Salesman was great but sales manager refused the deal over $4500 dollars down
Took my car to crossroad ford in Lumberton N.C and i am completely satisfied with effort these guys offer. Great customer service, you dont have long waiting time. Also friendly i recommend these guys to any one. Thanks guys.
The process was simple and quick. Tiny was an excellent salesman that provided all information i needed.
The service was quick and the staff was really nice. They made sure I was comfortable and had coffee. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood.
I had my truck there on two different occasions. The first visit they changed one part thinking the problem was resolved instead of taking the additional time to test the truck. I no more than returned home to have the air bag light on again. When I had time I returned the truck again only to have them reset the computer and tell me the problem was resolved. The airbags system showed the fault again. This time I have taken the truck to Florence to a different Ford dealership. They have changed parts as the codes appear but the problem has not been corrected. They have reached out to Ford for further advice. I appreciate them keeping me updated and their efforts in working to fix my truck. Hopefully the truck will be fixed, but for now I am truly disappointed with my Ford truck and Crossroads Ford
Luis always comes through with what he says. I know I am not that special but he makes me feel that way every time I come in for routine service on my Escape. Crossroads service is the est. Thanks
Luis got my F250 looked at and fixed in no time. Luis is the best!!!
Easy....stress free purchasing.
My Ford Fusion was towed to crossroad ford on 18 March on 30 March i was informed the car was ready. It was not ready and as of 6 April I am still waiting for the check engine fault code to be repaired. The service advisor words are not matching the performance. Will give a more updated review when i get my car. Thomas Ford
In the past y’all were great. This visit not so much. Service manager was more concerned with his phone than customer service. Did not explain costs associated with service. I was told 45 minutes. It took over two hours. Cashing out once again the service manager couldn’t put his phone down and was annoyed when I asked questions. Cashier was great. Parts department was awesome. I live in Fayetteville and went to Lumberton for better service, I will visit Crown Ford next, service will probably still be bad but it is closer.
Hi Cindy:The dealership is nice and clean. The employees and salesmen are very courteous. My wait time was minimal and if I had to wait longer they would surely let me know. The service Department is one of the best in the Carolinas.
Amazing service. They really care about their customers and the make sure you get the best deals and quality for your money an interests
Crossroads Ford of Lumberton went the extra mile to resolve the problem with my vehicle. If your looking for a new vehicle let Crossroads Ford of Lumberton be your next stop.
Excellent customer service during drop off and checkout! The customer service rep totally went above and beyond! It didnt take but a little over an hour for servicing, and I was totally pleased with the service. Top notch dealership!
The whole team at Crossroads Ford of Lumberton was great! On my way down to a job site in SC from Durham, the AC compressor in my 2004 F-250 seized up, putting a massive strain on my starter and batteries. It took some doing to figure out the problem since my A/C had stopped working a few weeks earlier but had not kept the truck from running. I had the truck towed to Crossroads and they started looking at it right away. My service manager Malissa kept me informed as they dug into the problem and whenever she was busy or on break Tommy, another service manager, stepped in to keep me up to speed. Even the General Manager for the whole dealership, Steve Carson, took time out to stop by and chat and make sure things were moving along. When they realized they needed a part that had to be ordered they REALLY helped me out by providing a loaner vehicle so I could get back on the road and complete some very time critical tasks. It was a major repair but they got it fixed as quickly as possible. Im a car guy that does most of my maintenance and repairs myself so I know everything they did was spot on and absolutely necessary and even though Im incredibly picky about my vehicles, I was very happy with what I saw under the hood afterward. And most important of all, the repaired A/C system works great now! After this experience, I might even consider driving 2hrs down to Lumberton to have service work done in the future!
Overall, it was a very good experience. It would’ve been 5 stars but a couple things happened. Had an appointment to meet with a sales person at noon.l, but I wasn’t seen until 12:30 and it wasn’t with the person I had scheduled with. Then they SUPER lowball you with trade in, as in $5k less than actual value of trade. I understand they have to make a profit, but the price they gave me they will more than double that on the resale of it.Finance person was awesome. Jordan was great as well. Jordan was 5 stars!!!!
Crossroads Ford always takes great care of me. Tommy Lovin is the best service manager I have ever dealt with. He calls back and makes sure whatever service provided is done to your satisfaction and always goes the extra mile.
Very Friendly and fast service!Good Covid-19 practices in place. All employees cheerful, smiling, and helpful!
We had an airbag recall on our Ford Ranger. We had put it for awhile, because we dreaded having to leave it somewhere for a long period of time. But Crossroads Ford took care of us! The process was so easy! We dropped it off one morning, and they had it done that day. We appreciate you Crossroads Ford! You all did a great job!
I took my car in Monday for a brake job. My appointment was scheduled for Tuesday morning but they got right on my car on Monday. By Monday evening my car was ready. The service department at Crossroads Ford is wonderful. They didnt do anything else to my car unless they notified me. I truly appreciate that.
Many people drive interstate 95 through Lumberton, NC and see the billboard advertisement and wonder; can they really do an oil change and get me back on the highway quickly? Im here to say yes! I travel between Washington D.C. and Jacksonville, FL; and the most convenient oil change is when Im headed to or from! I definitely spend less time in their shop than I do when I get it changed in D.C. or Jacksonville! Crossroads keep up the great service!
Service on the oil change was very good but to repair the radiator on the truck the pricewas to high! Thats why u got a 3! Thanks u!
Bought a 2020 f350 with the new 7.3 engine. It has totally exceed all my expectations. So has crossroads ford Lumberton. Thanks Terry Wooten, Vic Gardner, Gerald Wilkins.
Im disappointed in my fusion only 87,900 mile has a major oil linage behind turbo jet. It should had easily been 100,00 miles plus. I had to trade in my car. I went with a Honda Pilot 2020.I feel this came from the problem I had when the car the last service when it put me side of the road.I have been disappointed with Crossroad every since they took over Lumberton Ford Motor. I have bought 8 new vehicle. Every time I brought my Fusion in to get it service, they told me I had to take it next door. They told me they did not put anti-freeze in vehicles they just added water. It also costed me my motor.
I recieved excellent service when took my vehicle in for a recall.Everything was done in a timely manner. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
I am alway extremely satisfied with manager Luis.
I have never been more terrified after leaving a dealership as I did on Monday July 30, 2018! I went for a routine oil change, tire rotation and inspection. The service rep at the quick lube was very pleasant. However, the service tech who performed the maintenance was a different story. As I pulled out the dealership onto the service road heading south towards I-95, my car stared shaking and I heard this awful noise and ran off the road. I was terrified. A passerby stopped to assist to inform me that my front tire on the drivers side had come off my vehicle. My life flashed before my eyes. I could have died and can barely sleep. The incident replays every day. I will not seek service at Crossroads Ford ever again!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would.
Service was fast, affordable and very satisfactory.Suggestion: I recently moved to NC from NJ, and had this and my previous 2007 Fusion serviced at two different Ford dealers there. Both included a vacuuming of the front carpets with the service at no charge. Just a simple service, that cost them nothing, and left me feeling that this was a great place for service. Why not consider this as a little extra bonus for your customers. Maybe insignificant to most, but it got me coming back. Food for thought. Thanks for listening.Len
Crossroads Ford is a beautiful dealership - very clean and neat! Employees are friendly. I came in to get my Takata airbag on my Ford Edge replaced due to the recall. I also needed an oil change. Both jobs took much less time than I was quoted when I brought in my car. I was pleased with the service rendered.
I love that they check everything when I go in for the works. They keep a check on my tires and give me feedback on whats happening with them. Yes I had to get tires this time. No I didnt want to spend that kind a money. But when Im traveling I like to feel safe. I got the tires and happy with the ride so far. What I dont like is they forgot the last 2 times to put a mileage sticker on my windshield. This is my reminder as to when its time for an oil change.
The service was great. They need to build another Quick Lane.
This is my 2nd vehicle and Im very pleased with the customer service.
The only reason I gave 2 Stars was in Thanks to Tommy in service Department, he was Always Honest with me about what was going on with my car. You need more Employees like Tommy, he Always understood the problems I was having from trying to Purchase the Ford Escape and the Treatment I received from Manager back this Spring.....till the last time I had it in with Problems with opening sunroof. The problem finally got resolved Wednesday last week when I went to pick it up and return rental I was given to drive while my Escape was being repaired. The problem I had with the Rental was when I took my Escape in to get sunroof repaired they gave me the Rental which had zero gas in it so aside from having to leave work early to take Escape and also left work early to go pick it up which used my gas, time and money!! As I picked up the rental I had to go straight to gas station to spend my money on more gas so Yes Im very Bitter with Crossroads Ford to say the least!!As far as my total satisfaction....I wasnt satisfied with treatment that I as a customer received on several occasions but believe it or not I have had Enough of Crossroads Ford so on Wednesday when I picked up Escape after repair I drove Straight to Lumberton Honda where I was treated respectfully before, during and after trading Ford Escape for Honda CRV!!My response to Crossroads Ford is Hire more people like Tommy in service Department that are straight forward with customers pretty much 100% of the time!!So Yes Im officially done with Crossroads Ford!! I wish Tommy the Best!!Pam Davis Taylor
Long waits 2 hour for oil changes i wonder
Excellent service. Always treats us with respect and courtesy. Drop off/pick up is convenient and car is always ready as promised. Highly recommend for auto service/maintenance needs.
I always take our Ford Fusion for services. Tommy, the service writer, is very knowledgeable and on top of things. Hes always checking in on me and keeping me updated while I wait for my car. They have a new Manager overseeing the place, and hes on point!
They did what I wanted done and in a timely fashion. Cant ask for more than that.
I’ve had my ford serviced by them only and everytime they claim the problem is fixed, it’s either not fixed or worse. My brakes went out right after them “fixing” my car. The service Manager Robert Shipp was very nonchalant about the entire ordeal. After getting nowhere with him i had to reach out to the regional manager, and now Robert avoids all face to face interactions. He sends all messages through his employees, even when I’m standing right in front of him. VERY unprofessional. There’s so much more that I can say but if I could give no stars I would. Although there are some good employees there just bad management.
Crossroads has a very friendly staff and a huge selection to choose from. They found the perfect truck and a different lot and brought it to Lumberton for me. Great buying experience.
I went for a recall on my f150. I was greeted in a pleasant professional manner and all work was performed just as needed. Total time at Crossroads Ford was only about an hour. I was very pleased with the experience.
Diagnostic fee does not go toward the service of your like they say it does. Horrible customer service!
Service department is AMAZING. Fast, courteous, fixed my Explorers issue. Thank you Steve Carson and staff.
Excellent staff and support. Was quickly assisted and back on the road. This continues to be one of the premiere organizations under the Ford banner.
Service is quick and professional. Have not had an issue. I travel over 30 miles to get my vehicle serviced here.
I had taken my 2019 F150 truck in for service and repair.Manager called me and ask me to come in and take a Tech out in my Truck so I could show them the problem I was having. This was after they had PLUG and PLAYED with the electronic and the computer did not have a CODE for any problems. After waiting in the showroom for over 30 min and no one speaking with me I took my truck and left.As I was driving out of the parking lot the truck STUMBLED through the gears as it had before. Same Problem !!!One of the worst costumer service experiences I have ever had a auto dealerships,.Will NOT BE BACK !!!!!
I went in for a service at their Fast lane area. Fast and friendly service!
Wonderful experience. Quick service and thorough!
My husband recently took my Lincoln MKX to Quick Lane at Crossroad Ford in Lumberton, NC to purchase a new set of tires. Travis Carpenter the Service Desk associate assisted my husband in getting the tires ordered and scheduled a time for mounting. He was very professional and gave a detailed description of the invoice/charges and asked if he had any questions. Mr. Travis made sure the tires were registered with DOT if warranty issues were needed in the future. My husband and I have always have great customer service with Quick Lane during the times we have gone there for servicing. Kuddos to Danny the service technician that took care of mounting the new tires and any questions my husband had. We are 100% satisfied with all services received in the past. Daniel and Carla Barnes
I was very happy with the service that I receive. The serviceman was prompt and polite.
My experience was definitely a five star experience. Best dealership around and Lewis Belmonte was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ill be back!
Took care of the issue I had PM the spot. Great job service department.
Awesome service at a very good price! Got there when they opened and got out quick!
I bought a ford transit for work about 6 months ago. I feel like I got a good deal compared to buying it in Fayetteville. I brought it in for service and it took about 45 mins to 1 hour to have the oil changed and tires rotated. (Pretty standard) I gave a 4 star due to the fact that I had oil smudge marks all over the place. Inside door area on drivers side and on the outside drivers door. I get this is a work van but.... its white which makes it pretty noticeable on the outside.... and I keep my van pretty darn clean seeing I take pride in my work. Just would have thought they would have wiped it clean before returning it to me.
Recent service on my 2015 Edge was quick and outstanding.
My salesperson was very congenial, informative and accommodating . The other Crossroads employees were also more than helpful during all the negotiations and explanatory sessions .
Was pleased with our visit ever thing good
Service was real good, tires, oil change, and filter, plus the multipoint inspection. Employees were nice and helpful with all the questions I had.
Staff was friendly and service was quick. Great experience.
Everytime I carry one of my cars I always have grease either on my door inside and out and my steering wheel I understand of course grease is involved but the guys should take a minute with some water and soap other than that the service is great
Our MKX was serviced on Tuesday 12/4/18. The car was washed, but the inside was not cleaned as it usually is. The door jams were not cleaned, the mats were not washed, the instrument panel was not cleaned, the back window wasn’t completely clean on the outside. This was the first time our car had a sub par detailing. Something has changed and the change is not for the better.
Get both are trucks serviced here, always get great service.
I have always had great service at the quick lube part! Folks waiting on me are very nice.
Crossroads was more than accommodating through he whole process and we love our new Explorer!
We had an engine problem in our truck and they repaired it and got us back on the road in just a few hours. I highly recommend them
We took our truck in on saturday they were super nice and helpful will be returning for every service needed to our truck
On 13 Feb 2019 I went to the Quick Lane at Crossroads Lumberton, which turned out to be a poor idea. I requested a 20K mile service, however I later found out I was getting a 15K mile service. I told the quick lane female (w/black hair) I would pay the difference. She blew me off. So, an hour later, I got my F350 back. While I was counter the rep was giving me what had been done. I asked her if they had reset the front and back tire pressure in the system. I got the deer in the headlights look, she had no clue what I was talking about. She said she would come outside with me to check it; for some reason the mechanic ran out there ahead of me with his device. At the counter, I told her that the 2019 F350s have 60lbs in the front and 80lbs in the rear of tire pressure. After a tire rotation the system does not automatically reset itself. The mechanic has to go into the system to do this, or they have a special tool that resets it. The mechanic at Crossroads Lumberton at the QuicK Lane, did have some knowledge; because he tried to this, a number of times he pushed the start button while holding the brake. Unfortunately he was not trained correctly how to do this, and the tools they had were for 2017 models. After an hour, the quick lane female gave up, she told me I cant fix it if I dont have the right equipment, thats all I can do for you. You going to have to take it somewhere else.Ok, I had my fill of the incompetence and went over to the Main Building and found Mr. Stancil, a manager. It ook about another 30minutes before I got it resolved. So, why didnt/ wouldnt the quick lane female ask one of her team to help with this situation? She could have fix this if she had just walked over to the main building and asked for help. She could have done, what I did. Instead I guess when you show up in a sweat shirt and sweats you arent really considered a quality person, you can be dismissed easily, and just take it. I wont be returning for any reason to Crossroads Lumberton Ford. They can give the cars away for free.
The service department intake person was not nice or helpful. She made me feel as if it was a heart ache for her to get off of the internet to speak to me. Refused to take my vehicle in or write up a service ticket. Sent me to a QuickLane and they also refused to take my vehicle in. Also, after checking my vehicle after the service, fluids were not topped off. Vehicle was not cleaned after service either. This was the first service on my truck. I really hate to give a bad rating because Miss Angela is always so very helpful when I take my other brand new vehicle to this dealership. But, sadly, she was not there on this day and the experience was HORRIBLE!
Truck has a lot of road noise was reported and adjustment made didnot fix the problem working with dept now.
Thanks Crossroads Ford for providing Excellent care with Great Service!
Very quick service and courteous, too. Good experience.
The most horrible customer service in the service department Ive ever had to deal with from ANY Company. We purchased a certified pre-owned with a full bumper to bumper warranty AND also purchased the extended warranty. Something broke; no big deal that happens; it was the lack of care after they had our money to actually fix the issue was my concern. They asked us to call the ford towing company ourselves and we waited 2 hours and then the tow company canceled our call and texted us it was canceled. We waited another 30 min and finally after the tow company tried to make us pay $475 upfront (towing is covered under the warranty) I went to the auto part store and used a $2.99 zip tie to rig it to get out of park into drive and we drove it to the dealership ourselves. They had our car for a week, lost our paperwork and keys when we finally went to pick it up and then tried to charge us $100 for what they claim was the extended warranty deductable even though the original warranty is still active. The general manager was no where to be found but his assistant finally decided to refund the $100 because he even said it wasnt to have been charged to us from the start. Weve yet to see the credit into our account...
Would have rated higher, but after having oil changed and was told all fluid levels were checked, i found out no washer fluid was added as it was bone dry. Now Im wondering about all the other fluids....grrrr...have to go back to another ford dealership to make sure.. what a waste of time..
