The owner and his employees are very nice. They will fix your car and have it back to you within a reasonable time. I heard about this place by my daughter. Now I will never take my vehicles anywhere else to be worked on.

So this is the third time Ive used Martinez Garage in Lumberton, NC and the first two experiences were fine, in fact I thought they did a great job. This last time did it for me.I dropped my van off a Saturday morning on August 15th 2020, and was told that day, that they were busy and it would probably be Monday before they can look at my van. I was totally fine with that. So I rented a van for work and assumed that by the follow Wednesday I would be picking up my van. Wednesday came and pass no phone call. I called Thursday to find out what was going on with my van and the owner explained that a lot was going on and he hadnt taken a look at it but said hell get on it and asked if I would be patient. So I thought well as long as I have it by Saturday (Aug. 22nd) then no worries. Saturday comes no update so I call. I was told again that they havent had a chance to even look at it but he again asked if I would be patient he would start it Monday and be done by Tuesday. Reluctantly I said okay, so when Tuesday came and I received no update, I decide to give him a call because at this point Im hot and letting him know Ill just take it somewhere else. Its costing me money daily to rent another van that within one week should have been fixed; but at this point he stops answering my calls and if it hadnt been for me working so late and the garage being closed when I get done everyday then I would have been picked up my van. So today Aug. 27th, I asked my wife to call on her phone and low and behold he answers just to tell her he hasnt even looked at it yet. I will never be coming back or advising anyone to do the same. Simply tell someone you cant get to it for whatever the reason, instead of wasting peoples time and money.

These guys are efficient and thorough. I bring my vehicles to them for almost everything! Ive had no issues thUs far with anyone or anything, and will continue to bring them MY business🥰

On a sunny Saturday morning, Mr. Martinez and one of his guys looked over my F-150, found a tiny coolant leak near the radiator, clamped it off, filled my reservoir, and fixed my problem. I helped them update their phone number here in Google Maps, so I hope we had a fair deal. Thanks, again!
