Courtney is amazing! She puts a lot of love into taking care of your brows. She’s also very sweet so conversation is so easy with her. She’s done my brows for a while now and she also did them for my wedding. I remember getting so many compliments on my brows on my honeymoon all because of her! She’s great!

Terrible service. Well actually never got help. Only two ladies in the make up. Walked in and one was talking to her friend for 20mins and the other was helping someone. The lady went straight to the back when she was done talking. So I waited for the other girl and when she saw me waiting for 30 minutes she helped someone else and after that went straight to the back knowing I was sitting there waiting. I just walked out, waste of my time. Should of just spent my time going to the mall.

The absolute worst workers there. My sister and I went to buy a bath sponge. And a little earlier, when we walked in, she saw a makeup pallete that she was going to take a picture of to send to my mom so she could add it to her Christmas list. The sponges were buy one get one 50% off so she bought me one too and told me to go pay for it while she went to take a picture of the pallete. My sister went and then decided to come and show me which one she wanted then she saw that I had already gotten in line at the register so she put the pallete down and came to where I was. Im in line and I pay for it then my sister comes up behind me and tells me never mind theyre too expensive. Then all of a sudden one of the workers asked her what she did with the pallete in her hand. My sister replies and points I put it down over there. And one of the workers says ILL GO CHECK and she never does. They basically were pushing her into a corner questioning where she put it and if they could check her bag. My sister again says I put it over there go look. And the woman says no you didnt because its not there. I need to look in your bag My sister says No you may not. Then I step in and say This is ridiculous. Check your freakin cameras. And they kept pestering us and following us until we walked out the door. This is not the first time they did this to her. They have done this to my sister before. She has anxiety and sweats when there are many people around then shell start to shake. Lord knows that store is croweded as heck. Its ridiculous they accused my sister of stealing not once but TWICE. I get it that youre a make-up place and you get stolen from pretty often but thats no excuse to be complete a-holes when youre clearly in the wrong. Im NEVER going back there! You people suck!

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! I. WILL. NEVER. RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE! Very rude, belittling towards their clients, very disrespectful, ignorant, and arrogant. If I could rate them with a 0 then I definitely will give it to them. Andropolis is where it was at.Heres why:I wanted to have my hair highlighted for the summer, as well as for my internship, not being from around the Lubbock area was a deficit for me in this case when got in touch with a salon I had felt like I was familiar with. When I went in for my appointment, the stylist there didnt feel like she would be able to lift my hair to the color that I wanted and tried to act like she knew what she was doing, whether a client has to sign papers or not doesnt excuse her from not knowing what she was doing. She had 3 people, including herself roughly working on my hair, and left my hair with bleach and metal clips under the heater for a long time until it was ready. I myself have worked in a chain salon and have family members who have worked in this industry for a long time to know that she wasnt doing it right. She didnt even keep the toner in long enough for it to sit, and burned little bits of my scalp to where I had scabs in there for the next two days. My hair is naturally blonde so lifting wasnt a difficult task at all, but it definitely wasnt the color that I wanted. I had patches of bleach blonde still, as well as orange and other stuff. Dont listen to them go on about all of their training that they have gone through. It wasnt just processing, and she could have done this all in one sitting, but we had been there since 12:45pm, by the time we checked out it was almost 5:15 and as a human being with time not being on my side I had other things to take care of by that time, and didnt have time to talk to a manager that day. I left there extremely unsatisfied and have been getting my hair colored for over 10 years, and Ive never cried over my hair up until that evening once I got into my car, because of how bad it was. I called the manager almost 3 days later, after getting everything fixed, and was HORRENDOUS!!! Every womans worst hair nightmare: She was very overwhelmingly ignorant, rude, defensive, belittled me, while talking on top of me and refused to reimburse me for one of her stylists mistakes. She also acted very arrogant towards me, even being an old client of hers, she also contradicted herself numerous times over the phone while being argumentative. After being hung up on, to being talked on top of, to being disrespected, and all I was trying to do was get to the bottom of this problem I had. I just wanted my money back for the job that her stylist could not fulfill, so I could have some closure after what I experienced, she told me that she would never take me as a client again. They can keep the money, its just pitiful, but I will be sharing one of every womans worst hair stories. Dont go to Ultas hair salon! Save yourself, your time, dignity, and your money and spend it elsewhere. This isnt the place if you want top notch quality hair. Andropolis gave me their time and 200% effort to give me the hair I absolutely wanted and loved and restored my happiness and the owner of Andropolis (the salon that saved my hair) asked me why I was so nice and didnt ask for my money back? Dont allow the manager at the Ulta Salon try to blame it on you and your beautiful and amazing hair that they ruined. Get your money back ASAP if you risk going in there to lighten your hair.
