if you park in front of the building because people going through the drive through can block in a lot of the spaces.

My experience at this Starbucks location on Sunday and then just a few minutes ago today has been terrible and annoying. When I wanted to buy a lemon pound cake at this location last Sunday, the lady waiting on me seemed upset and didnt smile at all. And i was like I guess I should stop smiling since she doesnt want to do that 🙄And then just a few minutes ago, I had a lot on my mind so I accidentally bypassed where I was supposed to talk to make my order and then by the time I realized, it was too late lol. Anyway, after the last car left, the window closed and then when I got closer, the girl inside was just staring at me like Im at the wrong place 🙄so luckily, someone answered and I was like Are you guys closed? And she said No. And then I told her I accidentally bypassed the drive thru speaker and I was trying to apologize and she just completely ignored me and I was like wow I dont think Ill EVER come to this location anymore. Their customer service SUCKS!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

The Starbucks name no longer holds enough weight to charge so much for simple coffee. It use to feel like an experience going to get a Starbucks, now it feels like you have been taken
