I can’t say much about their auto parts but I can say A LOT about their employees. On a trip from Virginia to Florida, our car broke down and we were able to limp to the parking lot of the AutoZone. After a harrowing AAA call, I managed to find a rental car but it was too far away to walk. The manager at the commercial desk actually took her break and drove me to Enterprise and then the parts delivery guy drove my husband to the dealership!! These people really go above and beyond!

I was welcomed in by an associate. I needed to get a couple bulbs for my car and brought in bulb and he was able to quickly pick it out for me. Though side note the bulb I had was a 8v and he gave me a 10v instead, so he didnt pay attention to that but none the less it was a good experience.

These guys are nice and knowledgeable. I prefer the older guys when buying parts, the younger fellas have quite a bit to learn about compatability. Almost sold me a belt I didnt need, good thing I knew it was the wrong belt. Always go here though, great prices.

Quick service, and made sure I had the right part.

Some of the employees here are rude and unprofessional. I came here to make a return and 3 employees, including 2 managers, were standing near the register having a conversation. Nobody bothered to greet me or even acknowledge me. They all looked at me and continued their conversation for a few minutes. Then a white couple walks in the door and immediately gets greets and assisted. When one of the employees finally faced me, he still didnt say anything. Its like he was waiting for me to speak first. I gave him my bag of items with the receipt and the first thing he says to me is You cant return it to the store you bought it from? Are you serious?! What difference does it make? Autozone is Autozone. I called the 800 number to make a complaint and I had my phone on speaker, so they knew I was calling and neither one of the managers even tried to apologize.I stepped outside to finish the phone call, which was a voice-mail message to the district manager. When I come back in, the manager Freddy Nazario tells me that I need my card in order to complete the refund. Okay, no big deal. I began asking the names of the other 2 employees to give to the district manger for when he returns my calls and they refused to give their names. Really?! Youre a retail employee! You should be wearing a name tag. As I was leaving, the manager Freddy Nazario mumbled something under his breath and I made a comment about him working at Autozone, then he calls me a bird. Disgusting! I have him on video calling me a bird. Apparently, Im a bird because I expect good customer service. This place is as ghetto as they come.

Parts and stores is fine some worker were doing anything and had people wanting.

Went by this morning and arrived at 7:30 AM, the time that the Autozone website says this store opened. The doors were still locked with the lights off inside. I waited in the parking lot on my motorcycle for the store to open, only to watch employees slowly start to arrive thereafter. Roughly ten minutes later, as the store had still not been unlocked, I left and went to a different auto arts store. Don’t plan on punctuality at this location.

Terrible. If you buy the part from them they are find. As soon as you say let me price somewhere else. They stop helping you. Dont get mad cause walmart batterys are cheaper. Lower your price or match the price !!!!!!!!!

I broke down on I-95 South and was towed to this AutoZone by AAA. Freddy Nazario was about as gracious and helpful as a guy could be. He helped me charge my phone up, so I could stay in touch with my wife and kids 800 miles away; he helped me find a local shop to re-tow my truck to when my quick-fix didnt do the trick. Then he dropped me off at my hotel when his shift ended. Freddy is the best thing to come out of the Bronx since the Yankees. Thanks, man. You made this AutoZone look really good.

Very late delivery

I visited the other day to try to find a socket I needed to tear down a transmission because I forgot to bring one from work. But with the attitude I received from the manager, the way he treated me like I was trying to steal our something I will not be going back there. I would prefer to spend my money somewhere that will appreciate it.

Why join the pointing system and cant never get a discount.

Salesman didnt understand or have knowledge of what I was looking for. Took my business somewhere else.

No one wanted to wait on us we are two old women. We had our Hood up our car would not crank we come there to see about a battery. after the lady finally came outside with us to check car battery she was no help. two younger gentleman were in the store and did not even offer to help. What is this world coming to when two older women are stranded and no one seems to care.

Every time i go here i tell meyself, im never comming back. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and have little knowledge about automotive parts, issues or common fixes. The hoop and holler and curse loudly at eachother. Ive even watched them get into actual arguments in front of customers. Hate this place

Horrible service.Day 1: Promised parts would be in next day, so I paid ahead.Day 2: came back only to discover half of the parts hadnt even been ordered. They promised they would be in the following day.Representative was not apologetic in the slightest.Day 3: came back again only to find the parts cant be delivered on a Sunday (dont know why they didnt mention this yesterday). Spoke with the manager who was there day 1. I realized the poor customer service must run from the top down as the manager herself was even non-apologetic about the matter and not receptive to any feedback. I would rather pay more at advanced Auto across the street than subject myself to the same treatment.

Awful customer service dealing with the LOAN -A-TOOL. The guy that loan the tool was very disrespectful and cause me to get out of pocket. He made a statement that was wrong. He said Damn you need your own tools dont you? That was very disrespectful.
