The young lady that runs this auto department is wonderful! I went to the one in Laurinburg and they are by appointment only and couldnt get me in that day. I called Lumberton Walmart and they got me in and out in a hour with a tire rotation, balance and replacement. They were kind and had just what I needed. They saved my weekend for sure

The staff is so polite and friendly. They tested my batteries for free and did free install. They were very busy and apologized for the wait. We were not in rush and were trying to figure out what the rotten egg smell was. Either battery or Cataylic Converter. Battery had bad cells, so we got a battery and ran RV a while. No smell. It was getting late and they allow people to stay overnight. Huge store and huge parking lot. Great place and great prices. No complaints. Would visit again. Oh Auto Care is in the back by the garden entrance area. Just drive up. I am in a big RV so I just sat on the side and they told me to go to rear area to test batteries. They were not sure if they could look at RV, but did it for us. RV and truck parking. Staff said they want drivers safe and can stay overnight. Security drives around the lot all evening, did not bother us.

They just do basic auto care, such as oil changes, tire changes, check ur fluids, and a couple of other things. But there prices are pretty much reasonable.

A little over price for a oil change, especially when they have several ones to choose from they try to convince you to get the highest one and thats the only one your car can take, 🤔 umm other than that I dont have no problem with Walmart. Thanks for your customer service anyways

Customer service is awful the lady at the counter was very unprofessional. I arrived a few mins before 5:30 the lady at the desk quickly told me you know we close at 7 pm Right? I responded yes I checked online. She then states let me check to see if we have time to do an oil change she then looks at the computer and says nope there’s a 2.5 hour wait when there was only one car waiting🤷🏽‍♂️. . I understand everyone wants to get off work when it’s time to get off but to turn customers away just so you will not be busy before closing is just lazy and a terrible work ethic to have.

Very unprofessional staff. Was told they could not rotate and balance my tires because I replaced my factory 16 wheels with 18 wheels. This would have been perfectly okay had they told me this prior to taking my keys and making me wait a whole hour for nothing. Horrible nasty environment with incompetent staff. Never ever again! Zero stars if I could.

These two boys just saved our trip! We were heading back from our wedding/ honeymoon when our tire got a cut. They took the time to call all the local stores in the area and eventually found us a tire and got us back in the road. They were patient as we unpacked the car to find the spare at first and everything! The best service we could have ever had in the predicament we were in!

Said my vehicle was to old to change my oil. They had the oil and filter for the make and model of my truck on the shelf. I guess they didnt want my business. I went to shell rapid lube. They had no problem and did a great job. This is not the first time I had trouble at Wal-Mart, and Im not the only one who has had trouble. Thats how businesses go out of business. Keep it up Wal-Mart car center 🖒.

They dont deserve one star. I had an oil change done a few weeks ago and had damage to the front of my car. Managers say the surveillance video didnt show anything happened while it was in Walmart Auto Shop but I promise you, it did. Even so, right beside the crack in my front bumper were oily fingerprints! They done it, they seen it and then was thinking of a way to cover it but they couldnt. Not only that, when I left I went to Dollar Tree which is across the street and thats when I seen the crack. I called Walmart and told them what I found and he told me to bring the car back. Went back to Walmart about 20 mins later, I walked in and told them who I was and what had happened. She told me to have a seat and a manager would be right with me. I couldnt sit down cause I was so cranky so I went to the door and stood looking out in to the auto shop when I noticed 3 of the mechanics looking dead at the crack on my car. Mind you, I did not park up to the Auto shop doors, there were other vehicles there. I pulled to the corner out of the way of the car lines away from the shop. Now how did they know who I was, how did they know that was the car with the crack, they were at my car looking before I could even turn around. Filed a claim with CMI, pffttt thats another joke. Worst customer service ever! Its all good though, my car WILL NOT go back there and trust me, I do an oil change every 3000 miles or 3 months on the dot, so youve lost my money!

Had a flat front tire, decided to purchase two new front tires. They were due a change anyway. They didn’t have the tire I was looking at online in stock, but when I selected this Walmart, it said it was in stock. I ended up going with another tire. Having the new tires put on wasn’t too long of a wait.

Had to wait 45 minutes for tires to be found from on line order. They were not staged and had to be staged out. I dont know why the car center could not do it.

Terrible service.. Even though my car is 2010 they said they didnt have any information on that model in their books. I thought that was what computers are for. They also couldnt loosen then drain plug on the oil pan. Why . they didnt have proper wrench. I guess

They fixed our leak in ten minutes witch is good because we were on the road and we almost had to stay in North Carolina
