2 months ago I went to change the oil. When I got there they told me that they also need to change the filter. I said ok change the filter. A about an hour and a half. They said it was done. I went to my car. The drawer was open and all my papers and stuff were on the floor, and also they took out the drawer and did not change the filter. and left everything messy. I will provide pictures and see it. Is this professional?. Or did they trash my car.
Absolutely awful service department. Called to schedule a routine oil change, and the soonest available is January 15th (today is November 3rd). No other available times. This is absolutely ridiculous. What is the point of offering free oil changes if I need to schedule them 3 months in advance???
I live over an hour away from Lynn and this dealership did everything to guide me through the car buying process in a fast and efficient manner. I was interested in a specific vehicle and they were able to calculate numbers and monthly payments before I made the trip over. I was tired of going from dealership to dealership only to find that I couldn’t afford what they calculated. Gabrielle from Pride Hyundai of Lynn was able to tell me what my payments would be depending on the months of financing and the downpayment I had. The gave me a great offer where I could actually afford the monthly payments. When I got there, Mary Kate was waiting for me and had the vehicle ready for a test drive. Ed the manager was even able to coordinate being able to drop off the car at my place since I lived so far away! Once I got the car I ran into some problems, including paint job issues and the fact that the accessories that were supposed to come with the car were not present. Mary Kate responded to these complaints quickly and efficiently. In terms of the paint job, the Chevy dealer was not professional about the whole situation at first but once Ed and Mary Kate spoke with them everything went smoothly. Even though I did have to make a trip back to Lynn for the paint job and to get the accessories, I am happy with the fact that Mary Kate and Ed had a solution for me every step of the way. I definitely recommend this dealership to everyone and the next time my family and friends need a new vehicle I will be sure to direct them here.
Tony Grey is awesome! I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the best experience yet! Tony found the very difficult to find new Hyundai I was looking for for three weeks in a matter of 24 hours. He went in on his day off to take my down payment and reserve the car for me. We live in RI so drove 2 hours to Lynn and everything was as we had discussed and we completed the deal. No BS no surprises! Tony also arranged for a runner to help with registration in RI and even delivered the car to us on his day off once registered. Truly world class service. My first new car was from Pride Hyundai, it drove so well I went back brought my wife the exact same car, we was The Hyundai twins. I went here to look at the new Tucson and I had done some research online with Hyundai on what the value of my trade in would be absolutely considering in was a ballpark. However this gentleman insulted me by low balling my vehicle without even looking at it and then proceeded to show me a vehicle in a color that I didnt want. I said, wait a second your not going to look at my car because its worth so much more he said well it will go to auction and we wont make much off it, I was like what!!! And then proceeds to to point at the navy blue tuscon and I said Im not interested in this color and he said well what are you putting down. He didnt care about helping me just wanted to talk money and when a woman came in that was there previously interrupted and said Im ready to purchase he gave me a brochure and said come back when your ready to buy. Im ready to buy but I certainly will take my business elsewhere!!!
I have purchased two vehicles from this location and have been very satisfied with both vehicles. There were a few hiccups regarding registration and transferring the license plate and registration sticker over, but they were able to remedy the situation. I have used their maintenance center for both cars and have always been satisfied. I currently own the 2021 palisade calligraphy edition and look forward to the 3 years of included maintenance.
Definitely a high end feel to the dealership and employees. Everyone makes you feel like your deal is the most important deal of the year. Price was reasonable enough that I didnt bother going any place else. These days you can check the internet for pricing, and then pick the most convenient and professional dealership in your area.

I do not understand pride hyundai lynn I have a rented car for years and they told me I had a free oil change for three years the first time it was free but the second time I had to pay and they told me I have to wait until the car have 12 thousand miles bone that every 12 thousand miles you have an oil change not every time in 36 months you only have 3 changes that liars. bone that is not free for 3 years only 3 changes are clearer they do not lie just to get customers
Avoid Pride Hyundai in Lynn like the plague! Sammie that sits front desk in service is very rude & just a terrible employee.My car had an issue in July and they asked me to bring it in on 07/21 ( scheduled date of service)it’s now 08/09 . I’ve called a lot to inquire of my car just to be told I’ll get a call back. Can’t wait as other shops are willing to do the work— I’ve just towed my car away from them.(3 weeks just sitting in their pit)While trying to tow my car outta there!!Sammie was rude and didn’t want to tell me the location of my car so the tow company could tow it to another shop ready to do the work!! Very rude ahole

The price on the car was very good, everything else was a total pain. The car wasn’t ready until 5pm three days after we purchased it. They didn’t have time to do the inspection sticker and was told come back “it will take just a few minutes “. Went back on Saturday to get this done me was told it would be over two hours. Went back again on Monday and was informed it would be a hour to a hour and a half. Asked to speak to a manager and was refused. I was told to get it done elsewhere and mail in a receipt and “maybe we will pay you back!” Just know I’ll never return to you for any service. What you save in money you will pay in time trying to get everything thing done !!!A week has passed and I have called twice simply to be put on hold and told no manager is available!! My salesman said send me a copy of your inspection and we will get you a check right out, and guess what? Still no check so disappointed. I like the car but honestly Hyundai needs to provide some oversight on how their dealers treat customers
Im so upset with this place i purshed the car there and its been almost a week and i cant still get the car. I guess is due because poor managment because no one knows about anything there. So here im car was promised to be done friday, then moday so monday came and no car still. Ill tell you that thou they are sure nice before you sign the papers. Now i wonder will they take the trade in if something happens in the mean while i still have the car since they cant deliver the one i bought?

We started the purchase process using the Online pricing and purchase processes and then completed the paperwork face to face when we went to pick up the car. Horrible experience. No one even came up to me and my father for our appointment until 40 mins after we got there. And even after someone came up to us they pulled some bs about how the car we came to test drive some how died earlier that day, even though I had called twice that day to ensure it was on the lot. One week later that car is still listed for sale on their website and car fax. Not an ethical dealership. Take your business elsewhere. 0/10 experience.
I had a problem with my 2016 tucson.. it was turbocharged problem. So, they replaced them. And then another problem came up.. The intercooler had a leak with oil. So i felt angry coz it had another problem..Now that needs to be replaced.. the next day, trying to pick up my suv.. theres another problem.. they said there was a loud noise.. but this lady, save the day from that issue.. she made me happy. You took care of me very well.. thank you so much.. ill be back here again..
I was more then delighted to bring my vehicle to the Lynn MA location. The reason for my happiness is a direct result of dealing with Devin at the service desk. She went completely out of her way and above and beyond to make sure I was not only taken care of but also treated with the utmost respect for other scheduled appointments that I had later in the day. She was completely swamped with work but yet still took the time to answer every question I had (even the ridiculous ones lol) and was very professional. I highly recommend speaking to Devin in the service department for any and all needs that you may have. If she was this great with me on two separate occasions then I can guarantee that she will be the same with every person who walks in the door. After falsifying my loan application with incorrect income. Soon after I find out the vehicle I signed a contract for did not have a free & clear title. Signed for it on 3/31/2021. Could not take procession of the vehicle due to this, on 4/04/2021 they proceed to place me in a loaner vehicle, I go out of state for ten days only to come back to find out the vehicle is still not ready. This is on Friday 4/16 They assure me the vehicle will be ready on Monday 4/19 at 11am. I show up over an hour late to finally take possession of my vehicle and guess what the car was still not ready. 20 days to get a vehicle ready for a customer is beyond ridiculous. Ultimately I took my business elsewhere I’m grateful I walked away. I hate writing negative reviews but this situation was beyond unprofessional.
Permaul, Andrea & Eddie always go above and beyond. This is our 10th Hyundai from Pride. They know what we like for options and go the extra mile to find the right car (as far as Laconia, NH)! They always get us to our price point. Very satisfied with Hyundai - a great value. A great looking car loaded with options at a great price! They keep getting better & better!
Went today for an oil change and was told Im only eligible for an oil change every 6 months or every 10,000 miles even though when I bought the car I was told I would be getting free regular oil changes as the cars manual stated. While I was there the ladies at the service desk were literally laughing at how a customer was going to be mad at them because they forgot to call him back and one said oh well whatever and proceeded to show the other pics of her family. The level of unprofessional behavior here is like no place Ive ever been. Dont ever buy a car here.
Every time I call and try to get an appointment they put you off for a month. I have bought 3 new Santa Fe’s from them, and will never purchase another from them. You’re lucky if they even pick up the phone when you call. Most times they don’t. It’s unacceptable to wait weeks to get an appointment when you have a warranty issue. Will never ever call or purchase anything from Pride again.
Went in yesterday looking to trade in my 2014 Accent for a new Hyundai Avenue. This would be my family’s 4th Hyundai purchase, we are a Florida family and normally visit Hyundai of New Port Richey, and have always gotten excellent service.I moved to Mass 3 years ago, and Hyundai of Lynn is my closest location. At Hyundai Pride of Lynn, we weren’t even acknowledged. We went into the show room and did not get a hello or even a nod, stood there for 5 minutes, then walked around the lot and looked at Venues and Konas. Multiple staff walked past us, and nothing. Ultimately we left, and will be taking our purchase to Arlington, even though it is a further drive.
It took almost 2 months to get an appointment then they had my car for 6-8 weeks. I know something is severely wrong with it because it wouldn’t accelerate over 40 mph, probably the massive engine recall. Yet they said nothing was wrong with the car. Then would not return my calls when I was trying to come get it, I had to just show up.
Good cars, good sales rep. But a $700 document fee a long with the sluggish process leaves a tarnished impression.

Since December 2020, all indicator lights have been coming on, and the rearview camera has been working intermittently. I have been in and out of service since January and have been without a car for over 12 days.I brought my vehicle into Bill Dube Hyundai on January 23 for a scheduled maintenance and to address the lights. They found oxidation on the rear brake light, cleaned it up, and that appeared to solve the problem.Several days later, the issue returned with the dashboard indicator lights and the rear view camera blinking, and going black with no image at all.In March, I brought my vehicle to Pride Hyundai in Lynn. They addressed the problem by removing the automatic starter, which seemed to have fixed the problem with the indicator lights as well as the camera.Several days later the issue returned.I brought my vehicle in again to Pride Hyundai in Lynn on April 12th. It was during this time that they had my vehicle for 7 days. It was decided that they were going to replace the ECU and also replace the passenger side airbag seat which came up during diagnosis. They ordered the parts, and I returned in several weeks when the part came in.I returned on May 14. They replaced the computer unit but did not replace the airbag because they noticed something underneath the seat that may have been pinching the wires. They decided to not replace the seat with the part that was ordered so as not to “waste time”. I was also told that the rear view camera was working fine.On my way home, I noticed that the rear view camera was in fact, not fixed and the problem recurred worse than ever.Throughout this whole ordeal, I have asked for a loaner vehicle, seeing that this was a warranteed issue. I am an elementary school teacher with 2 children at home, and to go without a car is a major inconvenience. I was told that a loaner was not available and they will not provide rentals unless it is absolutely necessary because “it is a pain”. Not to mention, that Lynn is the nearest dealership to me and that is a 30 minute drive in both directions.I called Pride again, and told them that the rear view camera was still malfunctioning. They are working on a loaner to become available.During this time, the passenger airbag indicator light has returned. I called Pride again, and they said that they need to reorder the seat, because they used it for someone else. They would get back to me when they can find a loaner, which they have no idea when that will be.This has now become a safety issue. I am constantly driving around with children in the car and I am hoping that the passenger airbag does not malfunction should there be an accident, or worse, deploy without an accident occurring.I feel that I have been patient through this entire ordeal, but my patience is gone.I cannot express how disappointed I am with all of this. At the beginning, if a substitute transportation was provided (or even offered) I would be more understanding, but that is not the case. My takeaway is that the service department is more concerned with being inconvenienced than the customer.Clearly, this dealership is completely overwhelmed. I can barely get into the parking lot when I drop off my car, as it is jammed packed with vehicles. My previous car was a Hyundai Santa Fe and I didn’t hesitate to purchase another after 10+ years. After this experience, I can say that I have lost my confidence in this brand and would not purchase from Hyundai again. At this point I feel that there should be some compensation on my part for the inconvenience and time that I have experienced.
The best, most friendly dealership in the greater Boston area. I have bought or leased 4 cars in over 10 years from this amazing dealership. The sales department and the service department are on another level from other dealerships. I am always greeted with a smile and a handshake before I even enter the door. I have never had a bad experience and I am always informed of every little thing that is done to my vehicle. The service department always gives expert advice and I NEVER feel like I am in the dark about my vehicle. Great job as always Pride Hyundai!!!

One of the few Hyundai service centers where I haven’t felt like I was just another car. The whole team is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. David especially went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable driving my car after each service and communicated regularly about what was needed to fix the vehicle.
I got my car in September 2020 with Michael! He was extremely disorganized, he wasn’t able to answer any questions on his on, always had to leave to ask someone else, fine! Besides that he forgot his VAPER in my car after delivery it, I guess he was smoking in my brand new car, who knows! Also, he pass on the tool coming to delivery my car, I don’t know how or why bc from the store to my house there is no tools! Anyway, super unprofessional, disrespectful and careless!In December 2020 my windshield broke and I called asking for a appointment to get my car fixed, they said that they didn’t have the piece, and I would need to wait a week (that’s totally fine), but this week turned out in a month and half and yesterday they told me that they FINALLY got the piece, but i can’t get a appointment because they are very busy, I need to go they randomly and see if they can squeeze me in!!! What?I’m busy too, I can’t take a day to see IF I can get my car fixed!Terrible service, terrible place! This is so disappointed and frustrating! I’m not asking for charity or anything, I paid for the car, and I’m paying for the service!!! HYUNDAI NEVER AGAIN!!!
I was waiting for an inspection sticker for my mothers car and decided to take a look in the show room. I met Dennis,A sales consultant. He showed me the new 2020 Sonata limited. I was amazed with the car. I told him I had a busy day but would be back around 3 PM.I went back at 3 and he was ready to assist me in anyway. Me and my son went for a test drive.I was impressed with the knowledge that Dennis had with all the features and Technology of this car. Its literally like being in the cockpit of a plane. After the test drive we went inside to to do business. I,at no time felt pressured to buy this car.We haggled back and forth over the price and the value of my trade in.we came to an agreement that I was happy with. The sales manager was a great guy and you could tell he was well seasoned at his Job.The 2 ladies that helped me in the Business/Finance Department were amazing and so friendly.I have bought many cars over the years but this was my 1st from Pride Hyundai. I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future and will recommend family and friends

I wish I could’ve given them zero stars but wth. We dropped our car off a few times before. They found out the the engine was gone. And that’s why we kept hearing a noise. So we dropped the car off about 3 months ago. We call David and this man never returns our calls back! So I’m always calling the service repair so they can give us an update.. worst service ever! So this is what they keep telling us, the engine is here but we’re waiting on parts lol then weeks later mind you this David still has not had the audacity to return our call. ( ok ) well call again this time the engine is not their ( oh my god ) what is it the engine their or not. We have a 2015 Elantra that had a bad engine from the beginning of the purchase. and we didn’t no until the engine died. ( gets better ) when we drop off the car thinking it was going to be their for maybe a month. Unreal ) so 😫 they give us a rental The inside was her Renda‘s how dirty dog hair everywhere sand everywhere I brought it to David’s attention and all he said was I’m so sorry I even send them pictures of how disgusting this truck was but hold on it gets better. The rental that we have the inspection sticker has been expired since July and they never had the decency to call us to let us know to bring the vehicle when I called the dealer to let them know that we needed a sticker! And I explain to the lady about the sticker and all she had to say was oh no that’s not good really lady I know it’s not good I’m not calling you to see how you’re doing..pride hundí on the Lynnway horrible customer service!!

Worst dealership ever .At the first appointment December 31 st. they did NOT told me that the Santa Fe that I was interested in the body shop for repair .Ok I said maybe that was some miscommunication.After couple of days I call them and I suppose to get more pictures from the work progress on the car from the body shop .Noone contacted me, and finally I set up appointment with different sales person.Next day January 5 th I arrived at the dealership and the car wasnt ready again even if they insured me that I can test drive the car this time and in the end of my visit the Manager came to me to tell me that someone make a deposit on the car and if he doesnt show up by end of the week the car will be mine .Please dont waist your time with them.

I dropped my car off in May. I still have yet to receive it. I have to call to get updated and even at that he tells me my car will be ready soon or the part will be in soon we are in Aug and I still haven’t got my car back. They didn’t even give a rental for us so I had to quit my job since I had no vehicle. I understand covid has backed up parts but this is ridiculous. Again I called yesterday to get a update and NO ONE CALLED ME BACK.

I have a starting problem with my car that only happens once in a while on cold days.Pride Hyundai has tried to duplicate the problem on two visits without success because the temperature outside was to warm. The only solution for this problem is for me to leave my car overnight. Unfortunately for me the temperature has stayed too warm for me to leave my car. Pride Hyundai put a new battery and ran multiple test on the car both times I brought the car in. I am more than satisfied with what Pride Hyundai is doing to solve my problem. I will have to wait for colder weather.
The service men at the Lynnway are great. They have always taken good care of my car and and only suggest the repairs that I need and if they find additional problems they tell me and schedule it as soon as they can get me in. I’m treated like a vip every time. Keep it up guys.
I purchased a new car at Pride Hyundai on Friday. They were a bit backed up with only one person doing the paper work with the registry. I returned a lease to Kia and purchased this time. Never will I lease again. The man I worked with Carlos was very good and patient with my questions. The finance woman was also very kind to me as well as the general manager. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

On Thursday, my boyfriend and I went to Pride Hyundai of Lynn. He needed to buy a vehicle immediately. I did not. We were NOT there for me at all. Our sales associate was Doug Meshna. He is just awesome. We felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever. He is a laid back person who just let us do us. I HATE every aspect of going to a car dealership. I always feel like these places are the perfect place to be stalked. NOTHING pleasant about them. Not here, NOT with Doug. It was a great experience that even though I wasnt looking to buy a Hyundai or any car for that matter, BOTH my boyfriend and myself walked out of there with two cars. I will say, I got a GREAT price. I made an offer that was reasonable, and the manager came out and shook my hand. Doug told us that our experience wouldnt end there. If we have any issues with the cars, we were to get in touch with him. The warranty on a Hyundai is exceptional. Ive bought from Pride before. A Mercury Sable years ago. These guys are the real deal. I made a deal on their last 2019 model of a car on a Sunday. There were some communication issues before I could go back and sign the paperwork, and the car ended up accidentally being sold. Jeff, the manager, kept his word and honored the same deal for a 2020 model of that same car. I call that integrity.
I was very impressed by the professionalizism and truthfulness of this dealership. I had been told by an auto body shop that I needed a new alternator. Hyundai discovered that I did not need one, that it was a loose battery wire. They fit me in right away and I had my car back by the next day. Very impressed

I purchased a 2020 Palisade last week...my experience there was amazing! I had Bobby as my salesman, he was honest and willing to help me. I highly recommend them. Ask for BOBBY, he is fast, funny, honest and willing to work with you! :)
Scheduled work for my vehicle and when I came in on my schedule appointment I was told I needed to come back for work I already made an appointment for. In the future, my suggestion is if someone schedules an appointment maybe check to see if parts/supplies are in stock to complete the work so you dont ask the customer to come back again to get the job done.

I came to Pride told them what I wanted and they put in the work to make sure I was Happy.I wanted a specific color in and outside of the Palisade. I put a deposit down to let them know I was serious and they got my truck! I got a great deal on the price!I appreciate the hard work that Scot Santos did with helping me negotiating on the price. I also appreciate the hard work that Doug Meshma put in with tracking down getting it from another dealer and got me exactly what I wanted in the Palisade.I would definitely recommend Pride to anyone that is looking for a car or truck.
The usual run around of a big company that doesnt care for you. Put over $1,000 into my car being fixed and 3 visits IN ONE MONTH only for it not to be fixed at all. Extremely stressful timewaster. Incompetent service department that doesnt communicate properly to each other, so getting my car back was tedious and time consuming. Always had to follow up with them, they wouldnt follow up with me unless i called first. While experiencing this, had overbearing salespeople tell me to buy a new car... never with this company! Completely overpriced service that could be better handled and better priced through your local mechanic... which is what I ended up doing. They fixed my problem for a quarter of the price Pride Hyundai of Lynn quoted me. Save yourself the headache and go to your local mechanic for real quality service. You wont find it at Pride Hyundai of Lynn!

I was travelling from NJ to Boston on business with my wife and my Santa Fe broke down. Pride Hyundai was the only dealer that would at least diagnose the car that day. I had to get back home for her dialysis treatment. Pride got the car on the road on 4 hrs.Outstanding accommodation and service!!!
Scotty Santos helped me search for a new vehicle today. He is very informative and listens to everything you tell him. I am pretty young and inexperienced with this type of thing and he really helped assured me and walked me through it step by step. Great personality as well. He is very good at his job for sure!
Everyone is friendly and ready to help you once you drive in . They always let you know what the mechanic finds before doing the service .The place is neat and clean and Customer Service is 5 Star .
I worked with Joaquin aka Jack and he was so accomodating because I was working from home at the time of my repair and he basically put me in a private room until it was time to go home. He even made a phone call to check if I had warranty on a car part necessary for my car which I did and I will end up saving $440 from my own pocket. When I go back to finsih the repair I will be working with him again.
I would give 5 star for Mike P and Scott S. Especially Mike is a great guy to work with. Giving 3 stars because of the experience I had with finance department. They did not try enough to get me a good APR in spite of a good credit. I had to insist and then eventually got 1.5 percent lower than initially quoted!
I dropped my car off for maintenance this morning, made sure when I booked the appointment that I mentioned my low tire pressure light kept coming on, and confirmed it with Jonathan when I dropped my car off at 8:30am. I also asked that they do my inspection while they had my car. He grabbed the paperwork for it and added it to the estimate.Around noon I got a call from Jonathan that my tire pressure light was on due to needing 2 new front tires, and that the inspection wouldnt pass without them. I agreed to the new tires and he said theyd continue the work.I got a call after 3pm that my car was ready, went to the dealership and was told they were finishing up. I paid for the maintenance, the inspection, and the 2 new tires. Before I even got home, I noticed my low tire pressure light was on, so I called the service dept back- no one answered, so I left a message. I figured Id just drive back to get there before they closed. I got there and service was already closed, and I noticed I still had my original inspection sticker, instead of a new one. I called the dealership and all anyone kept telling me was theyd call the service manager and give me a back - but that they knew nothing could be done until probably Tuesday. After I didnt get a call back, I called to follow up with the sales dept who was trying to reach the service manager, and was told by Bob that he didnt know if anyone reached out to the service manager and that he was with a customer and would call me back... which no one ever did.So now I have a car that still has the same light on that I booked the appointment for and still dont have the new inspection sticker that I paid for, and absolutely no answer.Extremely displeased with the service at the dealership as well as the lack of response.

I have had my oil changed at this location multiple times. Often taking between 1-1.5 hours. This past time it was over 2.5 hours with little to no explanation of the delay. I could see my car blocked in the parking lot around the 1.5 hour mark. When asking for an update I was told soon. If the garage is busy for the day there soon have been a communication to those waiting to expect longer wait times.
For my wife and I, this is our fourth Kia from Pride. We love the product and feel that John Cammarata always makes the buying process so simple and efficient. To us, John is the reason we buy from Pride.

I would give this dealership 0 stars if I could. I brought a friend to test drive a used Hyundai elantra. During the test drive we heard a noise ( wheel bearing or ball joint, something like that). They sales person said they would fix the issue. Then the sales person says I have a newer car with low miles about the same price. Let me be clear we didnt want to look at any more cars. we took this newer car for a test drive and my friend didnt like the color. so we move on a find a kia forte on there lot. We waited about a hour for them to find the key. come to find out they couldnt find the key. so now I go in to talk price. they wanted way to much money for the Kia, I showed the sales person I found one online a year newer with 30k less miles for 1k less on the price. So then I ask him how much the other Hyundai elantra was that he recommended. This price was 12K, so he lied. we came to look at a Hyundai elantra for around 9500. so then I told him you told me you have a car for around the same price. and he said no I didnt. I said we didnt even want to look at anything else. This was your idea to pull this car out. so he says well I didnt give a number . after that i asked him if they would come down on the original elantra we came to look at since it had a noise. the manager said no to my friend. I went inside and asked him why they wouldnt come down when there was clearly something wrong with this car. He proceeds to tell me that 4 people are interested in this car and he cant come down in price. wow 4 people interested YET no one put a deposit down. Then he said he will come down to 9k but he cant guarantee they can fix the issue, and that if it passes inspection its out of there hands. Im not a moron I know that it would pass inspection since there was no check engine light on so I proceeded to tell them no and left. Also, he claimed we were the second person to mention the noise, hence they werent going to disclose the issue to anyone unless it was brought up. I would never go back there or recommend them to anyone. I know a dealership/ sales person is in the business to make money but this was clearly a over reach.

The worst dealership in MA the service is horrible. I have been driving my car with the spare tire for 2 weeks, waiting for a new one and no one gives me an answer. and when I ask for a rental car while the new tire arrives they tell me that it is not covered in the warranty and that I have to pay extra (Hyundai never again)
Attention Hyundai shoppers, avoid Pride Hyundai located in Lynn.First, you might be wondering why this review has been edited? Simply because I was almost been robbed by Pride Hyundai in Lynn MA. The feedback was left before closing the deal. Scott “sales Manager” was begging me to leave a five star review before closing the deal . It was a little bit weird but didn’t think about it that much.Last Saturday, I stopped by Pride Hyundai in Lynn MA to check the price for Tuscan 2020. I wasn’t ok with the price offered. Doing some dancing with the sales man Brendan and the manger Scott negotiating the final price, we ended up with a deal.After 2 hours, the GM Bobby came to me shaking my hand and literally said “ congratulations my friend we will close the deal for you”.Down payment was deducted quickly, even before signing the papers. In the mean time I was asked to leave a 5 star review. I didn’t mind as long as I was happy with the final price for the car I was looking for.However, when I headed to the financial department to sign the papers, the price written was $3700 more than the amount verbally said.Please be careful with this dealer ship, read carefully the papers before you sign either financing or leasing and it will be good if you stay way from these scammers.
Went in for inspection, they spent 20 minutes that they didnt have to to unstick my ebrake so I could pass inspection. Contrast that with the Toyota dealer down the street that I practically had to strangle to fix a couple light bulbs, when they were about to fail me for them instead. And I know Pride is handling a huge backlog of engine replacements from recalls, so the fact that they worked as hard as they did on my inspection is well worth me commenting!
