It might be beneficial for you to have a little Bistro like another dealer has? I highly recommend closing off the waiting area too somehow so it’s warmer. Quick work and thorough. But confusing when I first got there. No instructions to pull in through automated doors. Waited around for a while outside before asking someone what to do/where to wait. Would’ve been nice if one of the several employees who saw me wait in the wrong spot had corrected it.
Christine was an amazing salesperson for Kelly Honda. Not pushy at all, it was a very pleasant and easy experience. She was very willing to help and work with us. She Had us in and out in two hours with the papers signed and we drove off with the car next day. Fantastic overall experience, we would definitely go back again for another purchase when the time comes.

This is my 2nd time leasing with Kelly Honda and the process could not have gone any smoother. The salesman was named Alfredo and he was fantastic, no pressure great personality. Everything he said he was going to do got done. The financial closer was Anthony and he also was very accommodating and knowledgeable and personable. I was given an appointment and told the work would take a 1 1/2 hours. I arrived on time. Morgan was very friendly but told me the work might take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. I finally got my car back in 3 hours. The cost was close to the estimate I had been given but there was a long list of other work to be done at what I consider a huge expense. I admit my 2009 Civic is old and may need the work but I am old too and don’t know how many more years I will be driving. This has been such a good car! So I am in a quandary. It might be helpful to know what repairs are essential to keep the car safe and running until I can no longer drive
I dropped my car at 12:30 got a call at 2 with diagnostic results was told they would be done by the next day so I called at 1030am the next day to speak with someone regarding progress was told advisor would call me back waited until 2:30 called back and again was told advisor would call me back but I pushed back a little and told rep I had already waited and I needed to know the status of my car because if they would not be done then I needed to get a rental so I was placed on hold and while on hold I got a call on the other line from the advisor stating the car was complete and I could pick it up when I arrived I saw the car coming out of the car wash which was nice and unexpected so the reason I could not give 5 stars is because nothing was explained just handed me the receipt and that was it no explanation on why my 2018 with 51801 miles would need fuel injectors replaced and how that issue would prompt everything else to fail besides that I understand the advisor gets busy and can’t return calls right away but when I’m standing there with you that’s a moment to say hey sir let me tell you what’s going on with your car and what we did ……
Kelly Honda was great. Definitely professional. Heidi and Cody were phenomenal. I felt very taken care of the minute I even inquired to this dealership regarding a Honda pre-owned vehicle I was interested in. Heidi is a sweetheart and honestly got me in the door by her excellent customer service and demeanor. Cody was a great sales rep and was fair in negotiations. Great businessman and I was happy we were able to get a deal on the table. They both made me feel welcomed to come back and keep getting the car serviced with the team. Morgan was also awesome in the service department when I came in for my inspection. Would definitely recommend this dealership for what you need!

Nope. Hard FAIL.Went in for a pretty important safety recall, and asked for them to look at some specific simple repairs. I made an appointment for the recall work for 10:15AM. Called at 3:00 and they said the car was just going in to be looked at. I then got a list of things that needed repair totaling $6700 including a $145 diagnostic fee for my check engine light. In case you dont know, that amounts to plugging in a device, reading a code, then looking up the code in a book. The code reader device doesnt even cost $145.This is why I dont use dealers for service. I wont be stepping foot in this dealership again and would never consider buying a car from them. Thats old-school dealer service BS and I cant believe dealers still get away with it.Kelly - Dont bother apologizing and giving me your number. Ive spent over a half hour today trying to simply get through to you on the phone - not on hold, mind you, but just waiting for someone to pick up. You have my number, you want to talk, call me.Better yet, dont.
I had a tire issue and I called up to see if they had any openings for today. I was told to just come down and they would be able to help me out. They were able to squeeze me in and fix my tire all in about an hour. Thank you to the service department.

This was the first time I visited Kelly after 25+ years at Cambridge Honda. We recently moved to Swampscot and I am very pleased with the swift & effective service facilitated by Bruno. On a Friday night at 7 I was gratefully surprised that the shop was still open & i could take it in and describe the problem. Bruno assured me that my Odyssey would be evaluated in the morning and he would call to let me know the results. In spite of technical difficulties on my end, he nevertheless patiently persisted and all was repaired by Saturday afternoon! Incredible! I am pleased to have a new Honda team close to home.
Called and spoke to schedule appt to have car inspected for safety concern. Was informed I could drop off early, no rental (Enterprise) and no loaner, missed a day of work. Had to call for update, was sent a link for a list of recommended items unrelated to what I brought it in for, having had a transmission flush earlier this year recommending another (did they view the car history), generic recommendation of items. No real clarity on addressing the concern. Was informed I could have shuttle pick me up at Wonderland, when I arrive I am told the shuttle services ended at five despite being informed earlier that day it should not be a problem. I’m out a day of work and $148, which I’ll have my insurance agent reach out to them about. They don’t take this seriously it seems.Avoid location for the time being.

Worst experience ever.they have zero appreciation to your time or money and will lie to you and mislead you if they think that will get you to step in.they contacted me a while back, saying they want to upgrade my lease. i told them my conditions and they said they can meet them, depending my car condition (which is great, with a very low mileage).after multiple phone calls me trying to get the full details before coming in, and they trying to make me come in to the dealership. ended up not going because my questions made them realize ?!?!?!? that they do not have a vehicle to sell!!! what a waste of time.they said they will call once they have something in stock.which happened yesterday. this time i also got a printed letter with deal details, which - again - sounded really good. they asked me to come over and so they can take a look at the car, and if it is in good condition, we can do the deal.so came in. it is a long driver for me, so i had to clear my schedule for that.after taking a look at the car, they said they need to check the numbers.again. and immediately started telling me why they cant give me the deal they promised (not related to my car conditions).I did not need to buy a car now. have a lease for another 10 month or so.i told them upfront i will not sign on any different deal, and they insisted wasting my time.asked to talked to the manager and told him that. he did not even try to fix this.they just do not care about you, your time or your money.i suggest to stay away from Kelly Honda.

I do not recommend Lynnway Kelly Honda, I go to a new dealership in Grappone Honda in Bow, New Hampshire. I stopped going here. Your employees dont know what there talking about and told me my treads where fine in my car and went too two different places and told me my treads where off. I ended up having to replace my back tire. I feel like you guys half way check things. Also my brakes warning and anti lock came on and instead of checking my car they told me on the phone that its normal because these cars are computers and at certain miles want you to do check and do work to the car. I also wanted to replace rotors and brakes and tune up the car because I purchased a used vehicle @26,000 miles and they told me I dont have to and I wanted to. Im the one paying for it. I do not recommend your facility at all. F- for service department & only person who was helpful was my sales person Joseph nice and honest guy. Im not happy with vehicle that was sold to me. I am actually trading it in for a new car.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Went in for a warranty extension, they said it was covered over the phone and SURPRISE, when I get over there they cant find my VIN under the warranty. I was desperate so I agreed to have them diagnos my car to see what exactly was wrong, and SURPRISE again, its exactly what the warranty extension covered ! I didnt want to pay for the repair at the time so I ended up just leaving with the diagnosis that I HAD TO PAY FOR. I went to another Honda dealership. WOW ! Conveniently they found my VIN under the warranty and everything was covered! Diagnosis too! Kelly Honda charged me about $200 for a diagnosis and then wanted about $800 to replace my AC Condenser. I was NOT ready to spend $1000 when I was initially told that everything was covered.Stay away from here, they dont want to help you. Also I want my money back. 😡

Every time I go for something that’s going on with my car - they take 3-4, then blame it on other factors that has absolutely nothing to do with the issues at hand. Very unprofessional. They installed a remote starter that has never worked for me, and their response is that the car doesn’t “alarm” so it’s not going to work. I paid for the service, but I need to pay again for the car to “alarm”. Looking into getting rid of this vehicle so I can avoid them at ALL cost!

I took my 2004 Honda Pilot here a few weeks ago to diagnose problems with a hard start after sitting overnight. They tried to diagnose my problem but the cold and humid conditions needed to replicate the issue were not present. Since the crew could not find any problems, they did not charge the diagnostic fee and did not want to charge for unnecessary work. I later learned I needed new battery/ground cables which did solve my problems. I appreciated the honesty of the staff and their willingness to work with me to solve my vehicles problems. I highly recommend them for Honda service. Their service department is certainly better than most Honda dealers I have worked with.

I just upgraded to a 2021 CRV. Manny Soto was the most pleasant sales person I have ever worked with. He was honest, patient and extremely helpful. Manny also helped me get a lower insurance payment! I kinda had a bad experience with one of the salesman. But I gave them another try for service and it was amazing. I had a flat tire and went in without an appointment Morgan took care of me and made sure I got my service done the same day. She was really helpful and after all with a smile. If you ever need help make sure Morgan takes care of you. I wouldn’t really go to anyone else. 10 out 10 for Morgan. I would give Honda 1star cuz of my bad experience with one of salesman but they got 4 because of Morgan. I’ll be back and I’ll make sure Morgan takes care of me no one else.

This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. I dropped my car off to get a tire fixed and ended up needing four new tires. I was told that I was going to need to leave it there until the next morning and that the person helping me would call me back the next morning to pick it up. At 1:00 p.m. the next day I have to call them to check on my car. The girl(s) who answer the phone are very rude and seem to care less about my situation. They inform me that the person that was helping me is out today and that a manger was going to call me back. Another hour and a half later I have to call back. Now the girls are rude and giving me an attitude and tell me to just come in to pick it up. At this point it was to late for me to pick it up because I had work and I now had to send someone to pick it up for me. I had approved four new tires and an alignment for $800ish dollars. When I got home from work I seen that I was charged over $1400. Now I need to wait until Monday morning to figure out what all these UNAPPROVED charges are. If the service person that was helping someone is out then you should assign a new person and get new people at the front desk that show one ounce that they care. Would not recommend going here!! Aggravation, unprofessional staff, and no idea what is going on!!

Good service, however, it took much longer for the inspection than it should have. Pricey, but you get what you pay for.
I paid approximal $120 for a diagnostic to be performed on my honda odyssey slide door. They informed me that the rear latch was not working and needed replacement. I requested the part number for the part, ordered it, replaced it myself only to discover that there was nothing wrong with the existing part and the new $240 part did not fix the problem. Called and requested to take my van in and was informed over the phone that I would not have to pay another diagnostics fee. I am extremely busy at work but made time between meetings to take the van in and am told by the service concierge that I would have to pay another diagnostics fee. I explain that I was told different on the phone (its even written on the service notes used by the concierge) but they dont care. They wont take accountability for their misdiagnosis even though there is clear evidence and expect me to pay another $120 to be told what is wrong. So far I have spent $360 due to their misdiagnosis. Also they quoted me over a thousand dollars to fix the other slide door - thank goodness I researched the issue and got it working for $20. Will definitely log a complaint with honda customer service that will go no where. But I am done with this dealer.
Really unhappy with the woman who checked me out. She barely made eye contact with me and didn’t even stand up to take my card for payment. She seemed annoyed with me to be honest. A few minutes after I left the dealership I get three phone calls from an unidentified number, not the dealership number. I was on the other line so I didn’t answer. Then I get three texts. I’m driving so I don’t look at my phone but by the third text I’m at a red light and I look. Apparently they charged my card the wrong amount. Ok no problem except the last text says if you don’t contact us we’re will call the police!!! Hello? You knew I was in my car driving because I literally just left you. I bought my last two cars from you and I have hadMy cars serviced with you every time! Now because within 3 minutes of your mistake you’re threatening to call the police?? Then I call her back and she says sorry for the miscommunication. I’m very very disappointed. I am a loyal and faithful customer and you treated me like a common criminal.

First off, I want to start by saying I hardly ever write reviews but Kelly Hondas service departments customer service was SO TERRIBLE that I HAVE to leave a review in hopes it will prevent them from attempting to take advantage of another customer...My car broke down I had it towed to Kelly Honda and they told me that my transmission blew and it would cost me 6,600$ to fix it. I bawled my eyes out to the woman I was working with in complete shock at the cost. I was devastated. She was NOT helpful and in fact told me it was my fault I was in this position she was EXTREMLY rude. THANKFULLY I was smart enough to have my car towed to a different Honda dealership to have a second look. This Honda dealership was amazing and extremely helpful. The gentleman I was working with told me that In fact my transmission was not blown and that it just switched into a protective gear and thats why it was not working correctly the total came to 380$ to have my car fixed!!!! Long story story short based on my experience this dealership CANNOT be TRUSTED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NEVER BRING YOUR HONDA HERE.
Buyers beware! Paint falls off Hondas a few years after owning and Honda does nothing for you. Do yourself a favor and go on facebook and checkout the group called Honda Paint Defect Action Group. Thousands of members and everyone has paint falling off their cars. Ranging for weeks old to years old on the car. Honda has refused to fix mine. Mine started when the car was 3 years old and they told me that it was basic wear and tear on the car from living in the North East. As you will see in that group, people are all over from the United States and this has nothing to do with it. It is the terrible process and job of painting the cars in the manufacturing process that leads to this. Ive spoken to 3 different paint shops to ask them for their professional opinion and they said this is not basic wear and tear. They only see it with Honda and its due to them not painting the cars properly.If you dont mind paying for a paint job 3 years down the road, then buy a Honda. For your reference, its about $3,500 to completely repaint the car. The car will outlast the paint job thats for sure. White Diamond Pearl is the color Honda has the most trouble with keeping it on the car.

The service advisor was great. He did try his best to find a technician to solve the issue in my car which is not charging the phone and they needed to check the USB ports. I got a call from the repair supervisor who has been rude. He claimed I have a problem on my phone, and that i am not using an apple lighting cable. He told me he sees it has power in it. Citing his words: “you can bring 15 different brand new apple cables but if I see it holds power I won’t do anything.”I am the one using the car on a daily basis and I am the one that sees the car connects to CarPlay but it does NOT charge none of my two phones and it is not a letter of cables because I have gotten plenty of different cables and the problem is still there.This guy is just lazy and DID NOT want to perform any tests on my car unit. I just don’t understand why he is a supervisor when he doesn’t know anything about customer service and is not helpful at all.I am picking up my car again with the same problem.

I have been leasing from Honda for over 4 years now and they just keep disappointing me. The service I had done today, an oil change, was fine. The person who helped me, Morgan, was awesome, super friendly. However, I had made an appointment for not only my car to be serviced, but my fiances as well. A little backstory- last year my fiance needed a new car and was going to go elsewhere but I had spoke so highly of Honda that he decided to lease with them. We have a small baby and its not easy to find someone to watch him, and making appointments together is easiest for us. As we were sitting in the service station, he received a call saying that they couldnt do the oil change and sticker, even though we had this appointment scheduled for weeks. He told them that he was here sitting in the service station, they still refused and made him make another appointment for a different day and time. so all of the reminder texts that we were sent obviously didnt mean anything as they didnt care or even try to accommodate us. Im so disappointed and disgusted with Honda. We will not be leasing with them ever again!
If I could rate this company no stars, I would! Their service team was uninformative & I am dissatisfied with their service and the way they operate! Waste of money & time. The company doesn’t even get back to you when you escalate a complaint nor do they seem to care. Don’t waste your money here.

This is the worst Honda dealer I have ever seen. Their customer service is awful. I had a basic question that needs to be answered but people who work over there do not know anything about what they do and they kept contacting me another person who do not know anything either. They do not care customer at all. They couldnt solve the issue my car has despite I bought my car at this dealer. Never go there guys!!

I drove to this dealer since I bought my car from them and I was able to help since my car won’t start due to a dead battery and also needed to have my oil change as well. The agent I spoke to was checking me in and told me my total was $ 329 and I was shocked since I changed it 3 years ago for about 85$ using a $15 coupon. I luckily found a coupon for 109 including installment. And he told me there is no way we will match that despite they accept price match. He also told me warranty was only 2 years on my dead battery but it is 3 year. This guy made me feel like he was set to get the highest price possible while trying to be polite about it. I made 3 calls and I was able to have my car serviced at Burlington who accepted the coupon but added labor for about 45$. I was super happy about it regardless. I won’t come back to Kelly and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I was also told that they had several firings. Too bad this was the home dealer where I bought my car and had serviced since. Shop for yourself but make it the last resort.
For the longest time I was considering leaving Honda while being a customer at the Everett branch. With them it’s a struggle to even get folks on the phone to direct me to the correct department of service. I came to Lynn Honda and was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic customer service and the willingness to help me with my car trouble. I want to thank everyone there because when it comes to a guy like me, it’s the little things that make my life a little easier. 🤙🏾

Be aware when you having them service your vehicle! I head over for oil change and tire rotation today. When I get home, I checked my tires, they didnt rotate my tires (how do I know? because I have a crack on the front passenger side tire), but they still charged me for tire rotation. This is a big NO for their service, very disappointing!They messaged me to call them back, so I did. They told me the manager is gonna call me back but manager never did. I call them multiple times but never get to speak to someone about this issue.

I’ve left a view comments now talking about my experience with the dealership / the process of buying a vehicle from Kelly Honda in Lynn MA. After the headache of driving too and from Kelly Honda after work which is 55 minutes away from me my tune with the dealer themselves is done. I now have to get work done on my vehicle that did not pass inspection (even though I was told it would) which is a whole lot better. I have worked with Krystal and she is FANTASTIC! If only the process of finding a vehicle had service that she gives I would have been more happy with my experience. I’ve spent A LOT of money driving from Brookline to Lynn MA and I haven’t even been given reimbursement or even any apologies from the person who sold the vehicle to me which has been very sad as someone who has worked in customer service. Besides the service team, I would not suggest getting a vehicle from this location. They say they make it easy.. that’s a false statement. It’s been a headache to get a vehicle from here.
I just wish the people the drive the car for Kelly Honda. Dont seen too have the Drivers license. Correct bcs. They never stop at the stop sign went they move the cars to the lot they have next to wall mart.

Really great emergency service from Kelly Honda. Granted, I bought my car here, but Robert squeezed me into the service dept on a busy day and was extremely helpful. I got a random flat on the road and happened to be near Kelly Honda.
Had an appointment and pulled up to the garage. It took 20 minutes before someone even spoke to me and another 17 waiting in my car for someone else to Tell me I could get out of my car and check me in so I could go to the waiting room.
Today was the first time I had my car serviced at Kelly Honda. The staff were friendly and efficient. I waited for my car. The waiting area was immaculate. Social distancing observed. Everyone wore masks. Top it off with they did a great job on my car. Who could ask for more?
I purchased my CR-V here and continue to service my CR-V here. Theyve taken great care of me since day 1, and Ill continue to be a customer at Kelly Honda.Also worth mentioning, they have been very mindful of safety protocols during COVID. Everyone Ive seen is masked and socially distanced.

Service tech was unfamiliar with standard automotive repairs. Lied multiple times and was disingenuous when confronted. Stupid is giving him credit for knowledge he doesnt have. Dont bring your car here unless you want to junk it! Sadly, I have nothing good to say about this dealership.
02jun2021 I contacted Kelly Honda regarding my 2018 Honda Accord and a potential oil leak observed in the engine, (power train) area. A Photo taking on may 19 2021 and shared with Kelly technician when vehicle was brought in for appointment shows seepage with significant dirt and debris buildup visible. Kelly Service department confirmed oil leak coming from camshaft cover seal . Kelly Informed me this leak was not covered by either Honda warranties. Vehicle currently has 38271 miles on it . Specifically asked if camshaft was part of power train I was told yes “but” seal was not covered because it did not have its own part # (uses something called hondabond). Back in March 2021 my vehicle was serviced at Kelly for recall (software) and oil change my mileage was at 35,731 I’m Puzzled how this issue was not noticed in March2021 my mileages was documented on invoice as under 36,000 ! Great service including clear explanations from Jeff Rumson at Kelly Honda in Lynn, MA.The A/C in my 2017 Honda Civic had suddenly stopped working last week. The very helpful woman I called for an appointment was able to get me an appointment within two days. (Unfortunately I don’t know her name, but I am most grateful that she went the extra mile so I didn’t have to wait a week.) I thought all I needed was some Freon, but it turned out the condenser had leaked Freon and I needed a new condensor. Jeff explained to me that Honda had extended the warranty on this because some other cars had the same issue. As a result, everything (condensor, Freon, and labor) cost me absolutely nothing! I have owned 3 Hondas over the past 33 years and couldn’t be happier!
I have been taking my car to Kelly Honda since January 2020. Recently had an inspection and it failed due to window tint. The dealership should have told me that my tint was out of code for the state. Thanks Kelly Honda. I will know be taking my car to another Honda dealer for maintenance.
On my first visit, we negotiated a price for a Honda CRV. They didnt like my price. I left that day. After a couple of days, the sales guy I was working with called me suggesting that they were willing to renegotiate. Gave me an appointment and I went to the dealership. We were talking. I gave my price which was only 500$ less than what they had offered. The sales guy went to ask his supervisor. Next, a guy walks in with the sales guy, introduces as the manager. and suggests that he didnt like my price and tells me to leave and never come back to the dealership. I know I bargained hard but that type of treatment shocked me. After two days, I got a text from the sales guy who apologized for the managers conduct that day.

Brought my car in on the Tue 25th of May (tue before memorial day) to have my transmission looked at; had a shudder issue I wanted resolved. Also mentioned that I knew I needed an evap canister *separate issue*Initially I was told both issues would be able to be fixed on the same claim just had to wait for the adjusters to come take a look.Once the adjuster looked at it on Thur 27th of MayI was approved for a new transmission and that the parts would arrive on Tue after the long weekend (memorial day) and I was only approved for a one day rental. ONE DAY RENTAL. Huh? One day rental right before a long weekend? And my car wouldnt be ready for me to pick up until at least June 4th. They were not accommodating with a loaner or trying to extend my rental coverage. So I set up a conference call with my extended warranty company and Kelly honda and was able to at least get myeslf additional four day rental coverage.Fast forward I pick up my car on Friday June 4th after theyve had it 10 days now.... my transmission is fixed.Now on to the other issue I mentioned.... my evap canister...I was told they had to be done separately so they went ahead and ordered the part couple days after I picked it up from them... to ensure that the part would arrive on time we scheduled out the work to be done about 10 days out. My apmnt was June 16th.I show up on June 16th drop my car off then I get a phone call about an hour an a half later telling me that they realized they never received the part (evap can) and cannot do the job and to pick up my car.How do you have a customer come to an apmnt without having the part? When we specifically set the apmnt in the proper timeframe to ensure the part would be there? Sloppy.... so sloppy...Eventually the evap can was reordered and successfully replaced.Credit where credit is due.... My car is running great so at least theres that.
Kelly Honda came through for me again today. I did not realize that an appointment is now necessary for regular tuneups. However, they took me anyway and three hours later I was done. Their shuttle service took me home so I didn’t have to wait in the shop. Kelly Honda is why I continue to buy cars with them.
Was not satisfied at allNot only when I received my lease did I have a bad experience starting of with getting a lease from here with no floor Mats and no inspection sticker, but decided to give it a second chance when I took the car in for service and got an even worse experienceThey claimed to do an oil change and they did not, claimed to do a tire rotation and did not do that either they also did not even courtesy wash and vacuum the car, horrible experience Honda please get it together it is not fair that this is happening if there was an option not even to give a star I would

The service representative was very professional and knowledgeable. She provided me an estimated time allowance of the service that was being preformed so if I wanted to leave and come back. She was friendly and helpful.
