On 8/2/2021 at 3pm I had an appointment for my 12 month toyota care maintenance plan which was supposed to include Inspect and adjust all fluid types rotate tires, replace engine oil & filter, multi point vehicle inspection. After waiting one hour they told me my car was all set. I went to my car, opened the hood & see that the coolant is still below the low level. Clearly they did not inspect/adjust all fluid types. I went back in & told them about it. If I didnt check this, I would be driving away with low level coolant which can damage the engine & more. Very disappointed. Also, they always leave this bag in the car, not sure what they use it for but they should clean up their trash before handing back my car. Disgusting. Train your employee better! I wonder if they even replaced the oil filter, I should check that too.

This is the second time that I have purchased a vehicle at this dealership and I have to say I am very happy 😊and satisfied with the process of buying a new vehicle. The customer service is excellent and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. Took my car to other Toyota because a strange noise in the back. They couldn’t figure it out and were trying to convince me to do other services to up sale. Brought to Atlantic Toyota and they fixed in 5 minutes. They were very professional, fast and knowledgeable. They just got a new costumer for sure.

As others on the comments recently have stated, I would also not recommend Atlantic Toyota to bring your car for service. There are a few issues. The most important one is that I brought my car 9 months ago to this location, after I received a warranty extension from Toyota because of a peeling paint problem, so that a claim could be filed and then repainted in a reasonable time. When I brought it in they told me the wait time was about 6 months to be painted once the claim was approved, which shocked me, but I said if thats the best you can do I understand. I then called every single month to see if: 1) I was approved 2) if I was on some type of list where I could see my place in line. Neither of these were ever provided, they said they did not have any way to document the waiting list and that I had to just wait for them to call. Finally, fast forward 9 months, on my usual monthly call; I said, you guys clearly cannot handle this is there another Toyota I can go to that does painting; I will go anywhere. They suggested the Toyota in Woburn, which I have now visited this week and already been approved for painting next week. The fact that Atlantic Toyota, knows its inability to get these claims completed and did not take the self initiative to send me to an appropriate location that could handle my issue until I personally asked; especially after all my numerous phone calls, is honestly despicable. I should have found someplace sooner, but I honestly thought they had my best intentions and were trying to get my car painted and figured all other waits would be similarly long; I was clearly wrong on all counts.-Also, after a few visits just for general services, I just do not trust them to find real problems. The service department last time I was there told me it would be $200 to diagnose why my tire sensor light was on; while another toyota after the general inspection that comes with an oil change told me on the spot that both my rear tire sensors have malfunctioned and need to be replaced (no diagnostic needed to figure that out). All in all I would avoid this place for anything concerning upkeep of your vehicle.

I would not recommend this dealership for service. We have purchased 3 cars here, and likely will take our business elsewhere next time mostly due to our experience with the service department and inexperienced mechanics. We have had a few not so great experiences with them, but this last one is the reason why I am writing.We leased a 2020 Sienna, that now rains on the inside when its raining outside. This is unacceptable. I have videos and pictures, yet the people answering the phone in the service department are dismissive about the problem explaining that they couldnt figure it out because when they poured water on the car, it didnt leak. (Funny how Ira Toyota of Danvers has already figured out the problem in one day and are already fixing it.) This just shows you how unprofessional their mechanics are. They didnt want to fix the problem.I also called back to make another appointment after I took my unfixed car home, it rained again, followed by more rain inside my car. When I called someone was supposed to call me back, they didnt, I had to call again the next day. Then they didnt even schedule the appointment, I know this because I didnt get the alert regarding an appointment.Your dismissive attitude and inability to problem solve is the reason why I will never go back to Atlantic Toyota for sales or service again. No need to apologize, because people only seem to care once there is a comment shared publicly on Google. Try caring when the customer is at the dealership or on the phone.

Abner is the absolute best - as a first time car buyer, I was super nervous. He was incredibly helpful, transparent, and friendly! Half a year later (today!) I got a happy birthday note from him. After searching for a Toyota for what felt like months. We ended up at Atlantic Toyota in Lynn. Carlos was on the spot between texting and emailing us all the info on the particular vehicle we were looking for. He set up the test drive safely and the car was clean and ready within a few hours. After the test drive the deal was done all over the phone and within hours.After being dragged on for weeks at another Toyota dealer for the same model, and prior negative experiences purchasing at large dealerships. This happened over a year ago, I just still cant let it go it was so bad.Basically if youre a young woman you will need a bring a man with you to get anywhere with these people, but it would be better if you just didnt give them your money.Sold me a car that couldve killed me, then proceeded to act like I was being difficult about it. I spent a week trying to get in contact with the man who sold me the broken car or ANYONE who tell me what my options were if the car could not be fixed. I just wanted to know if there was a way I could get a different car at that point since the one they sold me completely shut down while I was driving it multiple times (within the first month) and I felt extremely unsafe with it. Just wanted to know my options. That salesman never returned my calls and the receptionists were honestly really rude - kept insisting that I wanted to talk to the service station that was fixing my current car even though I kept explaining that I wanted to speak to someone in sales.The second time they tried fixing the death trap, I needed a rental to get to work. I made an appointment to pick up the rental at 8:30 so I could get to work. The man that needed to be there to give me paperwork was 20 minutes late and proceeded to be extremely rude and condescending. I was in my first year out of college - I did not have a credit card yet. When he said I needed one to take the car I told him that I didnt have one and wasnt told that I would need one. He said to me you know not everyone is gonna hold your hand through everything, were not gonna call you up in the morning and tell you every detail about the weather. I couldnt believe this man was actually this condescending to my face after being 20 minutes late when I was only there in the first place because they sold me a car that couldve killed me.I need everyone in this place to take a course on how to speak to people. All I was asking for the entire time I had to deal with place was clear communication - for the salesman to call me back, for the front desk to put me in touch with ANYONE who could be helpful, for the car rental guy to not make me cry.When I finally showed up with my dad, big surprise, everyones attitude changed. That should tell you everything you need to know.

For car REPAIRS be very CAUTIOUS on going here. I’ve been taking my pickup here for many years. About 3 months back they told me my suspensions was broken. I got them fixed costing $2,000.Only a few weeks ago I was getting my tires at a local shop. They saw the suspensions were OUT and I was in high DANGER driving.(As you can see from the picture down below.)I called the dealer and they told me COME IN Monday. I didn’t wait until Monday and went after the call. Once I got my pickup they charged me $100 for an ERROR THEY MADE. This ERROR could have cost my families as well as mines LIFE.Nothing happened thankfully but I’ll be looking for a new repair shop now.

Careful when choosing this dealership. You might find your perfect Toyota and have the cash or credit to buy it but you will still need the owner to deem you worthy. He will decide if he wishes to sell to you. Its a shame that a business can still discriminate. The real shame is that when employees see their owner accepts a reason to discriminate, they may feel its ok to do the same for whatever reason they feel is acceptable such as age, gender, or race. In a world that no longer wants to accept social injustice, this is a slippery slope.Response: Hi John,Although you response looks good and sounds good, we have already discussed this issue and you stated that this is how your owner wants it so lets not pretend this is not the culture there at your dealership.

Atlantic Toyota, Andrew Rocco and Rafael Perez made it a WONDERFUL experience. BEST price around and NO GAMES. Was quoted a price over the phone, and it was honored!! Excellent customer service. My sales agent was Rafael. He matched me up with an amazing vehicle. I had originally gone to Kia Pride ( I was customer of there’s for over 4 yrs.) thinking I was going to get a good deal. First they wouldn’t pay off the car, and then they wanted to set me up in a brand new car. Which it was not what I was looking for. I wanted bigger not the latest model. So I head over to Toyota I tell Rafael, I owe money on my car still but I’m NOT looking for something brand new just bigger. I want to avoid a down payment and want a reasonable price range. Not only did my old car get paid off, I got a lower monthly payment than what I budgeted for. As a team they surpassed my expectations. Bottom line, if you are looking for customer service sales team to match your “needs” instead of the dealerships “wants”, this is the place you need to go. I highly recommend it. Excellent work.

This Toyota is the worst the staff is rude and unprofessional. I’ve been there three times for the same issue and it still has not been fixed! The technician was literally rolling his eyes when I was telling him that the problem with my car is not fixed. A manager was supposed to call me to set up a time for me to bring my car back for a fourth time. However, this time I was supposed to meet with the technician and explain everything that was going on with my car the manager said if it wasn’t able to be fixed right then I would’ve gotten a loaner car. The manager never called me to set up the appointment surprise surprise! I contacted Toyota customer service because nothing has been and the manager clearly doesn’t care. The representative I spoke to was very helpful and got a customer relations manager involved because this is absolutely ridiculous.

This is a very deceiving place, I brought my car to the Lynn location was told by Lorraine and a technician, my transmission was gone, it’d cost me over $4000 for a used one. It was a big lie, I turned around and took my car to a different mechanic and it happened to be the spark plug the problem.

We started our journey with Atlantic Toyota about 8 years ago. We were looking at a used Toyota online so we decided to compare it to see if we were getting a good deal.Was greeted immediately, and there was not any high pressure to buy,. It was more of a feeling that they wanted to make sure we were in a car we would love forever.We bought a brand new Camry and only paid a few dollars more than we would have paid for the used one.We did trade in the Camry after we paid it off, toward a lease at another dealer ( huge mistake) and yesterday we went back to Toyota and bought another brand new Toyota.This time with more upgrades and we are so happy AGAIN! I’ve been coming here for years and Every single time I’ve been here for Just a simple oil change, I’ve had to wait no less than 90 minutes. I don’t think my oil change has ever been done within an hour or less. It alwaysss takes them nearly 1.5- 2 hours for just an oil change... I think it’s time I get my oil change elsewhere. The service honestly sucks. No thanks.

It has a clean and uncluttered show room.I had my air bag changed (from the recall) As I entered the service bay it was very bright and organized. A nice gentleman came over and took my keys. I checked in with my paperwork.They have an area with free coffee machine with a selection of individual pods. Theres a vending machine too.I was told that they put out donuts etc for early customersI purchased my car here 10 yrs ago and still have it.The sales team was wonderful. I knew what I wanted and they didnt try to push me into buying another.

Was trying to buy truck from them, and was told they would call me so i could put my deposit down. No call, no email, and when i call just went to voicemail. Next day i get email saying vehicle was stolen off the lot!!! So they either lied and wasted my time or they have horrible security on vehicles. Very bad customer service. Me and my husband drove 2 hours to see a car, the sales person name Matt Corbett was talking to my husband, we call him on your way to the dealer, once we got there, the guy didn’t even came to greeted us, send another person, and the car was sold out supposedly that day, but on the add the car was setting there for over 60 days, they didn’t even had another car to show us, this is very disappointing, never going back there.

Their statement is excellence above all. Refreshments while waiting. This is not true, there is no refreshments. They only buy 10 donuts and 10 bagels. When they are done that’s it. People run to take a piece and they never put more. So there is no refreshments literally. Their service sometimes can be really not quality, they only care to sell you more services even if is unnecessary. Their attitude is always a grumpy face, strong language with authority. They should be more pleasant and honest, make money while actually helping customers. Most times I just go there and take the diagnostic and go somewhere else. That is cheaper and treat me more courteous and make me feel like they want me to come back.

I have been a loyal customer of Atlantic Toyota since I moved to Massachusetts from Carolina 2 years ago. After another 6 months of service, I was given a $800 quote on Bridgestone tires in October. However, when i came the first week of November price with installation became $1034. I said that Costco was charging about $700 for the identical tires and I wondered if Atlantic Toyota could give me a discount. They said they would give me a $60 discount. The discount was small but I value my time so I got my credit card out to pay $1034 to get done with it. However, Atlantic Toyota service man told me that since they were giving me a $60 discount, they would not give me a car for a day to drive to work and I have to pay $35 for renting it. Seriously?! This was the last drop. I was ready to spend over $1000 on tires at Atlantic Toyota but they really dont care about their customers. It was the last time I step my foot there. Yesterday I went to Costco and they installed the same tires for $645. Their check is attached.

I explained to him that I’m still deciding on which car brand that I was going with and that I would like to see what was available within this location. He understood and He provided me with a great source of detail for each vehicle that we looked at. He helped me figure which vehicle that I was going to purchase.I appreciate the great customer service that he provided. It’s especially important to me when it comes with making a big purchase. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience last Sunday, when I bought a beautiful 2017 Corolla SE at Atlantic Toyota.Salesman Mike A. was very helpful and patient with me; he answered all my questions about the car I was buying, and the purchase process in general. Buying a car from Atlantic was the most painless car buying experience I have ever had.First off the online Internet service was fantastic. Working with Jeffrey helped me make sure that I was picking the right vehicle, walked me through some of the questions that I had, set up an appointment and helped connect me with the right salesperson.Our sales person was the best . Clarence walked us through each one of the processes, was very knowledgeable (in both the product and the service that Toyota offered). I am writing this for all to realize that there are good salesmen in the Auto industry that care about the customers needs. Tony Perez is just such a guy, and I would encourage you to seek him out. My wife is just t the beginning stages of looking, nowhere near ready to shop or commit and sign any paperwork. It was Friday, late, and snowing. To most salesman, this is just a Tire Kicker, and a waste of time. He took her on a test drive, answered all her questions, and pulled up two additional cars to show her different features, and one just to show her the color. This is a lot of customer service and dedication for what he knew would be a no sale. Tony showed a clear work ethic and respect. He is worth spending your time with, and he will make sure you get the right vehicle because of that and that he has your interests first. If you are looking for a Toyota, go see him and ask for him. By the way, he is Bilingual as well. Thanks Tony, you made a great impression. Mr Biggio should be proud.

Amazing! Customer Service was on point. Alejandro tended to us right away. Told him what we were looking for, showed us all the options. Jorge came and introduced himself to us, and helped with the leasing process. We took a couple of days to decide, but throughout the whole process they were very attentive— answering all questions and requests. Was able to create a great relationship with both, they are not in business of sales, but instead in relationship forming and customer satisfaction. It was our first time leasing and they eased up the process for us. Overall incredible experience !!!

I had a very smooth time with test driving various vehicles and speaking with Marco about the features of each car and what each of them can do. He is a very good, honest man and Atlantic Toyota is very blessed to have him. Marco sold me that beautiful 2016 Camry and I really love the car. Everyone I came into contact with was very nice and helpful. The finance person was very nice also and helped explain each option really well. We will not hesitate to purchase a car from Atlantic Toyota the next time we need or want to. We will definitely see Marco for that future sale! I apologise to the finance person for not being able to remember his name (it began with an S). He was very helpful and pleasant as well. Great service and they take responsibility for their work. When I had to revisit due to a recurring problem they didnt charge me again for labor. I felt like they were trying their best to save me money while telling me the whole truth, which is rare these days.

Not sure why so many negative reviews on Yelp and elsewhere. I just went for oil change, multipoint inspection and satisfied. They didnt ask to change anything unnecessary to rip me off, unlike few tiny service shops and had reasonable oil change n other service coupons online. Communicated clearly about how filters and other stuffs may need change on the next visit but not dirty enough to change right away. They are busy - definitely schedule appointment beforehand, esp for a weekend.

Great team at Atlantic Toyota. It was easy to book my service appointment,. They took me when I arrived. The waiting room was really comfortable with soft chairs, coffee, snacks, and news playing. My car was done early and they gave me a ride to the T.Ill definitely be back for service here!

Easily the best car buying experience I have had. Alejandro was very patient and friendly and made the purchase very easy and not stressful at all. There was no pressure throughout the process which was a relief since I dreaded having to go to a dealership and talk to salesmen but this place showed me that buying a car doesnt have to be a pain.
