The worst dealership around. Bought a BMW there and after a few days vehicle was having a coil misfire. The longer the vehicle was possessed the more problems there were. These jokers literally sold me a Diesel warranty for a gas powered vehicle, literally nothing could be covered because the vehicle wasnt diesel
Great shopping experience, everyone was very friendly and nice. I found a great car for my son with the help of Boris. The car was missing the spare tire in the trunk and they went out of their way to acquire it and the jack all for no cost. Great service, great people, would recommend.
After months of searching for a very particular car I finally found the one I was looking for. Boris was extremely helpful, he answered every question I had before I made the 2hr trip to look at the car. I read every single review of the dealer and saw some horror stories. That did not scare me away since people are always quick to give a bad review of they are not realistic. If you do your homework on the vehicle you are buying and are educated on the vehicle your looking to purchase you will be just fine. Remember they are a used car dealership. If you think your going to buy a used vehicle and it be flawless your unrealistic. Boris was fantastic. We had some hurtles to get over and he and Kevin made it happen. I honestly dont have anything negative to say about our experience. A+ rating amazing inventory great specially cars. Be realistic people, know what your buying and remember its not brand new from a manufacturer dealership. Again amazing experience and strongly suggest this dealership anyone who is educated and not completely unrealistic.
Probably one of the easiest car purchases Ive made in my life, and Ive made quite a few. From setting up the appointment, to test driving the car, to applying for financing and getting approved... North Shore Auto Mall made everything easy and comfortable.I worked with Jason to purchase a 2013 BMW 3 Series diesel and I absolutely love my new car. Kevin was very helpful with getting the financing approved and kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely recommend NSAM to anyone in the market looking for a clean and well-priced car.
I went there with the intention of just looking at a car but ended up driving away with a newer Mercedes then I had. You could not ask for a nicer bunch of people to deal with. Ive never really enjoyed going to car dealers but this was an exceptional experience and well go back when Im ready for another car.
Do not buy a vehicle from this place!!!! They do not service any vehicle before they sell it. When they do, they will only repair the bare minimum just to pass inspection. After you buy from them good luck getting an honest answer about repairs that are needed. Kevin the general manager is only interested in the sale, not making sure your vehicle is in proper and safe working condition.
I just purchased a Porsche cayenne from North Shore Auto mall. Igor was my salesman. He was very professional and willing to work with me. Also Kevin the manager was great and easy to work with and upfront about everything. They gave me a fair price on my trade, and a great deal on the car i was purchasing. Financing was a breeze and they got me the exact payment i was seeking. Came back the next day(today) to pick her up fully serviced and detailed not even 24 hrs later. Car so far seems like a great car in great condition. . I would recommend NorthShore Auto mall any day.
Buying my first finance car was such a great experience. My sales rep Alex was so attentive, and he work fast to get me my car as quick as possible. I am a very happy customer and he goes highly recommended.
This is the Worst dealership that Ive ever been to in my life !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Female Salesperson unprofessional, I would suggest her to find a better spot to build her career. Absolutely disorganized and dont care about her potential customers . I would suggest her to go and find the job in Honda or Toyota, at least those dealerships learn their sales people how to become a professional. How to treat their customers nicely, how to win their customers respect, how to close them and get referrals. The Manager was rude and impolite !We drove 2 hours from Cape Code on Sunday. Came at 4:30 pm . Still had enough time to take a drive test on Mercedes E350 that we had liked but we never did !!!!!!!!!!!!They said that is was not enough time to do the road test, they said that you can drive around parking lot, that was a JOKE !!!!Saleswoman said that the manager wont let us take it on the road test cause its almost 5:00pm and its too late . She said : you can take it only if you will be making a buying decision in the next 20 minutes!!!!! They got us so outraged, its absolutely ridiculous!!!!!We went to talk to the Sales Manager. It still wasnt even 4:50 pm . The guy was a Pompous Peacock .We said that we drove here 90 miles in traffic, to take a look on that particular car and we want a road test .....He said : Ill let you test drive it only if you buy it today . Also, lets run credit application. If you wont do it its just a waste of time for me to sit here and wait until you doing test drive . I need to go home that was hard week for me . We worked 70 hours, so if you not buying it today you simply can leave and come back tomorrow for a test drive !!!!!!I was shocked!!!! He cared only about himself!!!!!I brought to his attention that we already drove here tonight 2 hours one way just to test that car !!!!! And only what we need is 10 on the road test !!!!!Manager was arguing with me for the next 15 minutes, instead of given me a car for a ride !!! Saying that I got to give him something, like my Ssn# to run a credit application (even if I said that my credit was over 730 ) or I should commit to buy it before even a test drive !!!!!!Just curious, how a normal person would act at this point ??????I told him that if I like it I will come and buy it tomorrow, still never happened. If I wanted just to drive Mercedes I would go to the local dealership, but I like that one . He still never gave me a chance to test drive it without running credit application!!!!!!!He said that he wasnt sure that I could be his buyer and not just wasting his valuable time . He told me to leave in the end . I couldnt believe on what I heard.I would be glad to to bring it to his boss attention and do some changes in the way they treat customers. With all respect to the other sales people I would stay away from this place, because in the end you will need to deal with this Idiot Manager . Who is slick and unpleasant !!!!!!!
The people I dealt with were very kind and respectful. They took what I wanted into consideration and after negotiations we were able to reach a deal. I will be picking up my Murano tomorrow and I am so excited!
Stay AwayThis place doesnt deserve the star Im giving it, but I need to in order to write this review. Shame on me becuse I should have read the google reviews of this place first. When looking for a vehicle I had found online and got there to see if and the pictures didnt match. Car had been front bumper destroyed. Notice a different vehicle that we liked but had run out of time to complete the deal on our first visit. Was told we could put a refundable deposit on the vehicle to hold it while we worked out the financing. After leaving was able to find another vehicle better suited to our needs and when I call to tell I was no longer interest in the car and ask for a refund of my deposit, I was told that only be refunded in person because the deposit was made in person. company policy they say. They failed to disclose this company policy at the time they charged my card. They have been holding my funds for over two weeks and still refuse to refund it unless I come back in person but I live over an hour away from the dealership. They are not easy to get to and they are your typical shady used cars saleman. Buyer beware. Stay clear of this place.
Overall, good experience. Our sales person was nice but not obnoxious; though he was not as communicative after the fact. We knew what we wanted so it made it much easier.
I bought a used Mercedes from Isac with assistance from Dave the finance manager. I went into the dealership on a Wednesday evening. Inspected the car and test drove it. (During the test drive Isac and I noticed one of the tires making an odd noise. Isac told me he would have it fixed, and he followed through having his mechanic fix the tire.) Isac informed me I would need a down payment in order to be pre-approved by the bank. (This refund was completely refundable within 48 hours if I did not feel comfortable or if the bank turned me down.) Friday I gave Isac the down payment. Saturday the loan was approved. The following week the Automall contacted my Insurance provider and got the necessary paper work and registered the car for me.All in all a great experience. Fast, quick, professional, with quality cars. I had a great experience and would recommend everyone and anyone to go down and see these guys!
Stay away from this place! After buying a car last Friday, I was told I would receive it on the following Wednesday. When Wednesday came, is told Thursday, and when Thursday came, i was told Friday. Finally, I was fed up and decided to call the bank myself and take care of what needed to be done. I basically did their work for them at this point. Every question was followed by let me talk to my manager and call you back, which they never did. If I didnt take it into my own hands I probably still wouldnt have the car. When I finally received the car, the dashboard and steering wheel were GRIMY AND DISGUSTING. So I decided, instead of going dealing with these idiots again, I would just clean it myself. While cleaning it, I found shards of BROKEN WINDSHIELD GLASS in a car that had supposedly never been in an accident. This is a horrible dealership and they need to be shut down.
I was a bit skeptical at first looking at some of the older reviews but they must of stepped up their game. Alex was my sales rep and he was extremely helpful, got more than any other dealer offered on trade; quick, painless process and love my new BMW X5.
Emailed in requesting the availability of a vehicle, I received a response from a salesman named Boris. Boris contacted me and let me know that the vehicle was available for purchase still. After exchanging a couple of emails, between 10AM and 11AM, I decided I would head down to the dealership to look at and possibly purchase the car. I drove to the dealership, which took around 90 minutes, to be greeted by Boris. After saying hello I let him know I was truly interested in one car that was on the lot he said he would go check the availability. When he was going to check I was thinking that he SHOULD know the availability of the car as we spoke about it this just a few hours ago. Boris came back and let me know that someone put a deposit on the car and that pending financial clearance the car is pretty much sold, he let me know that it happened at around 9 AM. Boris did not seem to care that he wasted my time and that it was the nature of the beast over and over again. He said it sold after we spoke but I had him pull up the records and showed him that he lied directly to my face and wasted 3 hours of my time. Again Boris did not seem to care. I will never purchase a car from this dealership they have burned every bridge.
VERY aggressive! They wouldnt let me walk out the door without making the purchase. Seriously, guys? I didnt buy from them so dont take this advice too seriously but they didnt look like honest people.
Nice dealership with a good selection of luxury cars. i bought my bmw x3 from here and have not had any problems with it.
Bought a car there I had nothing but problems with it did not order my parts for my car will never buy another car there and no one should buy a car there spend extra time looking around do not waste your time in that place I need it. a mirror for the car they told me to by myself and they will reimburse me the money and they never did Crooks Liars
Took forever for a call back so I decided to go in to look for myself. .. Cars do not look as they do online and the customer service. .awful. Theyre not knowledgeable of their own cars and it is clear they dont service their cars before putting them up for sale .. went to trest drive a fairly new model And check engine light came on.BUYERS BEWARE PLEASE!!!!!! seriously!
Went to go look at some cars wouldnt even let me look inside any of the cars with out running my credit people where rude and extremely judgmental. Would not recommend.
I kind of chuckled at seeing an average of three stars for this dealership, because thats what I was going give them for my review before I saw the reviews themselves. The good: Boris and staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were able to get me the car I wanted fairly quickly. The bad: there were several things wrong with the car which I didnt know about before purchasing, one of them pretty major - the heat wasnt working. This is pretty bad when its wintertime and freezing. No heat means you are cold and the windows fog up easily. Had to wipe condensation off the window with my a paper towel, something you dont want to do when driving.Smaller issues were the headlight switch didnt work (headlights did work, they must work upon sale), the tire pressure sensor was inactive, and one of the cup holders was jammed. None of this was brought to my attention before purchase of the car. Minus one star.I contacted the dealership two times about the issues. They never responded. This is not good. Minus another star. Followup means referrals!Fortunately, Im a DIY guy so was able to fix most of it myself for a fraction of the time and cost a dealership would require. Pretty satisfying feeling. As an aside, they gave me a car with 1/8th a tank of gas, which was more of an annoyance, but not a deal breaker. No star taken away, but come on, fellas, dont be cheap. Wow your customers. In any case, if you are buying a used car from NSAM (or any used dealership, really), make sure you thoroughly inspect the car, ask about lit symbols on the dash, inquire what outstanding issues the used car currently has before you purchase. It will get your expectations set in the right direction and you will be less likely to be surprised. Used cars usually arent in perfect shape, so do your homework. All in all, Im happy with the car. Im just not wowed by the lack of disclosure and followup.
I should have stayed away when I was trying to make a deal while there was a woman screaming at the manager for not fixing the things she asked for on her car. After 1 day of buying my car the check fuel cap notification came on. I thought maybe I was not caping the fuel cap properly but the problem continued. I got sucked into getting the $2.5k warranty on my car so i figured maybe these guys could help me. WRONG. They gave me such a hard time and then told me they would charge me another 1k to fix my issue when it was never my fault from the start. I regret doing business with them. Dont get me wrong, they are really good at the beginning when they are trying to sell you the car just hope that nothing is wrong with the car because it will be a HUGE headache. Once out of their lot it is your problem and they will not be there to help you.
I put a cash down payment on a Mercedes and wanted to trade my BMW for it. This whole process took about 3 days at the second day i changed my mind about selling my BMW, I told the seller I rather put more money down and keep my Beemer he told me there might be a issue and went off to speak to the manager, they came back and the manager had a FAT ATTITUDE he was EXTREAMLY rude to the point that they pissed me off and I retained a lawyer because they TOLD ME they came to the conclusion that they HAVE TO KEEP my down payment because I wasted their time and backed out at the last minute. LOL!!! they DID NOT keep my cash down payment, my lawyer took it lmaoo..They didnt get to STEAL FROM ME THO.
Awful service. Bought a car from here and the car was in the shop longer for the first month than i actually had it. Told me my check engine light was triggered by me just driving it 10 feet and i was at fault and there was nothing wrong with the car. E Brake had alot of problems and would continuosly turn on and off while driving and show up on my dash while i wasnt using it. They took the light out and said they fixed it. Would not recommend this place at all super shady and mechanics dont know what they are doing.
I emailed and requested pricing on a car, I received a response to come one down to get pricing. I sent 3 additional emails requesting a price. all emails were never replied to. I was ready to purchase a $35,000 car. but they blow you off because they cant pressure you into an email sale. they want to pressure you in person.
These ppl suck and are liars! Sold me a car with $5000 worth of repairs! If you value your money dont come here, theyre only nice to you when they trying to sell you a car, after that youre a nobody to them.
Very good esperience buying my car from alejandro, good prices and good service
I bought my first car, a 2004 Mercedes ML 350, from this Mall two years ago when I first came to America. I would say that I never had a such bad experience before. The Italian manager there was rude and the car I brought had so many problems. Just the next day after I brought the car, the engine suddenly stopped when I was driving on a highway; They fixed it for me, but within two weeks after the repair, lots of problems continued to take place, including video, battery, tire, brake, etc. I went there at least 10 times to ask them to fix those problems for me or gave my money back, but they refused. What makes me angry is the Italian manager there was always yelling at me. I bought the cat for 10,000, trade it in 4,000 just after two months, and paid around 1000 to fixed it...Thats the most terrible and impressive lesson for me. Even though after two years since I bought the car, I can not wait to let everybody know my story in this Mall when I saw the review.Stay away from this Mall!
The dealership was fine. Never had a problem with the guys but I kinda wished i would have done my research before i bought the car but everything is done and final its a business cant be mad at them. I bought a 2014 mercedes and in the end ive spent over $4000 in repairs and still counting ( car will require some minor body work that i have held off on). Usually cars sold at these small dealerships are cars that require work thus the reason they were sold at auction and not at the dearship themselves. So for people who think they are getting a car free of repairs dont go there because honestly all they are reaponsible for is making sure the car passes inspection thats it. In my case i needed 4 new tires,4 new brakes/rotors all around, bent rims all around, 1 key missing, missing floor mats, alot of cosmetic pieces, brackets cracked, too many to list... luckily the car was still under warranty and i was able to get a few things replaced at mercedes dealership free of charge. The car runs fine and mercedes themselves said the car is mechanically sound other then the normal wear and tear parts that needed replacing. Wish I could give the guys 5 stars but kinda feel like alot was hidden from me but i only have myself to blame for that lesson learned...
I didnt (and never would) purchase a vehicle from North Shore Auto Mall, but I was less than impressed with their sales tactics when I looked at a vehicle there. They started out by raising the price of the car by over $1,000 above their advertised price, which was already $2,500 above book value. They agreed to honor the advertised price, but acted like they were doing me a favor. They also significantly undervalued my potential trade-in, leaving us with an approximate $6,000 negotiating gap. I didnt see us bridging this type of gap on a $14,000 car (or $17,500 gap if you go by North Shores valuations), so I requested the keys to my car because I could see myself leaving in the near future. I requested my keys no less than five times over the course of several minutes (seemed like forever while being stuck there involuntarily) before they were finally given back to me. At this point, it didnt matter what the price of the vehicle was. I would never do business with a dealer that engages in such slimy tactics as withholding my car keys.
This place sucks i traded a Nissan 2012 altima for a 750i bmw 2006 to get the car they made a big deal just cause is a 750i bmw the first wk car was giving me problems to start i brong 5he car to them like 5 times they didnt want to give me a car to drive wild they found the problem with it toke the car to inspection fail couldnt trade it for another car they just wanted to keep waisting my time almost a yr with the car problems after problems dont buy car cars from this place the manager dave sucks the boss son sucks too never ever again will come back. .
After recently purchasing my vehicle there (2 months) ago I gave the dealership a call to tell them the car had a couple of noises i wanted them to look at. The guy who sold me the car (Alex) suggested i go back to Nissan, as my car was still under warranty with them. So, i took the day off from work, went to Nissan only to discover i wasnt, in fact, under warranty. When i called Alex back, he repeatedly told me thatNissan had lied and that i was still under warranty. Regardless, i made an appointment with them.Once i got to the dealership, after another day taken off from work, i was billed for labor that had been performed on my car, and the noises, magically, have not been fixed. Its scary to me that ppl like this continue to get away with selling big ticket items w/out any regard to the innocent ppl that are trusting their word. There is no reason that i should ALREADY be paying to fix my car when ive had it for two months, NONE AT ALL. I was going to have my younger sister buy her first car there, but i recommended to her and anyone reading this not to. They are crooks, liars and extremely unprofessional. While discussing this with an aquaintance, he also told me that the car he bought from North Shore Auto Mall less than a month ago was having issues (as they failed to tell him it was in a prior accident) and they wouldnt fix it w/out charging him money.DO NOT BUY CARS THERE!!!
I will say the sales rep there are great but the other side is ugly. All i gotta say this is not the wayyou do business. Bought a car for a good deal and good mileage. They claimed they serviced the carbut from what i heard they knew the car had issues and preferred me to find out by myself. First day ipick up my serviced car check light came a few blocks after getting out the dealership. I went angot inspection on an knew what was going with the car. I dropped my car off from 10/11/13 andpicked up the car 10/18/13 and check light came on. Since i got my car i seen there has been ahesitation off and on when pressing the gas pedal almost got into an accident but ofcourse thats nottheir priorty. After they claimed everything has been fixed Right after i picked up my car from the10/18/13 I had to return it to the shop and They ordered another part and waited more hours. Andnow Im waiting to drop it off again to service because the check light came on. Through out thisexperience the sales rep has been really nice to me but the management seems really shady anddoesnt car. I recommend this dealership if you have no job and have plenty time take out your lifeand to have to keep coming back for them to fix. The service department wont order parts even if theyknow the issue what is going with your car and will only order it if your car is in the shop. Place isreal shady and would dear RECOMMEND my family or friends that I care about. Save you time andgo somewhere else where they fix the car before they sell it and not vice versa !!!!!!!!!!
Lied about this nissan maxima I was sold, CEL came on right after we took it off the lot. Was lied to about the year was told it was a 2006 and it turned out to be a 2004....DO NOT SHOP HERE
This place sell reconstructed car be careful
Great dealer I highly recommend it
I had a terrible experience. the sold me a BMW that even a year later I am still paying mechanical issues.
CROOKS!!! Buyer beware! They sold me a car that Carfax reported frame damage losing nearly $3,000 of original car value. They hid that fact from me by showing a Carfax report before the Frame Damage was reported. Very sneaky dealers!
Please don’t buy problems from this scammers
Do not ever buy anything from them, do not talk to them.I will sue them this months.
Staff is great and selection of cars great
Do not buy cars here! those liars even cheat with fake carfax report. worst dealer in US
Because Boris is a boss!
