The north end Mazda team was a pleasure to work with, especially Mark Atkinson. He had the car I wanted to test drive ready for me when I got to the dealership. He worked as hard as he could to get the best deal for me, and I truly appreciated that. Mark was very upfront and honest with me throughout the entire process. Attentive service, staff and craftsmanship of repair guys are a delight. Scott made sure that my automobile needs were fully met and kept me at ease throughout the process. This made my time spent here a cinch. Waiting room atmosphere was clean and fully stocked with goods and TV entertainment while you wait. Loaners are provided should your car need an overnight stay! I had an excellent experience at North End Mazda in Lunenburg and would encourage anyone to give these folks a call. I knew which car I was looking for and reached out for rates and the process. I exchanged a few emails with Scott, the sales manager, and he gave me nothing but straightforward answers and feedback. Collette, the finance manager was very responsive over phone and email and she answered all of my questions. Bryan did a great job of going over all of the car’s features on the day of pick-up - I was in and out in 30ish minutes. Car shopping doesn’t get easier than this - thank you guys, and keep up the great work!

Wife purchased new CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve today. Flawless sales staff who NEVER pressured her to buy anything extra, or talk her into what was in stock. Bryan Johnston was extremely attentive and helpful from when she first walked in a month ago, stating she wasnt ready to buy that day. Bryan never hesitated to give her the keys to test drive four different vehicles that day, and answer the slew of questions she had. She called back just two days prior to purchase and Bryan found and delivered the EXACT Trim/colors/features. Price was great too! She was pre-approved and Collette coordinated with the Credit Union and insurance company like lightning. Treated like family beginning to end. Try them, youll be glad you did.

It certainly felt strange to purchase a Ford (Focus ST) from a Mazda dealership, but we are so glad we did! Mark had the vehicle ready for us to test drive and gave us all the time we needed in the world with it, zero pressure. Zach from the parts dept came out and talked through all of the components of the car from bumper to bumper. To be honest, we were planning on sleeping on the purchase, but after a couple hours with the car and with the folks at North End Mazda, it was clear that 1) this was the car and 2) we didnt want to buy it from anyone else. (Oh, and the price was extremely fair.)Collette from finance is hilariously hard-working, replying to our emails on weekends, price shopping for our auto loan, and ended up getting us an APR lower than we even expected (from my own bank!)The fact that they have a full-service repair shop capable of handling cars from Mazda or otherwise was a huge benefit and they happily replaced a few small parts here and there for us and topped us off with fluids and gas. They also guarantee used vehicles for 30 days and continue to be on the ball about any questions or issues that may arise after sale.Whether its a new Mazda or a used car from any manufacturer, we wouldnt hesitate to purchase again from North End Mazda.

This past week I signed the papers to own my first car after leasing Hondas for nearly a decade. I came to North End Mazda after having a great experience prior when I came to get my old car detailed on a referral from my brother who also spoke highly of the dealership. They gave me a loaner vehicle for the day which I was so grateful for since I drove 45 minutes to get there. That was when I fell in love with Mazda. It felt so luxurious in comparison to my car that I knew I wanted to make the switch.A few months later and here I am. I can’t say enough about the entire staff here at North End Mazda. Not only were the team members who sold me the car awesome, but everyone there was so friendly and said hello or made sure I was taken care of.My first interaction was over the phone where I spoke with Scott who reached out in Mark’s absence to help me get started. My first impression over the phone was enough to set the other offers I received to the side. I went down to finalize everything a few days later and Scott was so helpful and I felt like he really listened to what I was asking for. Buying cars is not my strong suit but I didn’t feel like I needed a PhD in sales to have a conversation there. It was a very pleasant experience.Colette was also so great! She took the time to explain everything to me and worked within my budget for the final number. In comparison to past experiences at different dealerships, working with Colette was a breath of fresh air. I felt very comfortable and as a result more confident in asking for what I needed.Lastly I want to mention how helpful Mark was in getting me set up in my new car. He went through every minute detail and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Came here from Worcester Massachusetts, not too far of a drive but it started pouring when I got there. They’re more than welcoming while we waited for the rain to stop. Was looking at a used vehicle, and they were cordial the entire time. Didn’t end up buying the car I was looking at for financial reasons, but would very much suggest anyone interested in a new or used car to come and at least take a look. My last visit to the service center was to have a large windshield washer fluid tank with level sensor installed in place of the old, small tank without a sensor. The large, monitored tank was a factory option, so for a factory service center, it should be a fairly simple job, right? Wrong. I had no trouble getting them to order the parts, but at first they couldn’t figure out where to run the sensor wires to, and originally wanted $4000 for a replacement harness. I said that was ridiculous and to wire in an indicator light separately. Then eventually they did figure out a way to install the sensor so it would work, but they tapped into the canbus improperly and it started causing issues with the dashboard lights not coming on and the needles in the instrument cluster twitching. When it got the car back, the needles on the speedometer and temperature gauges were improperly calibrated, and they never bothered to make that right. I ended up having to pay a different dealership to diagnose and repair these issues without rendering the sensor useless.The quality of service here has gone downhill and off a cliff. Their labor is expensive, they have no idea what they are doing, and the new management of the service department is a failure.

I had a good car-buying experience at North End Mazda. After getting in touch via email, my salesperson, Mark, had the CX-5 I was interested in cleared of snow and pulled up front when I arrived. I was able to test drive it with just my wife in the car with me, which was nice. Once we got back to the dealership, we were able to get to a competitive price pretty quickly. They gave me my trade-in keys back immediately after the appraisal, without my having to ask. I was able to talk directly to the sales manager, Mike, and didnt have to watch Mark walk into the managers office five times before arriving at a good price. The finance manager, Matt, was able to find the best interest rate in the area, at a local credit union, and he didnt act personally insulted when I declined the extras (unlike other dealerships finance guys Ive had to deal with). The whole process took a little over two hours, including a 20-30 minute test drive. When my registration didnt come via email in the time frame I was expecting, I texted Mark, and ten minutes later it was in my inbox. Id definitely go back.

I gave Jeremy the information of what type of vehicle I was looking for and my budget. He gave me the information of all my possible choices and answered all my questions. Jason and Michael helped me with all the needed paperwork for my trade in and my new car. They made the process a breeze. Michael took the time to explain every document and the sale numbers. If you are weary of making a trip down to this dealership, I am here to tell you that it is worth the drive. We traveled from the Boston area to buy a new car from NorthEnd Mazda during the Covid19 pandemic. The majority of our discussions and negotiations happened over email. I was in contact with essentially every other Mazda dealer in the area, and this was the **only** dealership that didnt play games, was honest at every step of our negotiations, and took us seriously as customers. They were respectful of our requests for sanitization and to minimize in person contact, they did not push us into purchasing extras we were not interested in, and were transparent throughout. That said, they still took the time to answer any questions we had before and after purchasing the car.We worked first with Jason, and then with Mike. Negotiations were quick, to the point, and we settled on a fair price for the new vehicle we purchased.The team at the dealership went above and beyond to accommodate us during the covid-related restrictions. (Before you think every dealership did that, let me tell you that most did not). Due covid-related paperwork issues, the day after we purchased the vehicle one of the members of the service team personally drove out to where we were staying to deliver some of the final paperwork. It seems to me that this dealership also cares for its employees- the member of the service team who drove out to us, Joe, was awesome and had been working with this dealership for twenty years.Although it is a bit of a drive for us, I will absolutely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family who are looking to purchase a car in the future. We will also probably come back for service when we need it, despite the drive.

This past week I happened to notice a NEW leftover 2018 Mazda MX-5 Miata GT listed on ebay (yes, I know the 2020s are about to come out). I already own a 2018 Miata, but have been looking for another one, possibly a used low milage one for my wife. I wasnt expecting to find a NEW Miata for the same cost as a low milage 2016 - 2018 Miata. The car had 34 miles on it and is brand new, never titled.The price listed was $8k off of sticker. I also qualified for a loyalty discount of $750. Needless to say this car was worth buying. The only issue was I was away in ME for the weekend, and heading straight to NYC the following Monday. I worked primarily with Mike Pinto, a Sales Manager at the dealership, and we did everything by email! We worked the price, coordinated the insurance, and arranged to have my wife pick up the car, all without ever walking into the dealership. It was a very pleasant experience. Oh, and NO pressure to buy any add-ons or anything beyond the car itself - refreshing!My wife picked the car up this week and everything was perfect! I even liked that they didnt put a dealer logo on the car or mount the front plate, leaving this to me. If you are a car nut, you will understand why I liked this.Anyway, this may have been the easiest car transaction I have ever experienced, and my wife is thrilled with her new toy.

Bought a certified pre-owned Mazda from them and so far the service center was by far the worst part of the experience. Sales was ehh didnt really get a good deal but was assured of new tires and brakes when I drive of and a good cleaning as it was driven alot from when they got it back. In short the stain on the door was still there which they said was discoloration which I cleaned off myself fairly easily and the brakes and tires were rated red for in need of replacing when I went back to have them check a head light that they also didnt fix. The Subaru side repair was excellent for my Outback but the Mazda service people are always trying to sell you replacements and quite obviously dont do the work they charge you for.

I consider myself to be extremely cynical when it comes to car salespeople in general. Im generally on edge and constantly find myself feeling very defensive whenever I go to purchase a vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised upon visiting North End Mazda that I didnt get that feeling. I was actually thrown off a little bit when I met with Ryan Condon and got a very laid back but friendly greeting and introduction to the dealership. I was very much put at ease by his pretty much no pressure, youre the boss approach. He was able to answer my questions, and let me set the pace and tone of our interactions without trying to steer me too hard towards things I wasnt interested in. During our test drive he let me focus on and enjoy the driving experience rather than distract me with the standard rapid-fire feature list, and answered questions about features and functionality only where I needed his help or if he could expand on things I said I had particular interest in. When it came time to get down to pricing, the entire staff was to the point and straight with me, and Ryan was quick to get me information I needed here too. Tom Liddle was efficient and thorough with getting my paperwork/financing in order, which was much appreciated. In the end, as I was taking ownership of my new Mazda 3, Ryan and Jeremy Whitman both went over the car with me from front to back and Ryan in particular gave me a very thorough and patient tutorial on the user interface and myriad of features in my new car. All in all I have to say that of the 3 dealers I visited during the course of my car hunt, North End Mazda was the only dealership where I didnt feel like I was at a... dealership. And thats a good thing!

I have a Kia Rio and needed a timing belt done. My local Kia dealer said it would be a two week wait to make an appointment. I saw on line that North End Mazda services all makes so I gave them a call. They got me in a couple of days and were cheaper than the Kia dealer. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend anyone to use them regardless of what type of car you drive.
