Metro Self Storage was fantastic for my experience needing to put my things from my apartment in storage over the summer. The same day I went in to get a quote about a storage unit was the same day I moved everything in and locked it up. The staff was super helpful and it’s one of the best prices I could find around in Lubbock for the safety and location as well. Definitely will use again for the next summer!

Everyone was so nice, very informative, and easy to work around my circumstance. They do not charge any type of crazy fees which is very helpful. It’s also a month to month leasing agreement so no worries on any type of commitment. I will always chose metro storage from now on!

Went in today looking for a storage unit for the summer and the manager was extremely helpful and honest about everything. Worked very well with me and my roommate to help us find the right unit for us, and the property is very well kept & clean!!

Just rented an inside 10x10 unit today. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the actual grounds/unit were very well kept and secure. The price and specials are also very affordable.I can’t speak much for long term yet, but I will leave another review when I stop renting!

I had to reserve a unit while out of town and from the beginning John went out of his way to help me make the best decision for my storage needs and spacing. The check in/paperwork process was seamless and such a breeze! I shopped around for pricing, and trust me you will not find a better deal. Metro Self Storage helps you with everything. I am have a climate controlled storage space. No dirt inside the space at all. The manager walks the property every day to make sure the locks are in place and your items are safe. Just a great company to work with. I had some questions because I have never stored my property anywhere. The manager saved me a lot of money by honestly telling me what I needed and what I did not need. I trust their advice.

Ive had a unit for almost a year now, its really convenient to everything and easy to get in and out if i need something from it. Staff is really helpful and understanding, especially the couple of times where I had to wait a few days in order to pay my rent. Now that I have a job, I dont mind paying on time for it. Definitely get your bang for your buck. :3

Another Attic Self Storage is great, the people that work there are very friendly and helpful. The grounds are well lit at night, so it makes it a lot easier to move at night. It is a bit pricier than some others in the area, but the 24 hour access makes it worth it.

Excellent storage unit that allows short term and month to month rentals. Perfect location for our Texas Tech student to store his dorm items over the summer. Nice staff and loved the free truck that was available for moving across town.

This is my second storage unit to have at Another Attic. Julie is the greatest, she keeps me advised about what is going on and the facility is very clean and maintained. If you have to store something in Lubbock this is the place.

The storage unit cut my hand while opening it because it was stuck and dirty. I was not informed that I couldnt get into my storage whenever I want. The only time I have for the storage is at night so this was a waste of money. I told the guy how much my stuff was and he insisted that I say my stuff is worth more than what I say so I pay more insurance. I wont be comming back when Im done with the storage.
