Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. Much more personable than Lowes & Home Depot & alot quicker getting in & out for regular, everyday hardware & other items.

They had hardware items I couldnt find at HD or other hardware suppliers! I have never seen an ace attached to a grocery store which worked out perfect since I needed a couple of staple items while I was out. One stop shop!

This location does not honor their own adds. Bunch of bait and switch bs. Literally had the exact items seen in photo and they said they were the wrong serial numbers. Either stupid or dishonest.

I stopped going in here after the first visit. I went in because its attached to food king and as soon as my foot touched the inside of the store I had a person following me pretending to straighten up shelves and so on. I dont need that kind of store in my life. Besides they dont have anything that I cant buy at lowes or home depot. My business goes elsewhere.

I received a leaf blower for Christmas, which was over three months ago. It stopped working the first time I used it. We still had a receipt, so exchanging it for a new one was no problem. The exchange process was very simple and the employees were very friendly and helpful. I left thinking Im going to start doing my shopping here because I had never been there before.

This is a good hardware store. Theyve got a lot of different stuff and usually have a good stock of it all too. It is fairly well laid out as well, making it easier to find the things you might need. My only complaint is that it can be bad depending on who is working there. Some of the help staff are very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly; however, others arent really all that great and are most focused on having fun with each other than helping a customer.

Had the fertilizer I needed. Checkout was smooth. The parking lot is way too congested. Drivers ignore the arrows pointing the proper direction of travel. Too many cars and pedestrians in too small an area.

I can always find what I need at Ace Hardware. I dont have to go down twenty isles of merchandise to find one small item. A quick in and then back home to go to work on my project.

Looking for kiddie pools for nieces and spray. Great selection of both. We found what we needed plus a few more items in the garden area.

Easy in and out visit. Bought some rollers to paint my fence. Maybe not as many options as the big places, but enough to meet my needs. Many registers open. Check out was a breaze. Prices might be a little higher. Lastly, they have some nice garden pottery, including some bird baths that are beautiful.

Nice line of many products from hardware, household products, food items to general items. Prices are reasonable, employees are friendly and helpful on questions as bout products in the store. Didnt have what I was looking for but gave recommendations for places that might carry product. Saved time even after looking online.

I had the worst customer service experience. I ordered products that ended up being damaged when they arrived to the store. I asked for a reorder, and the employees response was Oh it will be damaged again. Instead of assisting me in receiving the products I bought from the ACE Hardware website, or assisting me with the refund process (I called ACE to get a refund, and was informed by customer service that the store should have refunded me), the employees just shrugged their shoulders. This company is employed with completely passive employees. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

In my OPINION this place is trash!! The only reason why I went to this store was for ACE. Then I decided to shop around since its a 2 in 1, Their prices are a little stiff. Their Praseks beef jerky stand was all thrown around and most did not have price tags. coming from south Texas I use to go to Preseks steakhouse alot just to get their jerky products but its a shame when I cant buy becouse their products are un organized, dont have tags and the guy with walkie talkie telling the cashier to ask somebody else then he gets stuck with it and dont take the time to look up the damn product. On another note i Cant wait till HEB comes through!!

I went with my brother to ace hardware store to buy supplies and I just moved here from New Mexico about a month ago and the people are very friendly here.theres all mixed race here .in new Mexico theres a lot of Indians the culture is so different.here its all American. New Mexico is wine Indians sleeping every where on the side of the road.they just dont care.

I like shopping here. I wish it were bigger to carry more paints. I use to buy my favorite DIY paint by Amy Howard but this location does not carry it. Disappointed in that but it is a great little place for other items and great prices!
