We’ve been using this company for a good while now. They always treat us with respect, you gotta know the employees to understand they’re sense of humor. They are quick to help us, get out orders delivered very quickly, and when I have an emergency order to pick up it’s done fast even at the last minute ordering. I will continue using them for all of our lumber needs!!

So I called Pantex to see if they had any paint grade plywood, popular to be exact. Jack asked me if I shop at Gaydons which I do. I then asked if they had any other paintable 3/4 plywood. He then told me that I should go ahead and wait for Gaydons to get supplies in. I guess if you dont spend money there theyll basically tell you to kick rocks. Really poor customer service

Jack was the rudest person we have ever dealt with. If I could rate this place a 0 stars I would. I would rather drive 5 hours than do business with this company.

Several years ago I went here looking for some Ash lumber. The employee pointed to a stack and I began looking through it. He asked me what I thought I was doing and I told him I was looking for specific boards. He told me I had to take them off the top and could not look through them. I told him he could keep them then. This is the only lumber place I have ever been to that wouldnt let me look through the stack. Maybe things have changed, but for now I have no plans to return. I see from some of the reviews, that the arrogance and rudeness seems to still be in place.

Great place for lumber

After trying to get an actual itemized quote from jack on some curved stair treads, I will no longer do business with him & get my stair parts from someone else. This person lacks professionalism in every aspect!

I was trying to buy a sheet of wood and one of the guys told me that he wouldn’t cut it for me. I needed it cut to help transport it in my suv. I even asked if I could bring a portable saw and cut it myself but he refused to even let me cut the board on his property. Worst customer service. Go to Acacia Hardwoods, they will cut your board for you and there’s actually nice helpful staff!

Friendly service, clean yard and building/store. Called ahead to make sure they had stock of what I needed, and they did (16 shiplap). Wont hesitate to use again or reccomend to a friend.

The drivers are ABSOLUTE JERKS!!!!!If you see them on the road, give the a wide berth!!!!!!They will speed up, slow down, use BOTH lanes on the Interstate, AND then FLIP OFF THE PASSING CARS!!!Actually remodeling our home at the moment, and actually thought about using this compnay.After seeing how their employees act, I will spend my $40,000+ at Lowes or Home Depot!!!!!
