Getting materials was great, but when they sent someone out to the job is was horrible. Very unprofessional, and the guy was drunk most of the time. Not to mention he had some lady who was asleep half of the time in my bathroom while he redid the shower. I highly suggest going through literally anyone else. I couldn’t even get anyone to come look at how the horrible job. Griggs came highly suggested, and they really let us down. This is my first home and I feel like I have been walked all over. They never even offered to fix the job. They sent the guy back to “guarantee his work” and all he did was shave off some tile that was hanging over.

Griggs did a great job with carpet for our house. They worked with us to supply samples to consider and arrived on time and completed the work in a reasonable time frame!

Got an estimate done at my home. The sales guy didnt even get out of the car because he was elderly,how are you suppose to sell me on it if I cant see you? The installation price was ridiculous and so was the overall experience.
